Well maintained and exceptional “reverse living” home in north end of Sunriver and within short distance of North Store. Three bedrooms and 2 family rooms with 3.5 baths - 2 of the bedrooms are masters! New furniture including flat screen TVs. King, Queen, 2 sets of bunks and a full sofa bed. A well stocked kitchen and gas stove provide cooks with all they need. Enjoy a large wrap around deck for outdoor dining and an extra large hot tub. Ping pong and foosball.

The house is very comfortable and in a great location. The only complaint we could say is the showers have horrible water pressure which was a surprise since the sinks seem to be fine. They may consider changing the shower heads as it was not comfortable trying to take a shower.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Mt. Rose 11. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the house was clean. They left a gap open in the window of the master bathroom so tons of flying bugs got into the house. Maintenance was quick to respond by spraying the next day and leaving us a can of bug killer. You can hear the roaring of trains at night from the master bedroom if you leave your window open. The a/C unit worked great which kept us nice and cool in 90 degree temp. The Tv's were old but worked.
