The property has private road access & is adjacent to Sunriver and Caldera Springs. With 450’ of river frontage on one side & 450’ of golf course frontage on the other side and your own private boat dock, this is truly a unique property.

You will be only 25 minutes from Mt Bachelor & Bend. But since Cross-Country skiing or snowshoeing are just steps away for a 7 mile golf course trail & only 5 minutes to stores, shops, & restaurants, you may not want to leave this little tranquil paradise. Fish for native brown trout right out your back door or a short 5 minute drive to Caldera Springs or Sunriver for a round of golf.

This riverfront property is located within the private Cross water Golf Community, which is ajacent to Sun river Resort and Caldera Springs. Only a 5 minute bike ride to both resorts. The range of attractions & activities are almost endless. Kayak, fish, golf, hike, mountain bike, snowshoe, cross country skiing, downhill skiing and boarding, snowmobile, High desert museum, Lava tubes, Lava Cast Forest, Lava Butte, horse back riding, and white water rafting just to name a few. Mt. Bachelor and Bend are both only 25 minutes away.
