Great times and wonderful memories are waiting to be had at this beautiful air conditioned Sunriver retreat. Lounge outside on a beautiful deck surrounded by wide-open spaces while soaking up tons of brilliant sunshine. Enjoy a romantic evening in your privately located hot tub, or take a leisurely walk down to the river. The river rock fireplace is the perfect place to cozy up to with a good book. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath gorgeous home has 2 master suites each with a king both downstairs, one bath has hall entrance. The other bedrooms have a queen and 2 sets of bunks are upstairs.   My tennis team absolutely LOVED the house; especially the air conditioning since it was so hot. The open floor plan was perfect with the large island made it very convenient to host a large number of people. We hope to rent it again the next time we qualify to play there in Sectionals.

  What a great house!

  We walked in the front door and all I heard were WOW's from the rest of my family! The house is wonderful and ina great location. Lots of Deer and wildlife right outside the door! My husband even hand fed and pet a deer with some fruit. We had 7 people and were extremely comfortable. even adding a couple more people would have been fine. The house was well equipped and stocked. The showers are great (just only take one at a time or you run out of hot water fast...)The closet space was awesome! We really loved Sunriver and all it had to offer along with the close proximity to Bend. We will be coming back again!

  #37 Kinglet was a perfect house for my family's vacation. We rented two homes and discoversunriver was first class in both reservations. Loved being close to the woodlands golf course and to the river. This was our 5th time renting in the last year or so and I couldn't imagine using anyone different.

  The property was a little worn around the edges, a few things did not work properly, all minor, but somewhat below our expectations. We enjoyed our stay tremendously nonetheless. We rode bikes everyday, enjoyed the swimming pools, went for walks, had a delightful getaway.

  This was our 3rd year in a row staying at 37 Kinglet Road. We really enjoy this home. One thing this year that we didn't like was the large infestation of mosquitos in and around Sunriver. We also liked was that some of the bike trails have been recently repaved. Hope they get the rest of them done as a lot are very bumpy in places.

  This house was super clean! The home in person exceeded our expectation over the photos. Everything we needed was there. We appreciated the water bottles that were chilling in the fridge when we arrived as well as the extra bikes in the garage (2 mountain bikes, 1 kids bike & 1 razor scooter) We ate dinner on the patio one night and were often greeted on the back porch by deer. One suggestion I have is to light the back porch! My husband and one of the kids slipped down the steps to the spa on two separate occassions due to the inability to see the steps in the dark! We had to use the flashlights in order to see! Overall, it was a great vacation and wish we could have stayed longer than 5 nights!!

  So many wonderful things to say...where to begin?
  Our crew was an extended family group of three sisters, four kids and one dad.
  Sunriver was the ideal destination. Every day was run... bike... swim... eat... repeat! The kids -- from 18 months to 18 years all had so much fun. The 18 month old marveled at the deer coming up right to the back porch, the 13 year old was wild about the Flow-rider at Mavericks, and everyone had so much fun in the three different pools we had access to. Each day we all got on our bikes (including the two generously available at the house) and pedaled the endless miles of bike paths in Sunriver.
  The house was ideal for our group. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked. Bunked beds upstairs for the kids. Comfy beds for the adults. A great grill on the porch and a kitchen with every utensil we needed. Plus a super hot tub on the deck.
  And, of course, we knew the team at Discover Sunriver was there to help with anything we needed.
  We all left to go home to Seattle and Portland saying that this must become an annual family tradition! We wouldn't have changed a thing.

  I love everything about this property. Check the outside wood paneling at the base of the privacy walls that enclose the hot tub. It has water damage and should be fixed before it gets worse.

  The outside deck needs to be sanded and so do the wood benches. You can get slivers in your feet and seat if you sit on the wood benches and walk without shoes on the deck.

  I own a vacation rental on Mt. Hood so I'm particularly in tune with the condition and details of any rental I stay in.
  This rental was of high quality and I would recommend it. A few things I would point out that could make this a 5-star rental are:
  1. Upgrade the TVs. For the price of this rental the TVs are cheap and old. And they don't match the quality of the furniture. At a minimum put a flat-screen in the family room.
  2. Mattresses are shot. This is my biggest complaint. The mattresses are smashed on the edges and need to be replaced. My nightly sleeping was pretty bad. It felt like I was in a cheap hotel room.
  3. Put utensil holders in the kitchen drawers. This is a fairly cheap update, but having to dig through drawers to get a ladel is annoying. Especially if you have to do it 3 times a day for 5 days. Please get some dividers for the drawers. It looks really cheap as it is.
  The house floor plan was great. We loved the great room idea and the furniture was great. But the items I mentioned above would probably cause me to investigate other homes before booking this one again.

  In general, kitchen well stocked and comfortable to work in. Would love to have citronella candles available on site, nothing left in the local stores as mosquitos are a BIG problem. I think We left a couple pints of blood there!
  A dimmer switch in dining room would be great. Nice master suite and guest room!
