Highly recommend this house.
Only thing it needed was a stereo system. Something to plug your iphone into. It had nothing for music. Very nice large flat screen, two wonderful gas fireplaces.
Fantastic floor plan, modern layout, huge farmhouse kitchen table, hot tube, super large deck with ample sunlight and bbq. large, clean finished garage for games(ping pong, fooseball) all bikes in excellent shape with good pumped tires.
Rent this house. I did for my brothers bachelor party. and all 11 of us had a great time.

This trip was a big success and a lot of fun for everyone. We had plenty of room, and the open design was enjoyed by all. The table fit our needs for a holiday dinner sit down perfectly. We have a lot of tall family members who enjoyed sitting at this table.
Upon return home I realized that I was missing some kitchen items and decided to call and find out if anyone could help me with that, and Shannon was ready and willing to get on that for me. She also made me feel comfortable about the request, as I felt silly fusing about it and really didn't want to call. I am pleased to report that, thanks to Shannon, I have all of my kitchen pieces back. Just in time for Christmas!! Thanks Shannon!

We stayed at 33 Tan Oak last week and our family came away from the trip all agreeing we will want to stay in the home again on our next trip to Sunriver. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the Northwest, and this is the best all around experience we have ever had.
The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival (2 hours ahead of standard check-in time, thanks to Bennington Properties!) Everything was in working order. Kitchen was the most well-stocked, including spices/cooking oils, that I've ever seen. Good quality pots, pans, and knives. More than enough dishes for our group. Starter pack of supplies was more than ample for our 4 day stay.
Hot tub was in good working order, and utilized every night. Ping pong and foosball in the garage (although a bit chilly in the evening) was really fun. Our daughter loved the bunk room, and that it had it's own TV for some separate down time between adults and children.
Plenty of towels were available, which was nice to not have to do laundry during visit - it's vacation!
The street was very well kept and quiet. Deer came to visit us almost every night.
We did not use the bikes, but were pleased to see so many, including bike helmets for adults. Next trip!
The absolutely only thing that we had any sort of issue with is the ceiling fan in the great room. It rattled a bit and seemed off kilter, so we decided to turn it off during our stay. Due to the weather, this was no big deal at all.
I was very impressed with the experience with Bennington Properties, as this is our first rental with them. They communicated effectively and consistently, answered all our questions, and accommodated our early check in request with no issues. I also appreciated they didn't have a lengthy checkout requirement list like some other rentals do. They made our departure much easier and that was very appreciated!

26 years of annual treks to one of the greatest family designations in the county. This visit was no different as the weather was perfect and 33 Tan Oak was marvelous! The ease of making reservations, the communications from Bennington and the clean house made the stay just great.

Rental process was done on line..easy and no problems. Information on the property and surrounding area were very helpful and accurate. Upon arriving, we found the house to be in a great location, clean, plenty of room, comfortable,and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely rent this property again.

The house was very comfortable. Plenty of space. Very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and the basic spices. Convenient location to the village, water park, and playground.

Very nice house with 2 master suites and room for all the kids. Great upstairs deck. Plenty of cookware, dishes, plates, etc. to put on meals for 9 people.
We called when the hot tub got a bit cloudy and Bennington had a tech right over to take care of it.

The house at 33 Tan Oak was great and open floor plan. The pictures on Benningtons website are true on what they show. always helpfull and superfriendly staff. I will always book my trips at sunriver through these guys...

It is always a pleasure to rent from Bennington Properties. Your service is top notch and very responsive. The kids love picking out a prize at your offices! 33 Tan Oak was a great house for our recent mini-reunion. We managed 15 people on our peak night with 11-13 most nights. Everyone had a great time, there was plenty of room to roam and a great kitchen for big family dinners! A bummer that there was no snow this year (2011) but I can't blame you for Mother Nature's failing. At least there was snow and good skiing on Bachelor. Thanks again and we are all looking forward to our next stay in a Bennington managed home!
