Chalet style home right on the Meadows Golf course. 3 bedrooms + loft/2 baths, newly renovated kitchen with knotty pine cabinets, new appliances. Hot tub is off back deck facing the gof course. King in master upstairs, twin bed in loft, queen in second bedroom downstairs and 2 twins in the third bedroom downstairs. Easy walk to the Village.

The only problem with augusta 5 is that several of the electric duplexes were loose. This is a fire danger and very disappointing when our electronics weren't charged overnight.
Also, the stove is so cheap. The burners don't sit level.
Some of our family had uncomfortable beds...not soft enough?
The location was super. Easy bike riding distance all over Sunriver.

This house is situated at one for the best locations Sunriver. The home was very clean, comfortable and the service from Bennington was superb. It was well furnished and nicely updated. The only drawbacks to the home is not having a Garage (more important in the winter) and the size of the down stairs bedrooms. The twin bedroom was roomier because of the space between the beds to move around. The full/queen room is very tight and gives very little room to manuever. The upstairs master bedroom was huge, no doubt about that. I would recommend this property (can't beat the location) and will definetely work with Bennington on future rentals.

This property was in a great location and was very clean and nice. It was only lacking a garage. Other than that it was perfect and I would rent it again.

We decided to visit Sunriver after absolutely no plans for Labor Day, since all of our friends were gone. I called Bennington Properties and they found a place to stay, so off we went the same day. We are rather particular on location- kids want to stay closer to the mall, with nice trails to ride bikes by themselves. It fit the bill. The house is rather outdated, but it's not in the price range when I would complain about extra amenities. I basically travel with my own Vitamix blender, a nicer pan for pancakes( in most rentals they are beyond bad). Give me a kitchen and I will whip the meal. The kitchen was well equipped, the view was of the golf course and we saw grazing deer every morning right off our deck. My kids rated it 6 stars since we had a huge bin with Legos. What can be better for us? One thing I find most irritating in rentals that they have synthetic pillows. My kids have allergies and we brought even the pillows with us. I found that dawn pillows are comfortable within a couple years of use, but then they loose their shape and get lumpy. I don't care about the hot tub and was not interested in soaking in it. Otherwise we liked the house, the master bedroom was spacious, kids' room can be updated a little bit, bunk bed would be a good option.

Thanks for the new deck - looks and works great. And thanks for new doors. Have rented #4 and augusta #5 nine out of the last ten years for our family. Great location between Village and Lodge, and on the 11th fairway. Grand kids love it. Everything went well - no problems.

It's our second trip within 2 months and both times we stayed within Mall area. I called Friday morning to find a place to stay starting that day and Kelly was so helpful to accomodate our needs. We greatly enjoyed the house, what kids(6 and 8) liked the most - box of Legos in one of the bedrooms and a basketball hoop. The house has a perfect layout for a small family. To list the con- cooktop was outdated and burners are off the center, so if you cook eggs or pancakes it makes it that difficult. Otherwise I will recommend Bennington Properties for my friends and will use it friendly service in the future.

Both #4 and #5 were very clean and well appointed. This would be the 4th year we have rented during the month of may. Last summer I rented #4 for vacation. Your organization is professional and the stays have never disapointed.

Well, 'Wild' as in Wildly Enjoyable. We brought our teen daughters and a few of their friends to celebrate a 17th birthday. The house worked beautifully and was well turned out & equipped. The space was was warm and cozy yet spacious enough for comfort; the kitchen worked great for cooking for & serving a group; the hot tub was much enjoyed; the location great, being super close and a nice short walk to the village and ice skating rink; the basketball 'court' a welcome addition. Definitely a great value, and a repeat destination for my family!

~Your great Web site made it easy to find the perfect rental.
~The wonderful A-frame house was clean, nicely appointed, and situated perfectly ... on the golf course, in a culdesac, & walking distance to the mall.
We'll definitely request this home again! Bennington properties were especially great to deal with ... sending us a special map marked with
a day trip itinerary that we discussed
& keeping the hot tub in "ready to dip"
condition. Wonderful stay!

We had stayed in Sunriver nearly a dozen times before renting this house in this part of Sunriver. This is now our favorite. The house was clean, not over-decorated, and well furnished. The location was incredible. Our 3 and 4 years old kids were easily able to bike with us to the pool, the lodge, the mall or the meadow. The culdisac was small enough that they were able to bike around it without disturbing anyone. The house had a play /game area (in the loft) that the kids' enjoyed.

We enjoyed this home during our annual family Christmas
holiday vacation at Sunriver as we have for at least 25 years.
We have rented several homes and this one was the right size
for 3 couples (if one does not mind twin beds in 1 room), one
with a toddler.
The snow was wonderful this year and our grandson enjoyed
playing in the snow on the golfcourse viewed out the living
room windows. We also had a good time cross country
skiing right out the door.
The kitchen had all of the cooking equipment that we needed
and everything was exceptionally clean and well organized.
This is an older home and obviously well cared for over the
years. It was however light and cheerful.
The open stairs were not the best for a toddler but he was
never left alone. The loft had lots of games and books and
the hideabed sofa was ok to sit on but would not be a
comfortable bed.
We enjoyed the country furnishings and paneling, giving the
comfortable vacation home feel we like in the winter. We
never did utilize the extensive collection of videos with all of
the outdoor sports, cooking, chatting and playing games.
Overall it was a nice home, and exceptionally clean. The big
windows looking out onto the golfcourse and the location
were outstanding.
