This incredible home has been built specifically for your pleasure and it shows. Outfitted with top of the line lodge style furnishings make Red Cedar Lane 12 the perfect home for a family vacation, a small business retreat or a getaway for a girl's weekend. This home is located on the third green of the Woodlands Golf Course where you will enjoy spectacular views. The main living area has vaulted ceilings, a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, comfortable leather furnishings, large flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. Off of the main living area you will find hard wood floors in the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a large is...land with bar stools so the kids can either help you cook or you can entertain your guests. The first master suite downstairs has a Queen bed with access to the back deck, TV, DVD and a VCR. The bathroom has a large jetted tub and shower, dual sink vanity and a walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed, and shares the hall bathroom. Upstairs is a cozy loft, a pool room and two more bedrooms. The loft has a Queen bed with a TV. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom upstairs. The game room has a pool table, a mini refrigerator and two built in corner shelves with bar stools for seating.   lovely home, but for a premier home, disappointing

  12 Red Cedar was a beautiful home, but the sofa bed was unusable due to terrible mattress and bent frame. We brought sleeping bags, so luckily we had something to sleep in , but not on. For a premier home, this is unacceptable. Also, there was pretty much no cupboard space available to store groceries. We were there over Thanksgiving for 6 days, so we had a lot of supplies. We had to leave them on the counters next to the many locked cupboards unavailable for us to use. Rented a smaller house last year for less money, but was much more user friendly for long stays and all the beds were useable and comfortable. Would not stay in this home again.

  The owner came over after your stay and bought a new queen bed that he has put in the loft and he has also removed the old hide-a-bed. They have removed the locks from 2 large overhead cabinets so there is plenty of space now for your groceries. Thank you for your thoughts and thank you for passing them on to us.   Our stay at 12 Red Cedar was wonderful! Great location (the best setting and house of all the ones rented for our family reunion), comfortable, lots of amenities and it really felt like home. Our only complaint is that the hide-a-bed in the loft needs a new mattress, but otherwise it was lovely home away from home.

  The house was very nice. It could use a little maintenance in the kitchen area and the bar-b-q needs to be replaced. It is fine for several couples, but would be difficult to accommodate 8 men. Overall, a very nice home and great location. Management-- as always fantastic. This was my 14th year and I will be back next year. Great job Christy !!

  This was a very nice place overlooking the golf course! The home also has grass in a small backyard, which is great for children. A negative about this home is that there is almost no cabinet space for renters to put their food items. There is a huge pantry with numerous cabinets - but every single one of them are locked, presumably for the owners. For the home to truly house 10 people, the owners should open up some of the cabinets for renters to use.

The home does not have air conditioning but due to the wonderfully cool nights in Sunriver during the summer the house actually stays quite comfortable, even after a series of hot days. Of course it is best to keep the doors and windows closed during the day time and open the windows at night to maintain a comfy temperature.

  The photo's on-line made it appear that this place was amazing. I found it to be just okay, it was not clean, and it was very outdated. I also thought it was very unsafe for small children. Overall stay in Sunriver was fabulous!!! But, I would not stay in this particuliar home again.

  Some of the kitchen equipment needs to be updated, it is just tired. The electric teflon griddle was so worn that when we attempted to make pancakes they were stuck solidly to the pan.

  The location is nice but since it is surrounded by the golf course, there is no easy access to get out - too far for small kids to ride their bikes to Fort Rock (even though it's right across the golf course) and the mall is too far too. Great location for families with older kids.

  while the house was very nice, there were a few problems. The blanket on our bed upstairs was torn in several places and the front door was very hard to operate. Management was told when we left and presumably these problems have been corrected.
  It would be helpful to have a printout of the cable TV channels.

  40th Birthday Retreat

  The home was rented to accommodate 2 families for a total of 9 for a winter birthday retreat. We stayed 4 nights and felt like there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything was in great shape and the place was very clean. The pictures on the website do actually represent what you are getting. Location was great (on a cul de sac next to one of the greens of the golf course) and we really appreciated having the access to Maverick's. The house has wonderful natural light and we would love to stay there again. The only potential drawback we could see would be that the house does not have air conditioning, and in the summer (with all the windows) I would expect it to be difficult to keep cool after a few hot days. However, we loved our stay and would love to come back soon!

  Overall very happy with the property. The home was only reasonably clean on arrival. We were only given one key on arrival and a second was not delivered as discussed. We were not aware the hot tub needed a key and we were not given one. We had to request one. Overall everyone was very nice but attention to detail was inadequate.

  Red Cedar 12 - Labor Day

  The dishwasher was almost impossible to use with the door broken. It fell on my grandson's foot and bruised it badly.
  The screen door to the deck was torn so we had flies and misquitos inside. The furnace thermostat was broken so we had no head with temps in the low 30s. On the positive side the Discover staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

  Several of our guests love this location because of the great deck facing the golf course and the house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is little to no traffic.
