We loved the large windows that let in light and the outdoors, and the decks in the back that afforded expansive views. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking utensils. The location is nice and quiet, away from the mall and Sharc which is a plus if you want to relax, but makes it a bit of a drive or bike ride if you have children and your activities will focus in that area. Of course, the bike paths are everywhere, so accessibility is easy and North Pool is a short walk. This is a tri-level house with lots of stairs inside and out, so not good for someone with mobility issues. North Pool is quieter and less active than Sharc and there are several tennis courts near the pool. We would definitely return to this house with our family and grandchildren. Bennington made check in and check out very easy. Just show up at the house and there's the lock box!

this was a nice clean place to stay, AC, nice culdesac, my son learned to ride bike here! nice deck BBQ, clean place handy basket of things needed in kitchen! Is slightly outdated some things wearing out like deck has some rough edges needs sanding and restaining, one part of double sink doesnt work, only two bikes would be nice if a couple more. but overall very comfortable extra blankets, awesome views, nice!:)

Beautiful spot, open & airy home. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. Kitchen well stocked with dishes & cooking implements, 2 large back decks on each level & private hot tub under the pines & stars. lots of room to spread out. Deer came by back deck most days. Close to golf course, tennis courts, canoeing, bike path nearby. Bikes were in good shape. Must be able to go up & down stairs to both living areas. Master bedroom lovely. A few minor glitches (window blinds didn't always function well, tap in 1 bathroom needed maintenance, downstairs beds rather uncomfortable) kept it from being perfect, but these did not impair the experience. Management company responded well to concerns.

Clean house with plenty of room for all 5 adults and 2 kids. The only issue was the bottom railing of the deck was too dagerous for kids. The gap between the rail and the deck floor was too far apart and little kids could fall through the gap.

This was a really great place to stay - a little dated but it is very spacious and has a really nice open floor plan that gets plenty of light. Really great set-up downstairs with the two bedrooms and jack/jill bath: great for the kids. It was winter so we spent lots of time in the upstairs kitchen/dining/living area playing games by the fireplace. All around a great experience. The only downside was that the kitchen is not very well stocked and also not very high quality items (broken cheese grater; flimsy and old pots/pans). There were absolutely no basic staples (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc.). So for ease/convenience of cooking, not so great; for all else, really great. Bennington service, as always, was great.

We have stayed at many properties that Bennington manages. My wife kept commenting that this home was probably the cleanest (kitchen) that we have ever had. This home is very private located near the Woodlands course. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms where our adult children could sleep. The downstairs was not used otherwise.
Upstairs had a fair size but open kitchen and a large family or great room.
Tv sets are old style, but who comes to Sunriver to watch tv? This Sept was unusally cold so we did not spend much time on the deck outside the family room, but there is adequate room to enjoy a warm summer evening.
Hot tub was stragetically placed between the master bedroom upstairs and the 2 guest rooms downstairs where proximity was close to the up and down stairs but was quiet enough to be descreet when using at night.Response from Bennington Properties - 10/10/2011

This was a very nice house that met our needs well. The Sun river area speaks for itself as a destination location and this house allowed us to enjoy the surroundings. In every instance where we had issues to be resolved, Bennington Properties responded professionally and promptly. We completed the form provided to address quirks specific to this house. Our week was well spent and without regrets
