Everything about this house was perfect except for the hot tub. It was low on water and the jets were very week. I even complained when I went the second day of my stay to get keys to my second house I rented for the weekend. I was told they would send out the Spa guy but they never came. Glad we had the second house cause that hot tub was much better.

After you made us aware of the problem the hot tub company was there at 8:43am on Saturday, they did fill up the tub and assessed the jets were working at their strongest. We will encourage the spa company to leave a note stating they were there if they don't see you so you will not feel neglected. We appreciate you staying with us again and we look forward to seeing you next time.

This is the second time that we've stayed at this house for a multi-family vacation and we plan on coming back every year for years to come. The layout of the house is perfect for our needs and the house has been clean and well-appointed on our stays. The one and only negative of this house for us, is that there is only one narrow bathtub with sliding glass door in the downstairs shared bathroom. All of the families that we stay here with have small children and it's a very inconvenient tub to have to deal with for nightime bathtime. But hey...we could pick another house if we wanted and we still choose not to! It's a great house!

Our annual guys golf getaway stayed at #8 White Elm Lane this year and it was awesome! Great space and natural environment. The pool table downstairs was a big hit with the guys and the kitchen was stocked with tons of utensils, pots and pans, even spices in the pantry. Highly recommend this place.

This primarily to say thanks to the wonderfully efficient team in your office and to the remarkably responsive , efficient and effective maintenance crew who work for DSVR. These aspects of your operation have ensured that we have returned year after year. As for this particular rental, the house is basically fine but is noisy--weak inter-room sound insulation. One general comment for every year and every house in which we have stayed is how remarkably dull all the knives are requiring that we have had to buy either knife sharpeners or new knives for cooking each year. Such little things actually diminish the experience because of their annoyance index especially because the solution is so simple requiring just some attention to detail.

The carpets were not cleaned and stained in several locations. One, in particular, was on the steps as you first enter. Makes a grungy first impression. Other than that, wonderful house but would look at other homes that are being offered at the same price.

We all had a great time and the house was beautiful!! The downstairs bedrooms were a little small with having to have packnplay beds set up for small children in the rooms. The kitchen, dining and livingroom were spacious and allowed several adults and children to move about and cook easily. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and everything was very clean. The decor was great and we had a view of Mt. Bachelor from the upstairs master. We all enjoyed the snow and had fun sledding on the Woodland Golf Course behind the house. Everyone enjoyed it--just wished we could have stayed longer because we had many things planned yet to do. We'd love to stay again! Thanks to the management company also for the quick response to any of our needs.

House was beautiful, clean, and when we had a few issues (hot tub not warm enough) they sent out a maintainence man within an hour to get it fixed. They even sent someone out to help us when we couldn't figure out how to set up our Xbox Kinect so the kids could play :) We will definitely use Discover Sunriver rentals again and the White Elm property was IDEAL for a group of 8 adults with 4 kids!!

The house was beautiful and accomodated 5 adults, 4 teens, and 2 small children for 6 days. We played pool, used the hot tub, and enjoyed special dinners using both tables in the dining area. The garage hosts approx. 8 cruiser style bikes, a jogger stroller for a toddler, and a ping pong table. The rooms were spacious and made you feel like you were staying in a 4 star suite. We hope to visit White Elm Lane again, thank you for the memories!

Our only concerns with the property were in the kitchen. Some pots and pans were not clean. We needed to buy a dish brush, hand soap, pie pans, etc. In the past, these items were present in homes that we have rented. However, the setup of the home far surpassed any concerns!

this was a terrific home. You thought of everything to make our vacation terrific. Bikes were awesome, pool table was used constantly, ping pong and so much much more. We really loved it all.

The house was equipped with everything you would need. It was just the right size for 4 families. My family came up from Calif. and they were so pleased with the arrangements. The only thing I would add to the house is 2 more TV for the 2 bedrooms that were without.

We had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving. The house was very nice and suited our 3 families very well. The kids used the sleds and bikes and they had a lot of fun. This is our 3rd house we have rented in Sunriver and so far it's our favorite. The only suggestions I have is an Extra Fridge in the garage would be nice. We had a ton of food since it was a holiday and we didn't have enough room to fit everything in the one fridge. Luckily it was cold enough outside to put our drinks in such on the back deck to stay cold. And the only other thing I can think of is some of the bedrooms need updated bedding and more pillows and more towels stocked up in the bathrooms. Thanks for the memories!!!

We were a group of 10 adults, and that weekend we were more kids than adults! We golfed, hiked, rode bikes, canoed, played pool, ping pong - we never stopped having fun. Mgt. was wonderful with our requests, one made ahead of time, and one made when we arrived. The house and amenities fit our needs extremely well, and it was a weekend we are already looking back to as one of those very special times. Thank you!

We walked in, and marveled at the house--what a BEAUTIFUL place!! We didn't want to go home! Every amenity was there and then some. The home is georgous, and it obviously was professionally decorated with no expense spared. Thank you for opening your vacation home to everyone. We will definately be back!

Overall, this was a nice house in a great location. It is in desperate need of upgrades, however. The TV's in the bedrooms only have VHS players; no one uses VHS anymore, as DVD has been the standard for many years. Also, the washer and dryer need updating, and it would be helpful if the kitchen was stocked with more utensils and twice as many glasses. The A/C unit may need to be serviced, as it was freezing cold downstairs, and hot upstairs, even with all of the vents closed downstairs. The deck was our favorite part of the house.
