This house was perfect for our family of two adults and two kids (ages 5 and 8). Huge great room for playing board games, watching movies, and running around. The house is immaculate, well appointed, and cozy (yet huge at the same time; the vaulted ceilings are wonderful). There are tons of windows, so our doggie always had a square a sunshine to sleep in; we can't recommend this home enough! Bennington Properties was incredible; the two small issues we had were remedied in minutes, our dvds were waiting for us upon arrival (with popcorn!), and our kids were in love with their little free toys and granola bars from the office! Wonderful experience, all the way around.

We like this house because of it's location- It is clean and comfortably fits up to 3 couples ( we had 2). It is walking distance to the river and plenty of places to walk.

Overall house the was wonderful. We saw lots of deer in the morning and the evening. Only one DVD player with teenagers was a little setback. One word of caution the black mat on the deck gets real hot in the sun if you are bare foot.

We love Rogue 16.It is an easy walk to the country store in the morning for coffee and roll. Centrally located for trip to Sunriver Mall or the Lodge for lunch. Deer come right up to the deck for some cut apples if you have some available.The kitchen provides everything you might need to cook , nice large washer/dryer combo and best of all excellent beds! Was a big plus to have air-conditioning added. We were provided with free passes to Snarc and North Pool which we all enjoyed. It is the perfect house for our family of 2 teen agers, older mother in law and mom and dad. We highly recommend this house!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Our boys (they are 6 and almost 4) had a great time biking, swimming, and playing on the nearby playground. The neighborhood was quiet. The only small complaint we had is that none of the tubs had anti-slip adhesives...our 3-year-old fell in the shower twice (and he was with his dad both times!) Other than that, we loved the house and would like to return in the winter sometime!

I loved this house-it's in a quiet part of Sunriver and convenient to the river. The house is beautiful-spacious and the floor the ceiling windows were great-we could see the deer (even the fawns) walk through every morning. I came back so relaxed-thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at 16 Rogue! The home is very spacious, well equipped, and full of natural light. The house is just a short distance to the river so the dogs had a great time going for the nightly walk. The deck outside was very nice and the weather was warm enough so we could BBQ and eat outside. We would definitely stay at this rental again. As always, Bennington made check-in/out a breeze and provided nice welcome gifts for the dogs, which they loved.

We stayed at 16 Rogue during a cold snowy spring break. The gas "wood" stove was wonderful, loved having the warmth with just a flip of a switch. The kitchen was well supplied and our dog "Daisy" enjoyed the welcome package that was especially for her. A very enjoyable vacation for our family!

Rogue 16 was a very roomy home, and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a third bathroom was great and while there were only four of us, you could easily have six adults and several children.

Our three bedroom and three bath place was spacious for two couples with a lovely living room with cathedral ceilings and well equipped kitchen. We did not use the deck or hot tub however, they looked inviting. The location was good, not great as the view outside was fairly scrubby trees.. however it was a short hike to the river and other walking trails in the development. We would all rent this again and/or refer it to a friend.

My brother, sister and I and our spouses first stayed in Sun River about 25 years ago and have since tried to make the trip every few years. The home at Rogue 16 is the most comfortable place we've ever stayed in and Bennington Properties was a pleasure to deal with. We did everything online so simply drove 235 miles and arrived at the house at check-in time! The home was immaculate and well equipped. We are all in our 70's and appreciated that each couple had a bedroom suite. The very large great room has lots of seating and the vaulted ceiling and many windows let in the sunshine...and also allowed us to watch the deer and squirels! We hope our next trip to Sun River will again be spent at Rogue 16...we highly recommend the house...you won't be disappointed.

Upon arrival to the house we were very pleased with the condition of the house. It was very clean and kept up.
We loved the fact that special attention was given to our dog. The welcome basket for her was fantastic and a nice touch.
We had such a great time at Sun River that we plan to visit again ... maybe even an annual trip for the family.
If we had one suggestion of what can be improved open, it would be in the kitchen. We found it under supplied with pots and pans. As we are a family of five and planned most of our meals to be in, we had planned to do a lot of food prep and cooking. There was only on sauce pan which we had to use for all our cooking. I would suggest supplying a few fry or sauté pans as well. A very minor "complaint” and one that can very easily taken care of.

We try to stay at this property everytime we come to Sunriver. It feels just like home to us, since we have been staying there since our children were little.
The only problem we had this time was with some minor maintenance. The shower handle in one of the bathrooms came off and the garbage disposal had been leaking, causing a lot of water under the sink. Both issues were taken care of within one day.
