Located on Sunriver's desirable, quiet North End, our home is adjacent to 35 miles of bike paths, a 5 minute walk to tennis, golf or swimming, and just a short walk or bike ride away from the North End store. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor, rafting and canoeing in the Deschutes or Sun River are just minutes away.
Our home is on a lot and one half (rare in Sunriver), and between that fact as well as being a corner lot backed up by a large section of common ground makes it much more private than most Sunriver properties.
Sunriver offers summer and winter fun - 35 miles of bike paths (we offer 10 or so bikes with our home), world class golf, hiking, rafting and much more. We offer passes to the new SHARC facility with our home, this is a great new aquatic facility that doubles as a winter snow activity park. Tennis and the North pool are great options in the summer too.
2 car garage, lots of parking on long driveway - this is important because there is no on street parking allowed in Sunriver.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It has a great kitchen and dining room, plenty of room for our large group. We liked that there were two separate levels so the kids could hang out downstairs while we were upstairs. The pool table was a huge hit!

New favorite place to stay in Sunriver!
We rented this house for my father's birthday, there were 13 family members all together. The house was what we expected - and more. The owner had told us that there was lots of room for everyone, but it was even bigger than we expected. Everyone had their own bathroom, there are 2 living rooms and a den, the dining room was big enough for all of us to eat together - there was just a lot of room. Everything was clean and nice when we arrived - though we did have some racoons visit the garbage area while we were there. Made quite the mess! All and all I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others also. Nice place!

Wow, what a nice place to stay. Our whole experience was great. The rental process was simple and professional`- the homeowners also own a limo business in Eugene, so payments were easy and secure, they e-mailed me a concise rental agreement and sent me a code for the electronic door lock at the house - all very convenient.
The house itself was as described, and more. We really apreciated all of the private bathrooms, the kitchen was fantastic (with nice quality pots and pans and utensils, a problem in some other Sunriver rentals we have been in), and lots of space for our combined family group of 16.
We will definitely be back, this is our new Sunriver address!
