This is a super two bedroom home with great Sunriver character. The home has warm wood accents and a wood burning fireplace. There is a nice deck off the back of the home with private hot tub. The home is located in the heart of Sunriver off of Circle 2. The home has two queen bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom and a hide-a-bed in the living room. One of the queen bedrooms has a balcony. The other bathroom is downstairs. There are 3 TVS, VCR, CD Stereo, DVD, Gas BBQ, Single Car Garage, fireplace, Great Location!, Approx. 1070 Sq Ft.   The house was great for our needs, everything was clean and worked perfectly. I would have liked better information regarding the SHARC and Mavericks, especially since we were there over a holiday and hours were different. Overall, we were very pleased with our rental.

  Wife, son and granddaughter spent a wonderful week at the Sun River Resort. Our home was very nice and in a great location. We made use of the bikes and especially the fireplace on those chilly mornings. I think the best amenity was access to Mavericks! What a great place and not crowded like the water park! We are hoping to come back next year!!

  Great location to all the amenities Sunriver has to offer. Shark and Mavericks big plus. The mattress in the fold out couch/bed was terrible. That was a huge disappointment considering the money we paid, we expected much better. It needs to be replaced!! House has some deferred maintenance.

  We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. The house was nice but didn't smell fresh when we arrived. We know it is a dog house but even as dog owners we don't want to smell them in a house when we enter! Otherwise a very comfortable home and would recommend it to others.

  good location but out of date with much deferred maintenance

  While the house itself is in a good location and has a well equipped kitchen, it is in need of updating and maintenance work. Much chipped woodwork, peeling exterior paint, uneven deck planking. When we opened the hide a bed it was filled with popcorn
  (not ours). The yard was filled with downed trees that had not been removed. Discover Sunriver added an additional fee to our bill after we had already authorized an amount to our credit card.

  We will look into the issues you had with the home. The popcorn in the hide a bed is unacceptable and should not have happened. You were charged a pet fee in addition to the amount quoted because you brought a dog. It is our standard policy to do so as do all rental companies in Sunriver.

  Teflon pots are chipped and not in useable condition. Knives need sharpening... impossible to use. However, everything else was great! Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and wood, etc. (Ax is in garage.)

  Overpriced for the condition of the property

  The unit was priced at nearly $200.00 dollars a night, and was not very clean. Popcorn in the couch, and dirt in the corners of the room. The unit is supposed to sleep 6, but the pull out couch was very sloped, and I ended up sleeping on the floor. The hot tub, had rust streaks all over the interior, the refrigerator worked, but smelled funny and the tea pot was unusable. We had stayed in another house in Sunriver 2 weeks previous to this stay and loved the Unit. I might have paid $100.00 a night for a house of this quality, but $200.00 was just too much.

  The deck umbrella needs to be replaced and the Bar-B-Q brush needs to be replaced. I would recomend the owner pay for 2-3 small fans to be used at night when warm. Strongly recommend replacement of sliding shower door tracks and caulking. Unsanitary conditions.
