Walk to the Meadows Golf Course clubhouse, Sunriver Lodge and South public pool. This wonderful home has a partial view of the 11th Fairway on the Meadows Golf Course. The home was beautiful and had everything we could need. Cooked for 9 for every meal and it was like being in my own kitchen. Decor and amenities were perfect. Everyone was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Close to some wonderful day trips. My family's favourite was the Obsidian flow. What an amazing site! Can't wait to have an opportunity to come back.

This house is so warm and homey! And is well equipped to handle all of our needs! We stayed here last year at Christmas, and had a blast then as well... We will choose this property for our family anytime we come to sunriver!

Wonderful, beautiful house! We had three houses rented in Sunriver for our family reunion and this house was the hub for all dinners. It was perfect! Kids loved the pool table, ping pong table, and the hot tub. Beautiful decor and the kitchen was fantastic and so well stocked with everything for cooking. Great location near the village. We would rent this house again!!! I would like to move into this house!

doral 6 was a phenomenal property! great location, right next to the village in Sunriver. It helped that it snowed and we had great powder up on Mt. Bachelor, but even if there was no snow, we would have had a great time! The house was perfect and gorgeous! The layout worked out well for our kids..I have 4 kids with ages ranging from 16-9..they all agreed that we should come back and do it again..my husband and i agree!

The house was perfect for all our needs - comfortable, centrally located, lots of fun "toys" for the teenagers and adults to play with, thoroughly stocked kitchen, and a/C... what more could we have asked for! The customer service of Bennington Properties was unparalleled! We'll definitely be staying with Bennington Properties again!!!

This house is perfect for two or three families and accomodates kids. The location is within a short walking distance to both the Sunriver Mall and Lodge. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils needed... even for Thanksgiving dinner (double oven included). The only complaint... regulating the room temperature in the upstairs game room (it gets quite cold). We come back every year as this is a keeper.

Our home was beautiful. living space and cooking/kitchen area... beautiful.
Lg. refrig. Master bedroom !st class. The Futon was just Ok, from the
person
who slpet in it..upstairs. I had the Master. Bed was great! Pillows were
great. I
always bring my own... but theirs were great. Big shower and walk in
closet.
Bunk bed were perfect for the kids. The other bedrom was great, comfy
bed.
Jacuzzi good. Couldn't find pool towels which I had a problem because I
thought the pool had the towels and I was suposed to bring my own from
the
house. WHere where they? Never found them. Great Home. Not a cheep
rental. If you have a nice home and want the same on vacation... pick this
one,

My cousins and Aunts and Uncles rented other properties, They were OK for
what they needed Family/Bed wise.... We had the NICEST, Newest property
in
the niegborhood. It is not your typical rental old cheep decor. Great
reading
lights... ping pong in the garage. Bikes.
My sister lives in Lake Oswego, OR. and has stayed w Bennigton Properties,
and they are known for haveing a great reputaion. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Doral 6. It is a beautiful home that had more than enough space (and bathrooms) for our two families, with a stocked, gourmet kitchen that made family dinners fun!
The amenities in Sunriver continue to provide great value for the price and everyone had a wonderful time!
When we arrived the home was very clean, with towels, paper goods and even soaps and shampoos. More than we anticipated!
We will definitely stay again at Doral 6. -

#6 Doral was a lovely home--very comfortable and beautifully furnished, and
close enough to walk to the mall. Also, Bennington Properties offered terrific
service. We had to make a change to our arrival date and they were very
accommodating, still honoring the low-season rate although it had expired.

Loved the home. It was so beautiful, clean, modern and just perfect
for us! It was a great little getaway and I especially loved the gourmet
kitchen, hot tub and the privacy we had. I enjoyed the walking trails
and my husband loved the golf course. We would definitely rent this
house again and are thinking of bringing our extended family there
for a holiday. -

My parents own the house next door and I've been coming to SunRiver (Bachelor) for a few years. I love SunRiver. Every year a group of friends and family all take a ski/snowboard trip somewhere. We have been all over Canada, Washington and Montana, so I threw out going to SunRiver this year. So, we decided to check out the house next to my parents. The price turned out to be affordable, and it had the right amount of space for our group. It was a super nice house, kept very nice, and like I said, I love SunRiver. I can't wait for our next trip. We're planning on doing the same thing again! Thanks for the great time.

We have stayed in a number of houses in Sunriver, and this is definitely the nicest. It is set up so every bedroom has a bath of its own, and the family room upstairs is a nice second living space. The beds were very comfortable, and the baths were luxurious. We had young adult children with us, and everyone had plenty of private space. The kitchen is excellent and well-stocked.
The location close to the lodge and the mall is great, particularly in the winter. We would definitely choose this house again. -

This home is in exceptional condition and has one of the most well-stocked kitchens in Sunriver. If you are a cook, this house is for you. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 13 people in this kitchen and did not have to break out any of the specialized cook ware that we had brought from home. In addition, this home is perfect for family reunions. There is a private master bedroom on the first floor (grandparents) and the upstairs has a bunk room (kids), a queen bed (parents) and a large game room with futon (older kids). The home boasts 4.5 bathrooms which is a bonus for entertaining. The home is also close/walking distance to the Sunriver mall, golf course and lodge. A great property, great location and beautifully decorated (all new).
