We have stayed in SR and rented numerous different homes over the last 25 years. Bennington Properties was by far the most efficient and welcoming management company we have used. The house had a great floor plan and good location. The only downside to our stay were the awkward shape of the dishes and not enough towels for the amount of people it slept.

Thank you for having such a great house. We enjoy our week with the family very much. The house was so well equipped we were able to function just like we were at home. It was very enjoyable with the exception of the ant infestation in the master :).

This house was very comfortable, with high cellings, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and a terrific large deck with three tables and a large dining room table for family gatherings. Well appoionted kitchen, with modern amenities. The hot tub is a little small and Cherrywood is a little out of the way (more difficult access and a longer bike ride for smaller children), but overall a terrific house for a larger family or two families.

Lake Oswego, ORA great house for an extended family

We loved this house. Our group included the two grandparents, their two children, plus four grandchildren. Each of the three families had their own area for sleeping, but the Great Room provided the ideal large, open space for everyone to enjoy being together for our reunion.
Special highlights in the house: a very large kitchen/dining table, a large deck with multiple table configurations and chairs, enough baths so that each family had their own plus one extra off the entry, very well-stocked kitchen and bookcases (including great kids' books), and a nice view of the golf course.
The only negative: we are getting to the point where we need two bunkbeds, ideally in the same room (the cousins like to sleep together!) This house won't accommodate that, I'm afraid.Response from Bennington Properties - 08/17/2011
