Great Room Concept with Loft Above with Reading/Nesting Area and Ping Pong Table, Free WiFi, Large Deck, Hot Tub, Adjacent Green Belt with large lava features and Fort Rock Park for exploring and recreation with Tennis Courts, Bike Trails, Sports Fields, Large Playground, Golf Course Across Street, 35+ miles paved bicycle trails, Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, Deschutes River, Public access to nearby swimming pools, Large number of mountain biking and hiking trails.

We have unlimited use passes for the new SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center) which is expected to open Memorial Day. It has four swimming pools, one indoor, t...wo water slides, a simulated river for floating, amphitheater, winter sledding runs and several more activities. In addition the passes can be used for the pool at the Woodlands Course Club House, all tennis courts, and the boat launch at the marina.

The house which consists of approximately 2,800 square feet, five bedrooms and three full baths, is on a one-half acre lot and sits back from the street 125 feet. The landscaping has been left in a natural state, but the owner performs the necessary cleanup to prevent excessive growth of vegetation which could become a fire hazard.

The house is three stories with the garage, laundry room, three bedrooms and two full baths and the hot tub deck on the first level. The living room, dining room and kitchen forming a great room, as well as an owner's room/ office, two more bedrooms, a full bath and the main deck with barbeque and deck are on the second level. The loft (third level) includes ping pong area and sitting/ reading area. Please call or email for more information and graphics.

There are several bicycles in the garage for the use of all renters. Sunriver has about 35 miles of ten feet wide paved bicycle/walking trails that course through all the neighborhoods, to the Village Mall, the golf courses, along the Deshutes and Sun Rivers and circle Fort Rock Park which is behind the house. Children under 17 are required to use helmets while bicycling so remember to bring them.

Kids and adult will find the hill to the rear of the house with large pines and lava features to be entertaining to climb around on. Most families who have stayed here find this green belt to be a primary draw for their families as everything is so close to the house and within "calling distance". During the winter kids sled, snowboard and ski for short distances down this hill. The soccer fields, kids playground with lots of well maintained equipment, basketball courts, horseshoes, tennis and pickleball courts are all located just beyond the hill.

The size of the lot and the hill in the green belt to the rear of the house also provide a significant amount of privacy for family.Read more

Shamrock Lane runs along the north side of Fort Rock Park, the only public park in Sunriver.

  Great location if you like to play tennis. The owner always answered his email quickly, and got things done. A raccoon had chewed up the jacuzzi before we got there; owner had pump, etc. replaced, and the workers were finishing up when we arrived--what wasn't completed 100% was taken care of promptly the next morning--with owners quick involvement. Ping pong table in the loft was lots of fun. The deck is expansive and we enjoyed hanging out, grilling, eating and watching the deer that meandered by. Plenty of room for seven couples with very young kids. Bigger lot with open area with trees around the houses on the street give a little more privacy. Quick walk to the tennis courts and park. Plenty of room to park five cars. Cozy, but big enough living room to involve everyone in games. Laundry in the garage was great. Loved the relatively new jacuzzi.
