Excellent location. Easy access to everything. House provided plenty of room for our family. The house came with bikes for the family which were great. I wish helmets were included.
My only criticism was the overall appearance of the home was pretty outdated. There was mold in the upstairs shower and the carpets were pretty gross. We made due and just kept our shoes on in the house. Again, overall we were happy with the house.

Great place. Bikes were great. Close to Sharc (swim center) and the Village and to North Fork Park. I had boys sleeping upstairs in the 2 bedrooms with their own TVs and Dvds and then had girls sleeping down outside my master on two bed/couches in the living room. They (9 year olds) loved to be sleeping head to head with one another and were away from the noisy boys at night.

The house was a bit hot without air conditioning! I would definitely either choose a hotel or a house with air conditioning next time. The house was nice, but the upstairs room doesn't have many windows to open, so it was a bit warm. We had to wait about 45 min to check in because the cleaning was behind. They gave us a bottle of wine and some ice cream coupons, which was nice, but we don't drink wine and when we went to use the coupons, the line was super long, so we skipped it and gave the coupons away. The location was pretty good, but a little further from the water park than we thought it would be. Close enough for the kids to walk, but not the grandparents. The hot tub was very nice on the one cold morning.

We really enjoyed this house, quiet location within resort, not far from Sharc. I was so happy that the rental came with Sharc passes - made our stay that much more relaxing. Four of us girls fit very comfortably in the house - cooked and ate in, watched movies, used the hot tub, deck and grill. We even lit a fire int he fireplace even though it was nearly July and should have been hot (but was rainy all week - go figure). The location by bike was no problem - easy to get to the pool, village, fort rock park. My only complaint would be that the kitchen stove burners on left-hand side weren't working right, and we had a near-accident, but got by with the two right-side burners just fine. I was glad I packed my own travelling sharp set of knives and extra cutting boards. The house was fully stocked though, with most everything you'd need for cooking in / grilling. Even wood for the fire was provided - that was great! We would stay in this house again for sure. Very cozy, yet room to spread out. Read more
A "girl's getaway"! What a fun way to enjoy Sunriver.
Glad it was fun for all. Thank you for the "heads up" on the burners - we will send maintenance over to repair them. We will also recommend to the owners to have better/sharper knives and new cutting boards.
Good for you that you come so prepared!
Hope to see you back at 11 E. Butte real soon and we appreciate your business.

The home was well laid out, clean, and super comfortable for 5 adults. We didn't feel crowded at all. Too bad we didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities of the house --hot tub, grill, and deck but glad to know they are there when we decide to rent again. Kitchen was well equipped. Checking in and out was very easy.

This house was lovely and had all we needed. Everything was clean and had an impression of being well cared for. Hot tub was nice, and was serviced well. The beds were comfortable and linens were of the quality. Even though the house was older type, it was good value, and we would use it in the future, and would recommend to the friends.

This is our 4th time at Sunriver. Have stayed at a different place each time. The staff at Bennington is always helpful. If we need anything we call and they are there to help or repair. Love the walking/bike paths, we usually take a couple long rides a day. The river path is my favorite. Did not see the deer this year, which we missed!!
The house this year was a little to dark, we like more of the open ceilings with lots of light. Liked the location, we always walk in the am to the north store to get paper.
The house had lots of dishes/pots and pans. I would advise people to always take their cooking spices etc.
Hot tub was great, master bdrm bed was very comfortable. Loved the benches downstairs, sat and read and would be great for families with children to sleep.
The bathroom upstairs could of used a waste basket.
Always enjoy our stay, Will we be back to stay at Sunriver? Yes we will! Thanks Bennington-- Read more
Glad you were able to join us. We'll make sure the deer are around next time. :)

Overall no major complaints, this is an average home and just fine for families but didn't knock our socks off. Comfortable king bed in master and well stocked kitchen are pluses. I will say in most cases when I've rented a home, the pictures don't do it justice and we are always pleasantly surprised. In this case the pictures looked nicer than the real thing. It is just a dark home, even with all lights on. Could really use some updating. About a mile walk to Sharc, even closer to Fort Rock park. Private hot tub, but the deck is facing your next door neighbor's deck, felt like we were dining with them. There is open space in back of house, but no windows (or deck as I mentioned) face the back, so not a real benefit. Also our babies were crawling on floors and we found them to be pretty dirty, especially by the fireplace. We would pick a different house through Bennington next time. Read more
These owners are extremely conscientious and have spent a great deal of time and money upgrading their home.
For example, the deck was just re-finished last month and looks amazing.
The downstairs flooring in the kitchen, master bath, and the upstairs bath was updated only a year ago with slate tile and the kitchen has new countertops.
The sofa and loveseat are brand new and a huge mirror and new artwork were recently added.
Carpets are our greatest challenge during the summer. With so many back to back reservations and necessary drying time, it can be difficult to do as thorough a job as we'd like. We apologize.
In all, I know these owners are very invested in providing their guests a quality experience and they will continue to upgrade their home in order to make it the best it can be.

Bennington Properties was super nice and attentive to our needs. They brought us 2 extra adult bikes at no charge. Thank you! The house was nicely cleaned and very comfy for the 7 of us. The location was very convenient to Sharc and the Village.
