This was the second year the 10 of us have stayed at Quail 5 with my 89 year old father to my 2 1/2 year old grandson! We chose to come again because our grandchildren so loved it the first year all of us together in one house. The fun, food, and fellowship was the sweetest part and the surroundings and ease of comfort in the home enhanced our time. It's location gives you a feeling of privacy yet close to eveything, biking, hiking, water park, endless trails, hoseback riding and river sports. The homes hot tub is a bonus for those that enjoy a good soak at the end of their very active day.
It has two masters one on the main floor and one downstairs, which is perfect for us with my elderly Dad and his walker. He could stay on the main floor (a few stairs from the outside to the inside) and the rest of us snuggled in downstairs.
Quail 5 is a large enough clean home with all that you need and we appreciate the opportunity to visit. For us, it was about being together and the rest was frosting on the cake! -

We recently stayed at Quail 5 in Sunriver and it was great! The location is so close to the new Sharc facility and the village that we could easily walk or ride our bicycles. Even without aC the house stayed nice and cool...dare I say even a bit chilly in the downstairs bedrooms at night.
It was nice to be able to bring our dogs with us too. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved that the deck was enclosed so we could let the dogs hang out outside by themselves too.
It would be great if there were TVs in each of the bedrooms, or if even the TV downstairs had a clearer picture (only the master bedroom upstairs and the TV in the family room worked well). It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, just a little bit disappointing to the kids who enjoy having TVs in their rooms while on vacation.
We loved that we had access to both Sharc and the Mavericks. We were able to go to the Mavericks when it was a cooler day, but also go to Sharc. It was great!
And, while we stayed at the property during the summer, it looked like there was plenty of fun to be had in the winter months as well. The garage not only stocked with bikes, e was also skis and other winter sport activities.
Mountain Resort was quick to remedy any problem that we had while there. We will definitely be staying at Quail 5 again! -

The house was clean,and well appointed. It even provided dishes and step stools for small children. The house was spacious and provided for all our needs. We went to Sharks every day and appreciated how close the house was to the mall and the water park. We would definitely stay in the same rental property again. The flush unit on a downstairs toilet had a small leak and within 15 min someone was at the house to repair it. Well done on all fronts! We had friends staying at a different home and they commented that they would definitely stay at Quail 5 on their next trip.

This is a great house for a large group get-together. All the rooms were spacious with great storage. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Nice hot tub, had several bikes available which was a nice bonus. Close to the mall which was very convenient but far enough away so was very quiet. Parked 2 cars in the garage with plenty of room for 2 others in the driveway. Never felt cramped and was very impressed with the home. We'd rent it again!

The house more than met our expectations, with the exception of no coffee filters when we arrived. We solved that quickly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. The location within the resort was perfect, a nice early moring walk for the newspaper started each day. Not enough time to utilize all of the available facilities. Definitely be returning

#5 Quail was a wonderful home away from home. It was a wonderful location
for our senior friends to walk to the village. The kitchen was well equipped for
our in-home meals. Being the end of the season the rugs were in bad need of
a cleaning, but that is the only negative I can think of. We will stay there
again.

Our family of 6 rented this home along with our friend's family of 3. It was perfect for the kids, and adults. Plenty of room, great location and very clean. I would recommend this home to any family.
