Bennington properties were very courteous and welcoming. The only negative was the master shower hardly drained and we spoke to the office the first day and never got a reply that they couldn't fix it or if they looked at it. So, we couldn't use it. And the only other thing I would suggest would be to put kitchen wash rags or sponges routinely in homes because we did not have any way to wash off table and counters and had to ask for them. But when we did they were delivered right away. The house is a wonderfully open one level comfortable home and we would stay there again.

Overall, we liked the property at 17 Nine Iron. It was large and comfortably housed 8 of my family and extended family members. The location was great and Bennington Properties was very easy to work with. My only suggestion is that the home is outdated (it seems very 1980's) and is in need of some upgrading. The kitchen is very bare, etc. The next time around I might look for a more updated home in Sun River.

We stayed here for a tennis tournament with 3 families. There were 6 adults and 3 teenagers. We never felt crowded since the layout of the home is all on one level and so spread out.
There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms, enough eating areas, even enough deck space to always feel comfortable. We had so much fun playing games, biking, cooking and playing tennis.

We spent 9 days at 17 Nine Iron and were very happy with the accommodations. We were 3 couples and 1 six year old. The pluses were enough bikes for all. The house was very roomy and everything was in working order. The minuses (not that major) were the lack of air conditioning (be vigilant about closing blinds during the day) and the light carpets were slightly dirty. I don't know why rental units insist of light colored carpet! Again...not major, but tough to keep clean. Another minus is the front bedroom is not for light sleepers. It was next to the kitchen and the couple who sleeps there ends up getting up with first risers. All in all though, it was a very good house and we have an incredible time with our family. Definitely keep on the list as a possible return candidate.
