Enjoy a filtered golf course view of the 16th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course from this nicely furnished, ground level condo. Just off the Spacious living area there is a covered deck that faces the nicely landscaped common area and golf course. A unique feature of this condo is a sunroom with a futon for sleeping or just relaxing while watching the kids play on the attached enclosed deck. Both bedrooms offer views to the common area and the master suite also has a view of the golf course.

  Fan noise a big problem

  Our two bedroom was roomy and attractive, but loud fans left me sleepless. The main heating fan had a drone that woke me up every time it came on. I had to turn off central heat which left me cold. Bathroom fans are even louder -- louder than a poor quality blender -- not kidding. I did report the problems, but it has obviously been like this for a long time. Fans are easy and cheap to fix. No one is checking. The other part of the experience that was a big turn-off - security won't allow jogging (or even walking, apparently) alongside the road. Since paths don't always follow the roads I ended up lost and added another mile or two to my 5 mile jog. Really frustrating for a supposed recreation resort. The wedding I attended was wonderful, and facilities to support that are excellent.

  I apologize about the fans. We will check them out right away. I understand your frustratiion about not being able to jog on the roads. The primary reason the Sunrifer police enforce this rule as you might guess is safety.

  Spacious and Relaxing

  The Condo was a great fit for our family, only one thing was missing - a hair dryer. I didn't comment on the service as except for the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived , we didn't require nor was any other service required. We dropped off our keys at the real estate office when we left. The only confusion was the number of different condo and property managers at Sun River, eg. if we had a discount (from you)for rafting or canoeing it wasn't honored because Sun River is a myriad of businesses and realtors who don't all accept the same discounts within the boundaries of Sun River, different deals for different properties, within the Sun River boundaries.

  Good home away from home

  House was at least as roomy as the pictures indicated (if not moreso). Kitchen was well equipped with lots of utensils and small appliances (though we did not need or use most of them). The fireplace was a welcome bonus which we really enjoyed, especially since we had an unexpectedly early snow (2-3 inches, gone a couple of days later like one we might have in Houston every few dozen years).
