Renting of 10 Cypress Lane exceeded all 10 occupants expectations. Our puppies Oreo and Gracie were very appreciative of the gifts upon arrival. The dog bowls, balls, bandanna's, tags and treats. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The Hot Tub at the property does need some steps, especially during the winter icy months. We will definitely rent this property again if available. Bennington Properties and their wonderful staff has always exceeded our expectations. We plan a return trip this summer and we will definitely rent through Bennington!

The property was beautiful, we had everything we needed, outstanding kitchen and the location was great for the kids. The only things I would mention are that the garbage had not been picked up when we arrived, and all cans were full to overflowing. We phoned the office, but were told not to worry. I asked which day trash was picked up and could I put it out, but was told that someone would take care of it. It was still there when we left. The other thing was, that the kitchen sink was leaking badly, but my husband fixed it by taking apart the trap and re-assembling it, then one of the bathroom toilets clogged. Maybe a plumber should have a look. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit very much.

We absolutley loved everything about the house and our stay,the one and only reason we would not stay again in the summer months is because the home had no air conditioning way to hot...The bike rides also seemed so far from the most the places we went too. Having a nine yr old made it hard to bike to the village, horses places we normally like to bike too. We would most definatley rent from Bennington Properties again wonderful service from everyone:)

Lost of people really love that this home backs up the the National Forest and that they can enjoy the quite solitude.
Only about 15 - 20% of the homes in Sunriver have AC since we live at 4,000 feet elevation and usually cools down at night.

We had two houses close together and used this one as our gathering and eating place. We put up a Christmas tree and there was plenty of room for all 20 of us.We also had dogs and appreciated the goodies left for them, and loved being in the trees with no houses right behind us. Bennington properties was great to do business with. Only small problem was not enough light for working puzzles and playing games on the dining table. We moved the floor lamps to wherever they were needed.
