We had a great time, we rode bikes, went to Sharc, enjoyed the wine tasting, there was something for all ages! We hope to do it again next summer :-)

We had rented 2 houses during our stay. This house was obviously was more comfortable than the other. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was equiped to accommodate our group, enough chairs to seat everyone. As mentioned to Robert, there was some rotten wood on the deck that gave way. We ended up putting the table over it so noone would fall through. Robert dispatched someone to fix the issue. The only disappointment was the quality of the bikes. We thought it was great they had 12 bikes in the garage. Unfortunately, very few were useable. Either you couldn't adjust the bike to fit the person, a bent tire, etc. We had people bring bikes so that helped. Did not get a chance to use the hot tub or the sauna. I would recommend this rental but tell them about the bikes. May want to take their own.

Very nice home, Lot's of room with kid to play, also the bikes were great to have. And shore to drive to south pool. One thing would be nice is aC. But other then that it was great. Thank you.

The river is right across the street. Close drive to the mall. Nice house with a sauna and hot tub. Lots of bikes.

Once again I was very pleased with Bennington Properties. They were so easy to work with, very friendly and extremely helpful. I love the "extras" that they have to lend... baby gear, sports equipment. It was great. We also really enjoyed the ice cream on Thursday afternoon. Thank you.
The house itself was exactly what our family needed. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out, but enough bedroom space that we all had privacy as well. Deschutes 8 was perfect for us as a party of 3. Each bedroom was roomy and very comfortable.
The unit was clean and well prepared for us when
we arrived. We enjoyed the deck and used the BBQ
2 nights.

to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday.
She was gracious and kind in all our
communications.

We've rented a few houses in Feb in Sun River over the years, but this one was not my favorite. Most people had a good stay in our party. I--the planner, however, suffered a bad sprain stepping into the sunken living room at this house! Otherwise, the house was a bit dated, but the sleeping accommodations were great for us, & the price was right. We will be back next year to Bennington Properties, but most likely not to Deschutes 8.

Well stocked, roomy house. Good location. Movies requested were there when we arrived. Sauna room in house, hot tub outside. Foosball table in home. Lots of dishes for guests. TONS of bikes (although we didn't use them; we were there in Dec.)

Good house and great beds. Good kitchen. The bikes were a little rugged and the note about the bikes from the owners was rude. The location is close to the river for fishing, biking and walking. THere is too much traffic noise form the Highway which is maybe 200 yards off but still noisy and constant. ONly 2 bathrooms and the suana is in one but OK for two couples or good size family. The Bennington people are great to work with and are very helpful.

I stayed in this house at the end of June with my parents and a group of friends (we're all in our 30s). The master bedroom on the main floor was great for my parents. The upstairs bedrooms and lofts were great for the rest of us, although a bit stuffy and warm on days when the temps reached nearly 100 degrees. Still, we enjoyed hanging out downstairs in the nice, open kitchen-dining-living room area and in the hot tub once it cooled off in the evenings. There was a great assortment of cruiser bikes in the garage. House in a good spot at the South end of Sunriver near the river and river trail.

I loved the location, close to golf, close to the river for fishing and secluded for privacy. Furniture was comfortable and everything clean. -

Our family decieded to go to the snow for Christmas week! My daughter found the home online, the home was new to the vaction pool and a bit dated, but it was nicer than the pictures showed and it lived wonderfully. I was very pleased that on our arrival, it had snowed and the driveway was shoveled as were the walkways, the lights, heat, & music were on in the home! It was very welcoming, even down to dog treats and dishes!
The kitchen was great and well supplied with cook ware and dishes. The kids were thrilled with all the bikes, hottub, games, movies etc....if felt like home! I loved the quietness of the area and huge yard. It was very private and had fun making snowmen!

We rented this house last summer for mixed family use. It was perfect. The adults had the bedrooms and the grandchildren pretty much took over the loft and had a blast there! They had their own t.v. but preferred to lower down a string with instructions to change the channel on the living room set. :)
The house was about a mile from the village so we had lots of privacy. When we wanted to go "to town" there were TWELVE bikes in the garage! There was also a commercial size foosball table in the "study". There was a great hot tub on a secluded deck. A totally different deck had a glass table and several chairs for picnics. A third deck area had a charming wodden bench for reading.
Two nicely appointed bathrooms helped with a large group.
We would definitely rent this house again and again.
