Delightfully furnished Ranch Cabin with the largest RC lawn, has a master bedroom- bath suite downstairs, a couple bedroom upstairs(with down comforters) and also a bedroom with two twin bunkbeds. The bathroom sink area upstairs is outside the bath-shower to allow more users. Also upstairs is a loft area with many games, a couch and coffee table, a desk and book and game shelves, TV, VCR, DVD player. Sunriver is a beautiful,sunny, resort community existing of different neighborhoods surrounded and entwined with bike paths, lakes,ponds, 2 golf courses,riding stable, and views of snow covered mountains in Oregon's high desert.
Our house is in the Ranch Cabin neighborhood with our own shared private pool. We are near the pool but not so close that you hear the noise.Look at a map and you will see our perfect location in the center of Sunriver. Most houses in Sunriver have no lawn, only natural brush. We have a real lawn, great for game playing ,sunning oneself outside and picnicking on our picnic table. You will see deer here and many birds .Bring your bikes! We are a ten minute ( at most) bike ride from the Mall and 5 minutes to the Marina and Stables. Children love Aspen Pond near us and adults can find benches by it that are hard to see from the bike path.There is parking for two cars right in front of the house and more parking space all around our little, private cul de sac.Two tennis courts are a two minute's walk away but they are hidden by stately pines so cannot be seen from the house. Most visitors and even home owners in Sunriver do not know they are here!

This cabin feels more like a home than a rental. It's cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated without being fussy. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to make tasty meals. The location is great-close enough to shops and pool to be convenient but far enough away to enjoy the feeling of being in the woods. I brought home fond memories of the view out the lovely picture window in the dining/living area, walks along the bike path that runs behind the cabin, and lazy evenings by the fireplace. We're looking forward to going back to Sun River, and we'll definitely stay in the Dwan's cabin when we do.

I've actually stayed in the Dwans' cabin 3 times, all in the winter. It is a delightful home, well arranged, comfortable for up to 8 people, natural wood, large window in the dining room to experience winter while feeling warm (fireplace) and cozy, very interesting art on the walls, a better equipped kitchen than the one in my own home The cost is very reasonable.
We enjoy Sunriver winter and summer and hope to find the Dwans' home available whenever we return.

We've stayed at six or seven of the Ranch Cabins over the past ten years -- we love the location, the cozy cabins, and the pool. We've had a couple of misses, but this cabin is a hit. Things like clean carpets, updated appliances, and the way the place feels like someone's getaway, not just a rental -- they all add up. On price/value, I'd put this one at the top of the list. On top of all that, the owner was willing to work with us when a vehicle breakdown/repair caused us to miss our arrival date. We look forward to coming back!

We stayed at the cabin for 3 days over the New Year's holiday. Since it was the first time we've rented through Vrbo, we were a little nervous about what to expect. However, the cabin was exactly as described. It was just perfect for our family. My sons loved the cabin feel and layout. We enjoyed the big picture windows in the living room / dining area to watch the snow fall. The grandchildren loved the skating, sleigh rides and playing in the snow. The cabin made us feel at home. The laundry room was a great place to store our wet boots, ski's and snowboards. We had a great experience. If we make it back to Sunriver, I would definitely rent this cabin again.

This Sunriver cabin is a marvelous place to stay with all the amenities of a comfortable, familiar home in a fabulous location. I love the decor (beautiful artwork!) and was pleased that so many of us could fit comfortably in a relatively small space. During our summer stay we enjoyed dining on the lawn and resting under the trees. In the fall rain, we cuddled by the fire and enjoyed watching and listening to the rain outside. The kitchen has everything I could have wanted and we enjoyed delicious meals prepared easily.

We've stayed at a number of places in Sunriver over the years, and this is our favorite. It just feels good! Owners live there part-time, so it feels homey, is well stocked, nicely appointed. The situation w/in Sunriver is great, sweet little neighborhood pool...All in all, a very good value for the price. Great for couple(s) or families. Many very fond memories in this cabin, with many more to come...
