Lodge style, charming two story 3150 sq.ft. home with quality though out. Located just a short walk to the Deschutes river, north course, North pool and easy access to bike paths. Featuring floor to ceiling flag stone rock gas fireplace, log accents in the vaulted great room, 3 master suites, granite counter tops to compliment the stainless steel appliances, and a deck off each bedroom.

We had a fabulous time at 'the goose' and would highly recommend this property. Mountain Resort Properties were very nice and easy to work with, the house was very clean and for the first time ever the photos did not do justice to the property, it was much nicer than we expected! It was perfect for two families with various aged kids, there was always something to do. We will be back!

We love this house and had a great stay! Only reason the house didn't get five stars is because the house wasn't cleaned very well prior to us checking in.

This is our second year in this home - it is a quiet locale with lots of wildlife, such a joy to see the deer stroll by and nest right in front of us. The home itself is lovely and appointed nicely. Great bathrooms for the two masters. Different ages have plenty of room to spread out, with the pool table upstairs, ping pong and foosball in the garage, a huge dining table and a private balcony for each of the four bedrooms. The bike path is very close and Blue Goose is a cul-de-sac with little traffic, great for a beginning bike rider to practice.
Negatives: the main TV is very old and small. The DVD player does not accept Blu-Ray dics. We brought some movies we could not watch, hoping there would have been an upgrade from last year. The adults really like to watch movies together so this was a huge disappointment. The BBQ needs to be replaced-very old, difficult to use. Also, the Wifi was not operational during our stay, burned through a lot of data on the iPads.
Mt. Resort Properties is aware of the above shortcomings and is in touch with the owners of 20 Blue Goose to make changes asap. Also, when we discovered the blender was not working, Mt. Resort sent one over within an hour. Hooray! The Wifi may have been fixed sooner, but we had a break down in communications-how appropriate ;) The staff at Mt. Resort is very personable and responsive-thank you Debbie and Ray! -

This home was an incredibly wonderful place for our family to
spend an extended week-end together. The bedrooms were just
perfect and the living room and kitchen/dining area couldn't
have been better for the 11 of us. As we live near-by, I came
to "pre-view" properties before renting and found this home
to be the perfect getaway.

Perfect for a large group gathering. The home was perfection. Warm, inviting, open and decorated in a lovely way. My ex-husband and our spouses enjoyed our stay but had to leave two days early as our grandson had to have emergency surgery. We would love to take him back sometime to enjoy everything sunriver has to offer. The staff in the office is top notch. Wouldn't change a thing.

Our family stayed in this wonderful home with another family over the Labor Day Weekend. It was perfect as the home has two Master Bedrooms so that both couples felt pampered. Our children ranged from ages 1 to 17 and they all had fun playing pool, foosbal and ping pong. We were close enough to walk to the river and watch the sunset. House had plenty of supplies and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room to eat our meals and pictures do not do justice to comfortable living room. We loved the decks off of every bedroom and could relax in privacy when we wanted. Only negative was no bikes. We would rent this house again!

The house we stayed in was fabulous. Only concern we had was that the folks in the bottom bedroom could hear everything from the bedroom/bathroom above. Even light walking, cell phone ringing, just any noise at all.
Suggestion: Blue Goose 20 should prepare some instructions regarding how to work the complicated thermostat, how to turn on the fireplace etc. Most houses we've rented in the past have this. Surprised they didn't.
