We have stayed in many Sunriver homes and although this is an older home, the owners have made some very nice updates. Very appealing visually & comfortable. Wonderfully big laundry room for wet snow gear. Location of the home was within a minute of the river on foot and perfect for our kids and dogs.

Vancouver, WAThe Perfect Home for a Family Getaway!

We were at home the minute we walked in the doors. The house had everything we could have asked for, was very modern and well kept, and was cozy. There were plenty of bikes for the whole family and the loft area was perfect for the kids and their games/movies. This house is also in the perfect location, close to the river and the store, but far enough away from the busy village.
The only negative - and this is stretching - there was pet hair on the large sofa by the window, not a big deal for us but it could be a problem for other visitors.

I really enjoyed my stay at this home. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals and the rest of the home's furnishings made for a very comfortable stay. I look forward to my next trip to Sunriver!

Plenty of couchs for our teenagers to sprawl on and extremely comfortable. Well maintained, had everything we needed just like being at home.The only thing was the people before us had a pet and there was some leftover hair.

Kinglet Lane #10 was a well designed home, and very comfortable. Hot tub was relaxing. We liked the gas fireplace; our preference over wood.
