We had a wonderful time living in Belknap 3 with our daughter, her husband, and two grandchildren. The home was well-kept and well-stocked with all the equipment and amenities one would hope for living away from home. The Sunriver resort was beautiful and made exercising, resting and relaxing inviting and memorable.

We loved the Belknap 3 house and it fit our expanding family well. It has a lovely kitchen and 3 decks for enjoying with family. The new Sharc was a hit with our adult children and 2 granddaughters, ages 4 & 1! Ping pong games at night, the hot tub and the stars were all perfect. Only wish there were a couple of lounge chairs for the deck sunbathing!

The home we rented was great! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Very comfortable.
We were really impressed with how well the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed for cooking large meals. We have rented other homes in the past that were really lacking in the kitchen. We had a few problems-the referigerator died-and the dryer wouldn't dry anything but the property managers responded right away.

We stayed for week with our adult children and their children, the house offered everything that we needed and had hoped for. We will try to get back to Sunriver next year with the family and hopefully stay at #3. Check-in and check-out was very easy and a good time was had by all.

Only 4 in our family, but we loved the ability to spread out into all the bedrooms and two levels for our level of privacy. Then get together in the main living room, dinning room, hot tub, etc. as we wished. The TV/DVD player did not work for us, and a Bennington maintenance man came right over and corrected the problem... excellent! High scores for Bennington!

This was our second year staying with Bennington Properties and they were excellent to work with again! 3 Belknap was a nice house, a little older than we thought and there were a few things that needed fixing when we arrived (Bennington was very prompt with their repair crew!) The house has a nice setup with a big bunk room downstairs but it's a little dark upstairs and we wished the deck was a little bigger in the back. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. Overall nice house. We will be back to Sunriver next summer again.

The home had everything although it was a bit dated. We were all very comfortable and Bennington was great and responsive whenever we asked for anything. Our dog was happy too! We had some problems with the Tv's, some had a lot of channels and some didn't. Also, would like to suggest to the owner that they install Carbon Monoxide detectors for safety.

Logistically, for our family of 10 (3 families and 3 kids and bunks) the house was great. We did have a couple of minor issues i.e. main TV was broken and could not pick up cable and the hot tub, initially, was not usable (too much clorine). Other than that the house worked very well for the week we were there. Well supplied with all that we needed.

The service for reservation and followup was great; but the TV was not working properly-sound cycled from quiet to loud- the DVD player did not work at all, Propane tank for BBQ was empty- we used the spare- and many of silverware & plates were dirty put away in the cupboards! Also not enough towels were supplied- 2 bath towels for the lower level 2 bedrooms was not enough for a 3 day stay.
Also the whole place was quite a bit shabbier than it looked in the photos.

This is a great 4br 3ba home for 2 families. Master with King, 2 more br with Queens down and then bonus room with 4 bunks, ping pong in garage off the bunk room. The beds were comfortable - obviously newer. The bunks are old - and it was obvious...teenagers or bigger kids would not like them since the fuzz off the top mattress hangs down into their face..our kids were smaller, and they were able to deal with it, but older kids...not so much. Loved the wood stove, and the PS2 player, but unfortunately some previous renters have "misplaced" some of the more popular games. The hot tub is a bit on the older side, and so overall there is some maintenance that probably needs to be done, but hey, this is camping right? Comfortable beds is the most important part, and in spite of a few issues, I would definitely rent again for the value. We rented during a stay 3 for price of 2, so we liked the price.

The downstairs bedrooms are too dark as is the living room. More lamps would make it more inviting. I love the well stocked kitchen with dishes and pots and pans to cook family meals. The Hot Tub was great.

We had planned this for post Christmas visit with my parents, my adult children and one grandchild. We had a range of ages from 2 to 79. This home worked great. The adult children had a place to get away and play games in the downstairs room.
I wish we would have had a little more snow already on the ground, however weather was great.

We try and visit Sun River once a year because we have such a good time. Bennington Properties has always taken care of us well in the past and again on this trip. We would hope that in the future Bennington Properties would be able to get access to Maverick's to enhance the opportunities of activities that we would have. Had a wonderful time. Plenty off room and privacy for all. There were 10 of us including 4 children. Kids had there own playroom, so adults coule have some quiet time. Loved all the wild life.

We recently stayed at #3 Belknap, one of your Bennington Properties, while attending a Family Reunion in Sunriver. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but one could prepare a feast with the well equipped kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable which was a huge plus, and each bedroom had a T.V. With all the activites planned for the reunion we didn't have time to use the spa, games, bikes or ping pong table provided for guests. The house was well maintained and very clean and I would highly recommend #3 Belknap and Bennington Properties to future renters.

This is our second summer renting this specific property. We are a family of 3 couples and 1 single adult male and this place works perfectly for us. Everyone has their own private bedrooms/space with TV and plenty of bathrooms. We love the big kitchen/dining space as we all love to cook! We spend alot of time on the decks and love that there is ample room to "hang out". The hot tub is great and the bikes are well used by our family. The service by Bennington is top notch and the place is clean and spacious. We fly from Indiana specifically for this family vacation---it looks to be a tradition! Thanks Bennington for your excellent service!

We come to Sunriver every year and each year we have gotten a different house, this year we stayed at Belknap 3 and we really enjoyed ourselves. Their was enough room for everyone, the table was great for games, and kitchen was fully stocked with great equipment! We had hoped for a snow storm but alas we didn't get it, but 20 min. away we had a great time at the mountain and the hottub was so relaxing after a day of snowboarding! The only thing was the downstairs never got warm and the water took forever to heat up, other than that a very enjoyable house!

We have been to Sun River 6 times and have rented a different house each
time. This was one of the best! Plenty big for our large family with separate
places for the kids to hang out if they wanted to. It had very nice decor and
terrific mattresses. I liked the DVD service- we had our 3 choices waiting for
us when we arrived. The dining table served as the perfect game table and was
used quite often. The close proximity to the North store was very convenient-
we even walked a few times. Thank you for a comfortable (and snowy!) visit! -

The house and our stay in August 2009 was great except for the fact that we had specifically requested a house with a yard for our 4 kids to play. But when we arrived the front yard was a dry as the weather. It was not green, in fact most of the grass had been covered by pine needles. It was dead and it was evident that it had been for some time. Along with the listing picture online showing a yard, our Bennington rental agent had told me via email several months before our stay that this was one of only 4 houses in their rental system that had a yard. Boy were they wrong! The house was great and had plenty of space for 3 familys and 4 young children. But if you are looking at this house online and see that it has a yard, don't be fooled. It does have the area for one, but it is not green or is it suitable enough for children to play on.

We stayed in Sunriver in #3 Belknap for 4 nights while playing in a super senior tennis tournament. There were 6 of us "older" gals sharing the 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with 3 sleeping in the bunk room! We drew for the bedrooms and everything worked out wonderfully! This home comes highly recommended, especially for the location close to the tennis courts!

We had a wonderful time. Never experience a blizzard(our interpretation) on the mountain. The issues that we had were: the downstairs rooms, especially the loft, next to the garage are very cold. The dryer didn't seem to dry the clothes in 80 minutes. We had to do it 3 times before it got the clothes dry. Other than that, it was convenient going to Mt. Bachelor for 5 days.

This home is a great value, and beautifully laid out for a large group, with a big, efficient and well-supplied kitchen, the biggest best hot tub I've ever used and two living rooms, one upstairs and one down. Nine of us -- my husband, our daughter and I, plus our granddaughter and her friends in their teens and 20's-- had plenty of space and privacy as well as lots of fun prepping and eating meals together and playing games at the big dining table. The house has a real wood fireplace and is well-located near Mavericks, the golf course, the north-end store, gas station and the road to Bend.
