This house had everything we neeeded plus more from accomodations to entertaiment. It was very clean and there's plenty of extra blankets and sheets. Kitchen was equipped with all the utensils including pots and pans. The hot tub was a life saver for my teenage girls. It was the main attraction! The ping pong table and the bikes kept everyone busy. Using the walking/bike path (10H junction), the house is very close to the gas station, grocery store, plus the Mavericks indoor Fitness center. It is just 30-40 minute walk to Sharc and the Village. To top it off Bennington Properties customer service was unparalleled. We're convinced they are the best! Thank you so much.

We are two couples who take an annual ski trip to Sunriver/Bachelor. Our requirements for the house are: two separate bedroom suites, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, open design where kitchen/dining room/living room connect, free internet access, and a hot tub! This was a well designed, well maintained on the inside house. Combination lock worked, hot tub was on, and rooms were nicely cleaned. Appreciated 4th night free offer.

This is a great house, comfortable and very roomy with a second family room downstairs. I was a little uneasy about the hot tub being under the deck above, but it didn't take anything away from it. The hammock was the icing on the cake! I would definitely stay here again.

Bennington properties amazed me with their professionalism. From the moment I booked our sunriver reservations online, we were kept informed via friendly and information emails leading up to our stay. When we checked in, our rental was immaculately clean and fully equipped with all the amenities one would expect in a vacation home. I liked they had current magazines in the house for our reading pleasure and left pamphlets and brochures so we knew what activities were going on in the resort. I sent Bennington staff an email when we discovered our coffee carafe was cracked and got a response almost immediately that a new one will be delivered to the property in the morning, and they followed through. I felt really taken care of from Bennington Properties. A great property management company. Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. This house is very cozy but still large enough for the family to spread out. We loved having the extra living area downstairs for the kids. Another fabulous stay!

Great house for our family of five plus my older parents. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of space for all. The hot tub was a bonus that we all enjoyed. Super great location -easy in and out. Ping pong so fun and bikes perfect. Will us Benninton again!

Great house, perfect for our family visit; daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters, 9 & 4. We enjoyed the bike trails and went to a magic show at the Sunriver Lodge. Updated microwave and a crockpot in kitchen would be nice. Overall, nice house and a great time.

While located a little outside of Sunriver, it is nice to be out of the hussle and bussle. Beautiful home with a great kitchen and spacious decks. The hammock and hot tub were a huge hit. This is the second time I have used Bennington and can't say enough about the service and experience. Thanks for the great home!

This house was very comfortable and clean. The floor plan was perfect for us. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a very nice feature. We will definitely rent this house again.

This house is one of the best furnished I have used in SunRiver. Nice fireplace, and plenty of blankets, and pillows. The best supply of cookware, and dishes although the knives could be sharper. I have already recommeded this unit to friends in Salem.

The house we rented was comfortable and perfect for our group of six tennis players. While not as spectacular as other Sun River houses, the value is unbeatable. We would definitely rent this house again.
