The house was very good and the price was within reason. Close to the north store and far enough from the railroad not to hear the trains. Bennington Properties was very good about providing the pool passes and the wifi passkey. You can also stop by the office to the borrow dvds and grab a complimentary snack. Bikes ok. Could have used a few more kitcken cleaning products (i.e. santi-wipes, papertowels). Laundryroom came with detergent/softer product that was very welcomed, nice not to have to pack laundry detergent. Overall it was a nice experience, and we will rent it again.

House was clean, had three nice bedrooms. They had ping pong table in garage and two bikes for the many trails. They also had passes to the new and awesome sharq aquatic center. It is a little north of the facilities, but I liked the lesser traffic and it was only a couple minutes from the village and Sharq.

We had a great time at 1 Belknap. It was very peaceful and comfortable and cozy. It almost felt better than our Lindal cedar home. When we got inside, the lights were on and there was soft music playing. It felt like we were in hallelujah world!! They were very friendly, too. They would figure something out if we had a minor problem. Along with friendly, they were trustworthy, too. The size was big enough and small enough. It was just the size we were looking for. It was very reasonable, too. We got there before everyone got out of school. It was fun to get away. The hot tub was very clean and the fireplace was very warm. We used the ping-pong table a lot. The bike trails were great and safe. There were some challenging trails and ones for beginners. We couldn't think of a better home away from home.

Slept 5 comfortably and there was plenty of room for our snowboarding gear. Very big garage which was useful. The hot tub was nice and made for a relaxing stay. Only downside was the small television, which a larger one would have helped to catch all of the games! The house was in good condition and well maintained.

the home was very comfortable and clean, size was perfect for my sister and me and four children. It was well equipped with cooking utensils and the Christmas tree and lights were a special touch.
We were especially impressed with Bennington. Pre-vacation communication was excellent and checkin was excellent even though we had forgotten all of our paperwork and registration number. We had a couple of minor problems during our stay--the pilot went out on the fireplace and a toilet plugged and the maintenance crew was there immediately.

From the time we first opened the door we had that wow feeling! It was cozy, clean, and the layout was great. We especially liked the open feeling in the livingroom. The view and location was great, but if there was a downside, it would be that the seal on the refrigerator needed to be looked at.

My 3 girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Belknap 1. We rented this home 5 years ago and were happy to find it still in wonderful condition; everything has been kept up nicely and the home has every amenity we could need. I would highly recommend it and plan to come back again!

The location of Sunriver, given the weather during our stay, left us with some down time. Our grandchildren are quite young and there was not as much for them to do. That was our fault for not doing more research. The Bennington people were great...very accommodating and helpful. The house layout good have been better for our group..but again, that was more our fault.

Hi Mike, thank you for leaving a reivew on 1 Belknap. Great comments on the importance of doing research before picking a vacation rental. 1 Belknap is a reverse living home and therefore all of the living space is on the top floor. This will work great for young children, but you just need to plan to have a few baby gates to block the stairs. We have baby gates, play-n-pack cribs, and high chairs available at no cost to our guests, so no need to bring your own. 1 Belknap has worked great for young families in the past, but you do need to plan for some of those thing we parents (or grandparents) might take for granted in our own homes. This was my 10 year old son and I first trip to Sunriver and experience with renting through Bennington properties. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the cleanliness and comfort level of the house we rented. It was perfect! The swim passes weren`t in the house, so the Lodge shuttle driver was nice enough to take us to the Bennington office to get them the day we went to the South pool. It was quickly remedied and we went on to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and did lots of bike riding. I had my 51st birthday there which I will always remember fondly.

Belknap1 was better than expected. There is no way we could beat the value. It has a lot of room, a good layout, and a good location. It even has a ping pong table, which we used. It is a little outdated in decor, but is still a very good value. The customer service was exceptional. They were right on top of everything. They even had our rented movies waiting for us on the table when we arrived. We will probably stay there again if the opportunity arises.

5 of us girls meet every year at Sunriver for a weekend of shopping, laughing and hanging out. We had a wonderful time at 1 Belknap, a perfect house for us to just kick back. We loved the open kitchen where we could all visit while preparing a meal, no one was stepping on anyones toes. We highly recommend this home it was great!!!!!

nicest house we have rented. everything as we expected, since we stayed at sunriver last year and also had a great time. house and amenities were as great as we expected. benningtins even brought us extra bikes which was great. everything in the house was topnotch as we expected. we had to leave 2 days early due to illness, but had a great time while we were there.will probably be back again next fall. it is our fall vacation destination. thanks again.

Bennington Properties is exceptionally cordial and organized. All paperwork was sent well in advance and every question we could possibly have was addressed in the package of materials. The house was comfortable and kitchen was equipped for baking and cooking. We enjoyed watching free movies included with the rental, but would have appreciated instructions for how to use the dvd player with the tv. When we visited the Bennington office, we were given detailed maps of Sunriver which were essential for finding our way on bike trails and to destinations like the pool and mall. We enjoyed biking and taking water aerobics at the pool. There are too many things to do in one week's time at Sunriver, so next visit will need to be longer!

We stayed over the Fourth of July holiday and had a great time. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen / living room was wonderful to hang out in. The bedrooms were great with the kids in the downstairs rooms and the adults in the upstairs bedroom. The only thing we didn't like was the master bedroom bed was too soft for our taste.

This is a great house, very comfortable. We stay here year after year. They need more hooks in the bathrooms for towels, but that is a minor detail. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It is not a fancy house, but it is relaxing. The hottub is old and probably needs to be replaced soon.

My husband and I spent four nights @ 1 Belknap Lane in Sunriver. This was our first time with just the two of us in a 3 bedroom home. So much room. Lots of space on second level deck, a bar-B-Q and a great hot tub too.
Bennington Property's had everything ready for us upon our arrival. We selected a few of our favorite movies from their free list. The movies we picked out were on the dining room table when we got to the house along with a bag of popcorn. Nice touch!
We really had a lot of fun playing ping pong on the table in the garage.
The home is located on in a nice cul-de-sac , an easy bike ride from the north store, golf & pool.
We’ll be bringing the kids & grandkids back to Sunriver& requesting #1 Belknap.

Found the house at the last minute as the coming rain cancelled our camping trip. Was able to reserve the house 24 hours in advance for 3 nights. The house was good for 8 people and was easy to find and close to everything we needed in Sunriver. Had an issue with the hot tub that was fixed the following evening. We have used Bennington many times and have always had good houses.
