Fort Rock Park features many amenities: basketball hoops, tennis courts, kids play area and room for soccer or whatever else your family can dream up. Featuring 2000 sq.ft. with a wood burning lava rock fireplace, vaulted great room with separate family room and a private balcony off each bedroom.

The home is spacious and the furniture and beds are all very comfortable, however the hot tub (one of the things I was most looking forward to) kept tripping the breaker and both times I walked out through the snow in my bathing suit anticipating slipping in to the warm water I found it lukewarm (literally 80 degrees). The management knew this was a problem and came out the first time we called about it, but the breaker was tripping multiple times during the day and we finally gave up trying to get it heated to temperature. They never apologized or offered to compensate us in anyway. The pots and pans provided in the house were terrible. You couldn't cook anything without it sticking to the pans and making a big burnt mess. I finally went to the local store and bought a non-stick pan to cook with while we were there. No hot tub and bad pans was really a bummer for us since those are two of the things we love to do--eat and soak :) This is not the first time complaints about the cookware were made as I read of it in guests' entries in the journal at the house. Please fix the hot tub and get some decent cookware. It was in all other ways very enjoyable.

We have sent the overseeing spa company out and the breaker tripping issue has been resolved. All hot tubs are overseen by local spa companies and they do what they can to ensure a perfect hot tub experience. As in your own home, things can break down and have issues. After several attempts to resolve this issue, the spa company found that the spa kept tripping because it was left on high speed while not in use. In addition, there are several quality non-stick pots and pans in this home. Complaints in the guest book are old and have since been replaced with new cookware.

We return year after to year to this awbrey home. We love its proximity to Fort Rock Park, access to the bike path near the backyard and quite location. It has everything we need so vacationing here is easy. Home is well maintained.
The spacious downstairs makes it a plus for larger families. Can't wait to come back!

The home was nice, but needed more attention by property management before guests arrived. When we arrived, the light bulbs were out in 2 rooms, the stove did not work, and more importantly the hot tub did not work (nor the internet TV).
These items were eventually taken care of. Could have been more descriptive information about various features such as house stereo system, TV, fireplace, etc. As a guest, I had to experiment with various features to figure out how they worked. We have rented this home for 5 years now and enjoy its proximity to Fort Rock Park and quiet location. The two family rooms each with a TV make it a great home for adults and teens. Spacious bedrooms and 3 baths are great for larger families with 5 or 6 people. The rental company provided fast and courteous service when requested.
