Light, bright and cheery home with a wall of windows looking into the trees. High ceilings and great architecture make this home a special find in Sunriver. Reverse living floorplan is popular with families and offers a space to enjoy meals together or to have some time in separate living areas. The downstairs area has a 4th room with a t.v. And is a cozy room for reading or just snuggling up. The elevated deck area also looks into the trees and provided the best of Sunriver's ambience.

This house is a nice, affordable way to stay in Sunriver with an average sized group. The only drawback is that one of the queens was a pull out bed (which we did not notice when booking, probably our bad).

This is the second time we have rented this house. We love the layout of the master and living area on the top floor with the wrap around balcony, with the bedrooms downstairs together with a cozy TV room and jacuzzi. It worked well for our first stay with group of teenagers, and the second time for two familities coming together for the holidays. Bennington Properties is an impressively well-organized outfit, too! And they are dog friendly, too, welcoming our pooch with cookies and a neckerchief!

This was our second stay at this great house. We love the floor plan and the amenities plus the location is great. When we return to Sunriver, this house will be at the top of our list, plus Bennington is the best rental company we have dealt with in over 14 years of visiting the area.

Had the best four days staying here! Ping pong table was a blast! Kids loved having the downstairs area and we loved being upstairs. Wish they had some kid movie options at the home to watch. Hard to get movies in Sunriver...they are all checked out! Bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable!

This property is located perfectly--walk to either the river or Fort Rock park. It was a great size for our family and allowed us to be together comfortably or seek our separate space when wanted. The huge deck is great for enjoying the outdoors with lots of provided seating. It had a well supplied kitchen,spacious bathrooms, relatively new large hot tub and most important--comfortable beds. We had two problems occur during our week long stay and Bennington was incredibly prompt in taking care of us and taking care of the house issues, ensuring that our vacation was great. Bennington is all about customer service and they get it right. Our dogs loved Yappy Hour. Thanks, Bennington, for a great stay and we'll see you again soon!

Great House. Nice and spacious! Many people can fit in comfortably. Hot Tub might have been broken though. But overall very cozy and a fun get-away place to stay in.

The whole experience was wonderful. We arrived to a warm home with soft music playing and the outdoor lights on. The house was perfect for us. Kitchen well appointed and the house is kept up very nice. Bennington Properties took good care of us with no glitches and we will be back soon! Plus the location of this house is in the heart of everything.

In a word - outstanding. Look no further, this wonderfully appointed home has it all. Immaculately clean, spacious, warm and inviting, pride in ownership is evident throughout this entire home. We arrived well after dark to find the porch light on, soft music playing in the background and three movies previously selected with a packet of popcorn awaiting on the dining room table. Nice touch! There are so many gadgets and gizmos in the kitchen that a culinary extraordinaire would be smiling right now. Who complained about saran wrap and paper towels? Wahhh...I brought a few extra rolls and left them for the next persons who are fortunate enough to stay here. Everything was absolutely perfect and everything was in good working order. We have been staying in Sunriver homes for 15 years and this one is by far the best. Forget those other places with "sun" or "river" in their names...choose Bennington Properties and you will not be disappointed. I do have two regrets, one it took me 13 years to rent a home from Bennington and two, I could not award this home 6 stars! Thank you Bennington Properties!

We were able to check in early which was a huge plus as we had a dog with us in our car. The house was set up just right. Clean, warm and ready for our arrival. The most useful kitchen utensils were handy. All the eletronics worked great. Anyone should enjoy this house.

We have stayed in a few Bennington Properties for the past two years and with other property mangagement teams for the past 20 years. This home does accomidate the extended family however we were surprised how poorly it was appointed. Be prepared to bring beach towels for the pool and anything besides salt and pepper in the kitchen. Baggies, syran wrap would be great! It could be that we have been spoiled by the past homes and this property isn't unique. On a positive note, the management is wonderful as usual but we will be asking more question next time so we are not surprised again.

Great house! Close to park and bike paths. Great for families. Spacious floor plan. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful deck and hot tub. Enjoyed the flat screen tv and stereo system. Bedrooms very comfortable. The kids loved the media room! We were impressed this house allowed dogs too, our dogs enjoyed long naps on the deck after swimming in the river! We enjoyed this house and will look forward to renting this house again!

we have stayed at sunriver a number of times. we have rented through Bennington Properties before and have been most pleased. reservations are up front and one can be assured of a great property in which to rest and relax.. # 30 white elm lane just filled the bill for us. we have recommended Bennington Properties to many friends and they have all appreciated their stay at sunriver

I loved the home we stayed in. It was beautiful and the views out the many windows were stunning. It was supplied with everything we wanted and needed. I especially liked that we could bring our dogs with us.
