We hadn't been to Sunriver in over 5 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was in a great location right by the bike trails and there was a big grass lawn in front of our place that our 5 year old son played in. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking very easy.

This is our second year in an Aquila Lodge home and found it even better (liked master bedroom on first floor). We entertained comfortably, had good access to Mall and Mavericks which we used a lot. The "lodge" motif is charming and warm with lots of little details provided by the owner. Had minor problem with oven and related circuit breaker that was handled promptly. The hand mixer didn't work. Both of these issues were minor and didn't have big impact. We'd love to come back to this property.

We enjoy Sunriver and the Bend area in general. We have been coming for years and have always used Discover Sunriver for our rentals. This year we had 14 & 16 Aquila. I though 14 was bit used. The carpet frayed, the dishes chipped, old TV and stereo. We had a toilet problem. No plunger in the house and our call to maintenance did not prompt a visit. Makes me wonder if the quality is feeling the strain of the economy. The Village mall continues to go down hill. I feel bad about it. Mavericks is good, the women loved Sage Springs Spa and the youngsters had a great sleigh ride. Overall, I continue to like Sunriver but we may look elsewhere next year.

We love Sunriver and staying at this beautifully decorated condo made our trip even more special. Everything was great and we even booked the same condo for next year before our vacation even ended. Our boys especially liked the bunkbeds and the kitchen was top-notch. We can't wait to head back next year!
