This beautiful four bedroom and three bath home is located on the North end of Sunriver near Mavericks and North Golf Course. This nicely appointed home has 4 bedrooms with 1 King Master suite, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a Queen bed in the third bedroom and two Twin beds in the fourth and both share a bathroom. This is a great home for entertaining with a lots of deck area off the living room. Enjoy relaxing on the deck or soaking in the privately enclosed hot tub. Dogs are welcomed in this home. My family of 4 stayed with another family of 4 in this house for four nights. This house has plenty of room, and is laid out well, and has a well equipped kitchen. We had a great time and will be renting it again in the future.

This was our first stay in this house and we loved it!!! Liked the one story, nice hot tub, kitchen had everything a cook could want. We will rent it again!!

Overall the house was very nice. It was a bit on the older side, but very clean. We are a family of 8 adults, and found that there wasn't enough seating in the living room to accommodate all of us without using the outside chairs. The kitchen was well equipped. It would have been convenient to have a second refrigerator in the garage along with a couple more bikes, but overall, the house was very comfortable. It was a bit farther out than we are used to, so walking into the village was a distance. We had brought three of our own bikes, but didn't rent more. We did have a great time and enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful "pet friendly" home. Floor plan is very open and spacious with no shortage of bathrooms. Will definitely stay at this home again as a "family" vacation for us includes our Shelties!

This house is one of the few that have 4 full-sized bedrooms for adults. There is plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, nice setting, good and equitable division; A great place to get together.

The main problem we had was with the selection of furniture. The dining table looked great in the space but was impracticle. We could not play games of any kind and since it rained we were looking for inside activities. Also, the table's chairs were very uncomfortable for short legged people like me. There wasn't even a cross piece I could put my feet on to keep them from hanging down and putting pressure on my knees.

This property was very clean, the location was quite close to Mavericks, & it suited our needs for a single level 4 bedroom home. We didn't use the 4 bicycles. The quite small pool table was in the garage, but it was OK.
