This property is furnished with very comfortable furnishings and is a delight to stay in. The home feels very warm and inviting. The master is spacious and the see-thru fireplace is a perfect addition. The second bedroom has its own bathroom. This home is perfect for a small family or couples retreat. The hottub is completely enclosed and very private. The house is located far enough from the main road that no road noise can be heard, and with no homes directly behind you, you get the feeling of seclusion. Staying with Bennington Properties was very easy and my family and I are looking forward to staying in this same location again for our summer get-away.

This was our first rental through Bennington Properties and we were extremely impressed. The home was in top shape when we arrived and the staff were very helpful along the way. The kitchen and master bath have been nicely updated, the furnishings were comfortable, and the hot tub in great condition. The location was convenient (about .75 mi from Sharc and .3 mi from Fort Rock Park) while being relatively quiet, with nice views of the forested common area from the deck. It's not a large home, but was just right for our family of four. There were just two things we didn't love about this house: 1) it's rather dark when you close the blinds for privacy (which I imagine is an issue with many homes in Sunriver, given the trail system around so many homes and lack of landscaping up against the homes) and 2) the master bathroom has an odd configuration, whereby both the shower and the toilet are open to the master bedroom (no door separates either). We probably wouldn't stay in this home again due to item 2 - it bothered my husband that much! - but would absolutely stay with Bennington again and had a wonderful time in this house.

We enjoyed the taste of the decorator and the quality furnishings of the house. The shower in the master BR was first class as was the dining and living room area. Generally on the negative side the house is too dark in areas. Subdued lighting in the living room and the kitchen provides a nice ambiance but is not practical for reading. Same is true for the master BR. We had a good time and enjoyed the house.

This home is conveniently located for quick bike rides to Sharc and the Village; plus it feels like home! The oversized chairs in the great room are the most comfortable ever and you don't feel like you're living in a museum.

This was our third time to Sunriver and second time staying at 10 East Butte. We love this house. It is just the right size and anemities. Very quiet area and so well decorated. It is so welcoming to arrive to soft music playing and a lamp on as well as a bottle of champagne and card to wish me a happy birthday. Bennington consistantly makes you feel special and comfortable. I have highly recommended them to my clients. The new Sharc is amazing and this house is just the right distance for a nice bike ride to it. We look foreward to returning.

I was a little nervous renting a house that was less than 1300 square feet, but the layout of this house is amazingly open. It was absolutely perfect for our family of four. We have stayed in other Bennington houses and I'm always impressed with how clean they are. Even the carpet was super clean. And I'm the type that cringes when staying in hotels because of how dirty they feel. Kitchen was well stocked too. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break!

This is our second visit to Sunriver and first time at 10 East Butte. For my 11 year old son and I, it was the perfect house! It was so well decorated, comfortable and the perfect size. I loved the gas fireplace in the master bedroom/bathroom. What a treat! The large tiled walk-in shower was wonderful too, as well as the large jacuzzi tub. The view of the pine forest out the back door was so nice. There was a large movie selection, so we watched avatar for the first time. The location of the house was perfect too. Good distance to bike ride to the Village Mall or the pools. We would definately want to stay at 10 East Butte again. Thanks for making our vacation so pleasant.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was really nice it snowed our first night so that made the hot tum wonderful.

We had a great time in Sunriver with our family. We have rented houses at Sunriver in the past, but this was by far the best experience we have had! From the online reservation, check-in, & added service we will rent from Bennington Properties again. The house was very clean, lights on, music playing when we got there. They had delivered a blow dryer to the house, that I had requested. The house had 4 cruiser bikes that we rode for miles. We forgot a computer charger when we left, they found it and shipped it back to us the same day! Everyone was so friendly. We will rent this home again!

The master has a jet tub, fireplace, walk-in shower and a comfy king bed...the second bedroom is much smaller, but still cozy- our friends enjoyed it! We were very impressed with Bennington Properties - very professional. The house itself was just what it was represented to be - clean, updated and very comfortable. The wood ceilings have a great ambience and with two gas fireplaces (one in the master), a kitchen that was well-stocked and a hot tub, we had everything we could possibly need for our short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more! We were here for a tennis tourney, so it was great to have the hot tub!

My husband and I competed in the Pacific Crest Triathlon. We wanted to find a place where we could stay for several days at a reasonable price. We were also looking kitchen amenities along with being located close to the race festivities. The home we found was not only equiped with a kitchen, it had everything and more. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, blender and even nice wine glasses. It was very clean and the service was impecable. When I called to make my reservation, they were prompt in calling me back and wanted to ensure that my needs would be met. We drove 6 hours to this location and were pleasantly surprised. I am definitly using them again.

We all really thought this house was lovely, and the fact that it was air-conditioned was the icing on top. The kitchen/living area was the perfect size and set-up for our family of four, which includes two teenage boys. The kitchen is perhaps the best-supplied we've ever seen in a rental home, and we've rented quite a few. The location within Sunriver is superb. The setting (quiet, surrounded by trees) is delightful, and the deck and hot tub are perfect ways to enjoy it. Now for a couple of observations that might help a future renter: (1) the lighting could be better, especially in the living room, the second bedroom, and the glorious, fancy shower in the master; (2) granted, we knew we weren't going to be able to fit both boys in there from the get-go, but that second bedroom's snug (we found that turning a loveseat and ottoman in the living area into a bed worked lots better than trying to cram a rollaway in that area, though the rollaways are very nice ones, by the way); and (3) if privacy in the bathroom (or bedroom, for that matter) is important to you, be aware that the really beautiful master bathroom's basically part of the bedroom, with no door for either the shower or the commode.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed on a ski trip. When we got there, they left a few lights on and there was classical music playing. The inside is completely remodeled and its so so nice. Its very upscale, the kitchen is huge and the couches in the family room are very comfortable. The master bedroom is amazing. The shower is as big as my bathroom back home and it also has a jaccuzi tub. I would highly recommend this place. Its great for skiing and for the summer as well.

First a 5 star rating for Bennington Properties, they had the House in great shape for our arrival. The classical music playing when we walked in was a great touch!
10 E Butte is a beautiful luxury property, granite counter tops, great looking wood floors and extremely comfortable furniture and beds. The Hot Tub was a great treat after a hard day skiing.
I highly recommend this property and using Bennington! This was my first experience with both this property and the mgmt company, and I can say that I will be using both again when I come back next year!

This is a great house! The open floor plan and comfortable furniture made it a great place for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving and a weekend of football and family. Having a bathroom in both bedrooms makes it easy to enojoy this house with two families.

during our stay we noticed a very outdated home; with much need to be visited by a modern decor. the current decor of rustic native american artifacts was rather "creepy" and not comfortable nor inviting to a peaceful stay.
the amplifier in the surround system had been left on and when we arrived it was overheating; so immediately it was turned off.
the jacuzzi was nice and the place was clean. quiet neighborhood. with new decor and updated kitchen, furniture, bedrooms, and bathrooms and i would deem this stay a place worthy of its price.
otherwise skip if you have a taste for luxury... you won't find it here.

Loved our house. Have stayed in several houses over the years, usually larger but this may have been one of our very favorites. The house was small but very well appointed and user friendly. The house has an open plan, and fairly updated.
Would recommend this house to others and also stay there again.

#10 east Butte is a wonderful house, beautifully decorated with a kitchen fully stocked with all one needs to cook. Watching the stars from the hot tub was a thrill. We saw five deer the first morning from our kitchen window. The Bennington people were extremely helpful. Add a few spices to the kitchen (there was only salt, but we left pepper) and more light in the second bedroom. This was our fifth or sixth trip to Sunriver, but the last was 17 years ago. Sunriver was everything we remembered, except the mall, which is under going a renovation. We highly recommend #10 Butte and Bennington Properties.

We really enjoyed the house and Bennington did a great job of having everything there and ready as they said they would... Updates to the home were done in great taste and it's really homey! The owners take pride in their home and it shows!
The only issue would be the hot-tub cleaner coming @ 9:00 am on the day we were leaving and then the cleaning crew coming to the door @ 9:30 am when we're trying to eat, shower & pack to be out??? Especially after we called the day before asking if we could have until 12:00 PM for checkout and having that time approved...:( My recommendation as a former SunRiver homeowner, don't let the cleaners ever show up early! We would all like to get an early start on our day, but when someone else is paying for it, No Way!

My husband and I stay at this house for a wekk while on our honeymoon and it was perfect. We had a blast doing the plane glide ride at sun river along with going to the lava caves and High desert museum. The house was great from the layout all the way to the decorations.

Our family spent six fabulous days and five lovely evenings at 10 E. Butte. We were within five miles of our son and his family, so it was very convenient for spending together time. We loved the spaciousness of the property, the availability of every possible item for our cooking and dining needs, and the overall comfort and coziness we felt during our stay. The environment in Sunriver was spectacular to us and we loved the many pathways for walking and biking, and quick access to snow sports at Mt. Bachelor.
On the negative side, there was a glitch in the kitchen track lighting that caused the light to fade off and on rather frequently, which got a little annoying. And, in the garage we were surprised to learn that the electric door opener does not have a safety mechanism to roll back up in the event a little child is in the way of a closing garage door. We had three little kids around us most of the time, so we were always on the alert whenever they were outside.
Otherwise, all was great and we had a wonderful time in the home. We would strongly recommend this to anyone visiting Sunriver and hope to some day come back ourselves. -

whirlpool tub in the master bath and then it took 2 hours for the hot
water heater to recover so NO ONE COULD TAKE A SHOWER unless
they wanted a cold shower. The second bedroom was VERY VERY dark,
needed more lighting, same with the master bedroom. Wasn't enough
light by the bedside to read in bed. Some light fixtures had blown
light bulbs so we had to buy more to replace. Not enough large forks,
plenty of salad forks. Enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and living room
seating. Washing machine was very small but understand about the
space issue. Loved the cruiser bikes. Disliked the fact that the
cleaning crew came VERY early on day of departure, way before the
11am checkout. -

When we first pulled up to the house we were like "YES"!! Out of happiness. It took us almost a month to find the right house to vacation in. We absolutley loved this home, it was fully stalked with appliances, very warm feeling and very relaxing. Just a couple flaws but it was a very nice home and would deffently bring my family back there to stay.
A few things we noticed was thers no blow dryer and the lights kept flickering not due to weather. The showerhead in the master doesnt really feel that luxury it needs to more water pressure. -

We had a very nice time staying at this home. We arrived mid-week and there were no other homes near us occupied at the time and it was very quiet and we felt comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked except there was no pepper??? The cozy atmosphere was nice as the living area and kitchen are close together allowing conversation while cooking. The entertainment systems were nice but a little complicated to figure out. No major complaints from us but it would be nice to have the hot tub off the dining room door instead of the second bedroom.

This is a charming house, full of character!!
The large greatroom and fireplace made for a cozy winter get-a-way and was decorated very tastfully to give it a "mountian cottage" feel. The master bedroom/bathroom felt like a high end hotel suite. Great house for small groups and look forward to returning! -

Very much enjoyed our stay at this house, it was decorated with excellent taste. The lighting was a bit dark for my taste.
We did not ask about the driveway capacity (our fault) We brought a four place snowmobile trailer to do some wonderful snowmobiling while we were there and had some difficulty getting in and out due to the small driveway and our long load. If it wasn't for the small driveway we would deffinetly stay again in the next week or two when we plan to come down again for another snowmobile trip. Other than that this home is kept up very nicely and has everything you need for a very nice stay. -

This is a classy, comfortable little place.
Two bedrooms, each with bath, make it work well
for a small family like ours. Cozy gas fireplaces, woodtones and tasteful decorations

My wife, 2 kids, and I spent a wonderful 5 days/nights at this
beautifully modernized home. We highly recommend this place!
Here are the things we enjoyed about this home:
• air conditioning (in July)
• very spacious family room with surround sound and a good
selection of already-stocked videos
• large, modernized master bedroom with walk-in shower and
jacuzzi-style bath tub
• clean and modernized kitchen with beautiful granite counters
• completely open/spacious floor plan, easily accommodating
my large family (4 siblings, spouses, and kids) to come over and
hang out for dinner and games

We spent a wonderful week in this home with our teenage daughter and her friend. Only downside was they had to share a bed, but we knew that going in. It was very comfortable, clean and expertly furnished. Close to the village too, but not too close. Movie viewing was great with surround sound and the girls loved the hot tub! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and it felt like home away from home. We would certainly stay there again!

This was such a great house for two couples because it has two master suites. One is much nicer than the other, but it is still wonderful. It is very cozy and comfortable. The seating is great and it is a nice location in sunriver. It would also be great for a small family. We loved it and would like to go back again.

The house was wonderful. Loved the fireplace in the bedroom. Very romantic. This house only sleeps four. Although the hot tub had WAY to much clorine in it. We could not use it. You need to change products. They make a product that is non-clorine and it don't smell.

even more. Recently remodeled, it has a open floor plan, big t.v.
and amazing kitchen with really nice applicance. The over sized
couches were really cozy and the 2 master bedrooms were a
luxury. We have recommended this house to friends and plana

We cannot say enough about our stay at 10 E. Butte. It was our second time there in 2 years. Our first was so enjoyable that we had to come back. The home is so beautiful and comfortable. Of course Sunriver is a major draw but the home really put it all together. We biked and hiked and enjoyed the restaurants and cooked at home. It was like being at home but much nicer. Thank you for the opportunity.

The home was nice but I didn't like the open bath/master bedroom layout. It's just a personal preference but I like a door on my bathroom.
A few more cooking items would be useful - like a griddle.
The house was nicely decorated and was conveniently located.
