My husband and I have been vacationing in Sunriver for 35 years. This is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. Located on the golf coarse with a great view, this house has a Pacific Northwest "Lodge" feel with some formal amenities. Beamed vaulted ceilings, giving a casual feel, while providing granite contertops in the kitchen for a more formal environment. The downstairs master suite is awesome and away from the upstairs area providing privacy. Great location near the Sunriver Village and Sharc, the new recreation center. Some things that could improve this property, would be to add a king size bed/TV where the bunkbeds are now and move the bunkbeds to the loft. That way it would be easier to split the rent with three couples. Another great addition would be to add a small game table in the corner behind the couch in the livingroom, so couples could play cards etc. I also noticed the kitchen could use more hot pads, serving dishes, T-towels, an electric mixer, an electric can opener, and maybe a grill. Mountain Resort Properties was absolutely wonderful to work with. Easy checking in and checking out. Thank you Debbie for your great service.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is large and updated. Beautiful large kitchen, master that opens onto expansive deck. Right off the cart path looking across the fairway. It's very convenient to Sharc and the Village. We have stayed in different homes in Sunriver for the past 8 years and this by far was our best experience. We'll be back!

I can not say enough about this beautiful home!! The pictures do not do this house justice. Everything about this house is first class! Not your typical rental home. Everything from the heated floors in the master bath, the endless dimmers for lighting all the way down to the beautiful custom stoneware dishes! This house could not have a more perfect location, view and also privacy! Nobody biking past the back of your house. So close to the sharc, golf and village. The property management company was incredible! When we needed more propane they brought it to us in what seemed like minutes! This house is extremely large! Do not be put off by only having 3 bedrooms. We had 3 families and we never felt on top of each other. We all liked it so much that we booked next year before we even left! This is by far a custom home! I promise, you will not be disappointed!
