We all loved the place. It fit our faily of four just fine. When there were problems with bikes or the remote for the TV the response was very quick. We'll definitely rent this one again.

I rented the house for a getaway for my wife's b-day. Nice location. The problem was on the first night the battery was low on the smoke detector in the bed room and started going off at mid-night so both of us had to sleep on the couch that night. Bennington did have some one come out and replace it the next day. The kitchen does not have a standard oven. Made it hard to make dinner and the b-day cake. The wi-fi stopped working after the first night. Could not get it to work again.

The Condo was very inviting and comfortable. The hot tub and bikes were an added treat. The location was good, close to the village and Sharc. There is a train track near by, but not too disturbing if you don't mind that sound. The kitchen could have a little more room for pantry supplies, but otherwise sufficient. We didn't have enough toilet paper, so just double check there is more before you run out!

This home has all you need, but you need to be compatible for a single bathroom. Bennington came within 30 minutes of my calling about a deflated bicycle tire, and had it back to us in the next 30 minutes! Great service if you need it :-). Great hot tub - all the kitchen amenities. Definately will rent from Bennington properties in the future.

Perfect small space for just the two of us and our dogs. The dogs were so welcomed with toys and treats, and the house was very neat and clean. Fantastic location, close to everything. Will definitely come again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The home was warm and waiting for us when we arrived with the walkways shoveled too! The home was perfect for our small family, walking distance from the village and fully equipped for a great weekend in Sunriver. Our dog was even welcomed with treats and a new ball waiting for him!
It was a great experience and we will come again. It would be nice to have an oven in the home but knowing that in advance helped us plan ahead.

We had a great stay at Coyote 20. It was comfortable and all we expected it to be.
This home is well appointed, nicely decorated and an easy place to relax in.
I believe it is a well kept secret how wonderful the Bend/SunRiver area is in October. Warm sunny days and crisp clear nights. It was just what the doctor ordered for a much needed get away with dear friends. We stayed 5 nights and could have stayed 5 more without running out of things to do. We will surely return.

It was quiet and relaxing. There were deer in the "yard" which was fun to watch. My husband almost was run over by a stag when he was on the bike in front of Coyote 20-good for a laugh.

We stayed at 20 Coyote for our Honeymoon and had a wonderful time! It was exactly what we were needing after a very busy time of getting ready for the wedding. I truly appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and the treats and special items for her were awesome. The house was very clean and cozy for the 2 / 3 of us :)

My husband and I just stayed at the Sunriver house for a few nights. We ordered one new mattress (a model in Donald Trump hotels!), brought in a shiny new coffee pot, had 2 days of great Central Oregon adventures, and fell asleep watching the new flat screen TV in the bedroom. Another great trip to Sunriver. The spring cleaning had been done. Nice. We'll get the big bed moved back over a bit so the door doesn't hit the bed post. We love Bennington--they really make sure the homes are well cared for and ready for guests!

I told Bennington that we would be arriving late and the house was lit up and warm when we did arrive. That was nice! House was comfortable and perfect for us. It was very clean. We were walking distance of the village. Near the RR tracks, but it did not bother us. Some construction noise coming from the village area during the day. 2nd bedrm door doesn't close because of bedframe being in the way, so that's not good if additional guests want privacy. Nice hot tub. Bike tires were flat or low, so would suggest a bike pump be stored with the bikes.

It was a very peaceful extended weekend with my husband and another couple. Turned our to be beautiful 3 days of the 4 and the last night we even had a little snow. It was very kind of Bennington's to let us know about the 3rd night free. We were able to extend our 2 nights to 3 at no additional cost. The only compliant that we can come up with for 20 Coyoto is that the one bed seems to be in need of a new mattress. The couple that stayed in that room felt that they were rolling towards the center. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Fabulous stay made even better by the folks at Bennington Properties. We checked out a few movies from their vast library, borrowed some bikes, and used Sunriver's pool - all free of charge.

The home was very comfortable and located within a short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Early morning and evening walks were great. Everyone we met in the shops were very courteous and helpful. Hot tub was great for soaking away your stress. Carpet in the home could be updated. Check-in was easy and the person we met was very helpful and friendly.

My wife, our 7 years old, 9 year old, and I stayed in 20 Coyete the 1st week of august. It was a perfect calming get away for our family! We love the location close to the mall and Main Pool. The great room makes great use of the space and it really suited our famlies needs well. Other than a couple of minor maintenance issues, it was in great shape and we made good use of the surround sound entertainment system, deck & hot tube. I would have preferred a king bed but over all, it was an excellent expierence! I'd recommend this for a family on a budget! :-) Doug C.

Lovely home on a large corner lot. Despite many rentals on this road it was somewhat secluded and quiet. Walking distance to the village. Nice to have air conditioning, back smaller bedroom needs a window that opens, stuffy...kitchen well stocked and best of all the dog could come.

This has been our favorite house so far! Great space inside and out! The double french doors that open onto the deck made this a great place to enjoy dinners, morning coffee, and entertaining with friends from a few houses up the road.
The only small issue we had was with the aC/Heating, the nights got cold so we actually had to turn the heat up a little, however with no windows to open in the back bedroom it was either too cold back there or too hot, not quite a comfortable sleeping environment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coyote 20. Hot tub was wonderful in the snow. Just about everything we needed was there for us. When we had a question or ran out of something important (toilet paper), we simply called Bennington Properties and they were always helpful, kind and quick to respond.

I've stayed in a number of properties in several areas and this is hands down the most comfortable, accessible, centrally located property I've ever visited. The home itself is everything promised and more. There's a full compliment of cook and flatware- we only needed the food to cook which was available at the quaint grocery store a short, beautiful walk away. Yes, this home is close to RR tracks but, the conductors know the area and don't use the horns. The only time we could hear the trains was when we were outside and, even then, it was as loud as a passing passenger car. The hot tub seats five comfortably, the bikes were dated but perfect for the family friendly asphalt trails in Sunriver. The only thing I disliked a little were the very comfortable couches; I can't tell you how many hours I lost in blissful sleep resting in that peaceful home. (As a mature mountain biking, climbing, runner- nothing was more enjoyable than those quiet naps.)

The house was very nice, and Bennington made check in and out very simple. Unfortunately, there was no snow as we expected when we visited, so our outdoor activities were more limited than we though. As all of our previous visits (3) to houses rented by Bennington, the house was cozy, clean and welcoming. We very much enjoyed the large tv and surround sound as well as how open the living room felt with windows surrounding the entire room. The only problems we had with the house was that the bedrooms got way too hot at night, while the rest of the house remained relatively cool, there was only one bike there rather than the two stated, and the hot tub also felt as though it could have been set higher than 104 (we weren't able to turn it up) which may be something that can't be changed. Overall though, our experience was cozy and enjoyable, as it always has been using Bennington.

We do guarantee at least 2 adult bikes in every property, so don't hesitate to call us if you need more bikes. We have several here at our office that we can loan to you if one is missing or is in the shop. Biking is such a favorite activity in Sunriver that we want to make sure you are able to enjoy it. I will have the hot tub company take a look at the hot tub, because 104 is quite hot, so it may have been reading the wrong temp.

The only thing that really marred a wonderful visit were the bed mattresses which we found to be too firm for a restful nights sleep. There were a few kitchen items which would have been nice to have. A list was left on the kitchen counter. We enjoyed the architecture of Coyote 20 and the layout of the living space. The large doors opening up onto the deck is a very nice feature. The bathroom is a bit on the small side but serviceable. The sound cables connecting the video player and TV had become disconnected prior to our arrival. We finally figured out what was the problem and got the sound to work. The owners have done a very nice job with the landscaping. The locked key box with entry code is a great innovation; works great.

All the places we went the people were very nice, we live in a tourist town and some of the people here could learn something from the hospitality of the people in the central Oregon area. we had a wonderful stay at coyote 20, we love that fact that this home welcomes pets and it is a great setup for the three of us and our pet. great location next to the mall if you wanted to walk or ride bikes. our stay was wonderful and we absolutely love sunriver and have stayed in many homes throughout sunriver and this house will be rented again by us.
