Boat dock 100 steps out the backdoor to kayak, swim or motorboat, or fish. This land is at the edge of national forest with over 50 lakes within 50 miles.
Biking, hiking, golf, xcountry skiing right out the back door, and down hill skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling at Mt. Bachelor only 16 miles away. Bend is 20 minute drive. The high desert is only 3O miles east of here.
