We have used many rental companies to rent for over the past 25 years. The staff at Mountain Resort is always friendly and accommodating. Our home had a few problems--chipped granite eating bar sliced my daughters coat. Hot tub at 99 degrees way to cold. Water level was well below the jets. When we checked out I mentioned the problems. They were extremely apologetic. Overall, I would still use this company.

We really enjoyed our stay in your home this past Christmas week! As great as the pictures are capturing how the home looks, they don't convey how substantial and comfortable it is in furnishings. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was clean and ready to use, all the bathrooms were perfect for our group, three couples and three kids with one baby. I appreciated the supplies, (starter kit). I really wanted to teach the girls how to cross-country ski and the snow was perfect! We did circles around the house and the cul-de-sac right there in front of the house. Your home is very easy to find and get to off of Hwy. 97 and with a Market near by, we had all we needed. The Sharc and Maverick's passes were well used and much appreciated as well, along with the discounts at the ski rental. Sunriver had more activities then we could do in the time we were there and returning to this home afterwards was a real pleasure. Thanks for a great stay!

We had three families staying together, with lots of room. The grand kids, all five, had plenty of room to play, especially in the room with the air hockey table.
Kitchen was well equipped, great gas stove. Nice hot tub to soak in after a full day biking...lots of bikes available. Loved the floor plan and the master suites!
It did get a little warm at times, so wished there was air conditioning. Great service from Mt. Resort Properties! Great bikes trails and very close to the Village Inn & Sharc! Definitely recommend this house and Mt. Resort Properties. -

We've been staying at 8 Lassen occasionally for several years now. It has become a familiar friend. We love hanging out in the large but cozy living space. Plenty of beds for various sleeping arrangements. Good bicycles and access to Mavericks which is right across the street and a great club.
The staff of Mountain Resort has always been completely responsive and professional. Thanks! -

Great trip as always! We have stayed in various homes & have rented from several different property mgmts. This home was perfect for my parents and my family. We were worried about no a/C, but the way the house sits it wasn't needed at all. The house stayed cool all day long. However, the home was not stocked well. Lacking paper towels, hand soap and some kitchen items. Beds were comfortable. Miss the ping pong table. There was a big misunderstanding on bicycles. There are only 2 adult and 6 little kids bikes. I was told 8 adult per conversation, so 6 of us were bikeless. Whats SR known for...biking on the endless trails. The owner of Mtn Resort was nice to donate us 3 bikes, so only 3 of us were left without and was told to be happy with how many ever I can have if any at all. Beware, I was also told that what is listed could be different than what is actually at the home. Nothing is guaranteed . Great home, not happy about the customer service.

All homes and condos are stocked with a starter supply of paper goods only (ie toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) Homes are individually owned and we do provide the number of bikes however, we can not tell you what the bikes are in each house as they may be changed out from time to time by the owners.

Lassen #8 was perfect for our family. We have two children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren 2 to 21 years of age. Everyone had something to do, house was roomy, each had their own space. Enjoyed the washer and dryer, a must for a large group. House was warm even though it snowed a little, weather was warm enough for outdoor bicycling, Mavericks was used extensively and all enjoyed it. Hot tub was wonderful in the evening, games and movies were enjoyed. We were treated with respect at Mountain Resort Properties, they made the suggestion of Lassen #8 to fit our family needs. This served the purpose for having all our family together for our 50th anniversary. Thanks to all for great fun and a relaxing time.
