You'll enjoy the sunken hot tub, with easy in and out access, on the private back deck. We usually stay in another home through Mountain Resort Properties but it was unavailable so we ended up in Dutchman 7. So glad! This house is extremely clean and while it's a little bit of a throwback decor-wise it is very, very comfortable. Just what we needed to relax! The entertainment system is updated from the current posted photo so we were able to enjoy movies, etc. during our stay. The beds are comfortable, the amount of space was great for just the four of us, and the hot tub was awesome. It was great that we could bring and enjoy time with our dog as he is a good traveler and well behaved. We also loved the inclusion for Sharc and Mavericks for our teens along with the many deals and coupons in the welcome packet. The bikes available were also an awesome touch to experience the trails. The WiFi is a great addition for us to be able to check on things via computer. Will definitely come back to Dutchman 7. A big thank you to the owners from us.

This house is adequate for up to six people but there is no extra space! It has a nice wood stove but the TV, kitchen, etc. are dated. The DVD player wasn't working while we were there and the requested repair tech never showed up...

Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed so we could cook at home. The only downside was that the hot tub was not Hot enought. The water was luke warm.
I would recommend this place. -

We stayed 7 nights in Dutchman 7 and loved every minute of it. The home is cozy and clean. The deck is great, a bit too hot outside to each dinner there but with the picnic table would have taken advantage of that had it been a bit cooler.
Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. Watched the London Olympics each night. Boys enjoyed the loft space and girls loved the twin bed room.
Bikes in garage were great and used everyday. Thanks again for a fantastic stay at Dutchman 7, we are hoping to stay again next summer! -

The house was older but was in good condition. The upstairs. Loft bed needed an airpump to pump the bed up. Overall I would stay again. We had 4 adults and 4 children. Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

overall our stay was lovely, but there are some suggestions/weaknesses:
1. lower hot tub temp and make easier to control at source.
2. check to see if enough coffee filters: only one left
3. fix DVD player; would not permit access to disks we brought (largely PG13); kept asking for code and the one written out did nothing to release control to watch
4. gutters to control rain running off front and rear entries; froze and was dangerously slippery
5. hall way was too dark to see thermostat setting; lights around did not help
liked the floorplan, the location back off the road. Maverick was a hit to all, as the snow was not always good at Bachelor. the fireplace worked very well. could use a large splitting log to help create kindling and smaller pieces. the kitchen are could use more flattering, atmospheric lighting -

perfect home for our needs (having 3 dogs). staff was excellent. location was very good, accessible to most areas conveniently via bicycles. Hot tub had some heating issues (was too hot most of the time and control wouldn't work), but overall, a very nice house and neighborhood. would definitely go there again.

If you are looking for a warm and cozy cabin with lots of space and a nice homey feeling this is it. I was a college student when i rented the place and 6 other friends and i were all comfortable. The loft is really neat and has lots of space for kids as well great cabin.
