Such a beautiful house!! The heated floors were amazing..!! And the service from Bennington was nothing less than fabulous :) this was by far the best house we have stayed in while vacationing in sunriver.

We had three families with 5 kids stay at this home. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. We had such a wonderful stay in this elegant home that we had to book another night! We all really enjoyed how the layout worked, the tasteful decor, and the accommodations. We are all already talking about our stay next year...that we have to make it longer!

The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could have thought of and needed. The floors had radiant heating which was a luxury. It was a pretty house with nice Decore and furnishings. Everything was clean. The children left the hot tub. It could have used better lighting; it was a little dim inside.

Driveway was a bit small, with all the snow, but with the large garage it did not become a problem. The home was simply amazing; heated concrete floors, tons of room, hot tub, theatre room, etc, etc. I go to Sunriver every year and this was the nicest home I have stayed at. I would recommend this home for anyone with a large group or wanting lots of room for the younger ones.

I have stayed with Bennington Propertiesfor many years and again this time they did not disappoint. We needed two houses and they got us two right next door and if we ever needed something (hot tub fixed) they where right out. I would never stay with anyone else!!!

wonderful house...close to the north store for those forgotten items...wonderful kitchen, deck, main house area for entertaining a large dinner group. Kds bunk room was really handy.

The place is fantastic,a very well thought out
design and asthetics. The rooming arrangement
worked great for our team. One of the most
important details I value, is how the beds are, as
we spend 150+ nights on the road, and my back needs
it! These beds all seemed great (pullout couch not
included :)). We stayed here while we were at a
north american cup race at Bachelor. The double
garage, the 9 beds and one pull out worked great.
And the team at Bennington added to our stay by
being kind, courteous and helpful. The special
where we paid for 2 and got more nights was really
helpful to our budget as well. Highly recommend the

even had a specialist install a special baby gate to
fit the house just for us. It meant a lot and made
the stay wonderful. The house was gorgeous. We will

My family & I spent 8 days at the Mt. Rose #9 home. What a beautiful home & very accomidating for our family. There was 11 of us & everyone enjoyed their stay & wanted to stay longer!! :)
We had everything we needed for our stay at Mt. Rose #9 & the square footage of the home was perfect for all of us--everyone had their own space. I think most of us loved the way the house was built--the woodwork is gorgeous & the nothing was cheapened while building the home. The only negative I can think of was that because there isn't any carpet the house is very loud. I'm sure we will stay at Mt. Rose #9 again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. This home exceeded all our expectations for: amenities, beauty and quality, tranquility, fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbeque, private rooms w/baths for each guest family, and a central location for outdoor activities, shopping and dining. The house was immaculate when we arrived and in good working condition. You won't go wrong in nailing this down as a premier vacation rental.

This house was amazing! We had 12 people staying there and with the 3 king suites we never felt like there wasn't enough room fir everyone. House is gorgeous, especially liked the heated concrete floors thru-out!! Cooked 3 dinners for 12 people in spacious kitchen with plenty of room for cooking and visiting at the same time. House was close to trails for walking and biking and everyone loved the deck and patio areas which had nice neighborhood views. Would definitely rent again if we have a large group!!

This home was the perfect gathering place to celebrate my sister's battle with breast cancer. From the crazy concrete warmed floors to the generous gourmet kitchen ~ everything was thought of in this retreat home ~ thank you again to bennett properties! We felt as if you truly expected just us for the week...WOW!
