The house was very comfortable. It has a good entertainment system, warm inviting furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The spa, though hot & clean was small & cramped and lacked good jets. However my biggest complaint is the "damage deposit" (non refundable) provided by the rental agency. If no damage done... What happens with my "deposit"? Hmmm?
Overall the house was very nice and I would stay there again but I would hope the owners consider a more relaxing spa. -

From the moment we walked in the front door it felt like our own second home. There was ample seating with the sectional in the living room and the gas fireplace came in very handy on cold mornings, and made it feel just that more cozy. The outdoor space felt like an extension of the living room that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking items. However, additional garbage bags were no place to be found and lids to store leftovers or even storage containers were missing, had I known I would have brought some from home. The beds were also all very comfortable as well, but bring your own pillow. And the train that goes by is barely noticeable since it goes so fast it sounds like a jet flying over, only more infrequent. I would recommend this location to anyone and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the owners for opening up their home to us.

The property was clean and well maintained. The Bennington team was exceptional in their communication and service. My family really appreciated the comlplimentary pool passes. Great home and great service. The home had more than everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We are already planning our return!

Enjoyed this property very much. The house is furnished tastefully and the kitchen stocked very well. The shower on the main floor is awesome. Loved the location and the excellent deck/patio. Will definitely rent this house again!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home was very well appointed and comfortable. Loved the extra room on the patio and hot tub. Every-thing was just as described and the staff at Bennington was friendly and helpful.

13 Tamarack Lane was perfect for us! The outdoor patio was fantastic and the area was quiet. It is 1 mile from Sharc and 1.25 from the village. The kitchen was sypplied with every cooking and baking tool you could imagine. Their were about ten bikes of all sizes. Great spot!

We have stayed at many homes in Sunriver and this was one of the best! Very beautiful home. Very nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture. Loved the master bed! I would recommend this home to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We loved the quaint gas stove and lovely furnishings. The home was equipped with bikes for exploring all the many paths and wildlife. At about 6 p.m. we watched as deer walked across the property, much to our delight. We enjoyed the hot tub so much after a long day of playing in beautiful Sun River. The patio was just so nice to sit and enjoy our meals. We loved the passes to the new Sharc facility and had so much fun there. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this home with four of my friends and we absolutely loved it! The rooms were comfortable and private (even the loft room had a privacy curtain) and the kitchen was excellent. We love to cook and there w pretty much everything we needed, including an impressive set of knives. The large sectional couch provided us all amble room to lounge in the evenings. Hot tub and grill were great too. My only complaint was that is was raining too much to enjoy the fabulous deck and patio. We would absolutely rent this home again!
