We rented the Big Leaf 18 property over the holidays. Although we passed around a nasty bug between us we enjoyed the home immensely and would highly reccomend it! The people at Bennington were very accommodating and met our requests with a prompt, "happy to serve you" attitude. The location of the home is beyond compare!

This beautiful home was a joy for our family and part of the memories that will last. The location of the home provided great golf viewing, although the mosquitoes made it difficult to enjoy sitting outdoors!, and the short bike ride to the north pool was perfect for everyone. When our children were youngsters we visited SunRiver winter and summer. This was the beginning of the SunRiver tradition for our grandchildren. To keep pool towels from hanging on the outdoor railings, a few hooks in the laundry room would have helped. Thank you for all your efforts to make our stay relaxing and memorable. Get family getaway home.
Great kitchen and dinning area for everyone to be together.
Beautiful deck to sit and enjoy the view.
We really enjoyed the Sharc center. Its a good bike ride to the village,the older kids loved it.

This house is beautiful and was a perfect setting for our family vacation. The kitchen is a nice set up for a large group and it is stocked with all the amenities needed to make meals. The deck overlooks the Woodlands Golf Course and we had fun watching the golfers come through. It's a nice location for the North Pool. It's a bit far from the village, but we came to SunRiver to ride bikes and walk so it was great for us. There was plenty of space for our family of 10.

This was our first trip to Sun River. Grandparents, their children and grandchildren. Home is in a beautiful setting. Immaculate and well maintained. Only complaints: There was some old furniture in garage and old tv. Two cars could not have parked in garage. Information there said that air conditioning could not be turned below 72 or would freeze up. There was one warm night so it would have been nice to set it below that for the people upstairs. We requested a fan before we left and it was never delivered. Then we returned home. Overall, very positive experience and would return. We left two items there and were promptly called and the items were returned via express ups. Very happy with that.

Thanks Billie, This home just joined our program and it is indeed beautiful. These homeowners are working on moving the items in the garage out. They did many projects and had a few items that were left before the house opened up in the rental program.

Home was extremely clean. Excellent for as much as 2 small families. You wouldn't even hear the kids! Quiet end of Sunriver, on a very secluded street. Had one issue with internet connection, you sent someone right over and it was fixed. Only one issue that I think might need to be addressed, the four poster bed in the Master bedroom obstructs the view of the tv. I would rent again, obstructed tv view or not.
