Newly refurnished and decorated home in the quiet north end of Sunriver. This wonderful 3 bedroom,3 bathroom home with a loft has a great Sunriver feel. King bed in the master downstairs, queens in the other two bedrooms, two full futons in the loft. Wood burning fireplace provides that great ambiance. This home is great for three couples or two families.

My family and i rented a home at Sunriver, or through Bennington Properties last week. The house was clean and ready for us, it was in great shape and we all had a wonderful time. The good folks at Bennington Properties were helpful; and accommodating. We will definitely rent through Bennington Properties again!

We really enjoyed this home. The size was good for our family of 5 and it was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. The house needed to have a good cleaning though. There were some things that weren't up to Bennington standards. Overall, a great family time.

The house was clean and well stocked. Overall very comfortable and conveniently located in Sunriver. Plenty of sleeping space. Wifi and Tv's/Dvd's worked without any problems. Quiet cul-de-sac. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great location to access many of central Oregon's natural attractions.

We have been coming to Sunriver since it opened its doors in 1975. This is our first visit with our new puppy, Otto. We appreciated how Bennington welcomed Otto to our rental home with treats, toys, dog tag, and bandana that looked great with his apricot cream color. The house was extremely clean, which is one of the reasons we rent through Bennington, as opposed to other rental co.s. They are always accommodating to our needs. Thanks again and we will be renting soon.

The property matched the decription and was well appointed. It was noticeably cleaner than properties we had rented from other companies. Only nice to have would be a larger picnic table but that's minor. The place was exactly what we had anticipated and enjoyed it very much.

Our place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom. There was even a welcome message for our daughter's dogs! We would definitely stay there again and are already planning next year.

Very nice 3 bedroom house - shared with 3 couples. Small kistchen was well equiped - even had S&P;, Alum foil, baggies! Driveway is only big enough for 2 cars though. While TV is low on vacation list - there is limited use and no guide (not even a channel listing). Could use a local paper!

I've rented through Bennington several times. Always a very good experience.
The house was great for us. The location was very quiet; the master bedroom downstairs was large; very comfortable bed (king)w/large master bathroom; the other bedroom downstairs was comfortable and had a dual access bathroom (door from the bedroom as well as from the hallway) making it like another master bedroom; the living area was nicely appointed and cozy with a wood-burning fireplace and lots of wood. The kitchen table was large. The upstairs had a really cute bedroom, bathroom as well as a loft. Really a comfortable and practicle living space for a group. The home was fine but the narrow stairwell and halls were weird. It was very clean but just seemed worn out, especially in the kitchen. Slept well in the master bedroom and there were no complaints from the other guests. The knives were really dull in the kitchen and that was a problem. Overall things were good but I would choose a different house next time.

We have visited Sunriver every summer for the last 15 years. Our stay is for 10 days so we need a comfortable home with a great location. This sure fit the bill! The home is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds comfortable and furniture cozy. We really liked how the two bedrooms on the main floor have a good seperation between them. They also had their own private bath! The loft was perfect as a play area or quiet space. The upstairs bedroom had great natural light and a bathroom right outside the door.
The home is in the North end of Sunriver. It is quiet, the bike paths are level and it truly is an easy bike ride to the North pool which we prefer!
Bennington one again did not let us down with this property. They consistantly have the best rentals by far!!! -

Overall it was a very nice experience. The beds were very comfortable and the house was outfitted very well, especially the kitchen and two baths, which we used a lot. The hot tub was a delight in cool mornings and evenings. We did have to change the very difty filter on the air/heat unit due to some ringing noises the unit made. The noice then went away. We were not able to get the VCR to work, which may have been due to our lack of expertise. Certainly there were plenty of great movies available. We reccomend this as a comfortable home for a couple with one or two kids.

Great location on quiet north end near trails in forest land and the Deshutes river. Layout of house very comfortable for 3-4 people. Everyone can have their own bedroom and bathroom for privacy. Very nice comfortable furniture and beds. Well stocked and maintained house. We loved that it was dog friendly and we could bring our beloved 4 legged child!! We were able to take her for many walks in the Deschutes forest that is a very short walk from the house.We would defineatly rent this property again.

We have rented from Bennington Properties many times and have never been disappointed. This house had everything we needed.
Liked: Master suite, bed in master comfortable, well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, hot tub, good view from living room windows, living room furniture very comfortable for reading, good quiet location of home.
Five adults stayed in house (1 couple) Dining, living and kitchen area small but manageable. -

We enjoyed our stay at 10 Nine Iron. The home is clean and comfortable. All 3 beds are new and we all slept great! The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the loft space and our dog was welcomed with a gift bag of treats. We loved the location being close to the river and trail head to the falls. Very quiet! The path to the North Store was a good walk too.
The only negative was that the heat ran very uneven, keeping one room on the main floor very warm and the rest of the house a bit cool.
We will stay at this house again as the layout is perfect for our needs, the price is right, and our dog is welcome. -

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Quite clean and well appointed. Our only frustration with this home was the smoke detectors kept beeping (low battery warning) in the early hours of the morning and the thermostat kept resetting itself to 60. Bennington apparently replaced a few of the batteries, but we kept experiencing the problem, and replaced a few more ourselves. Once we re-programed the thermostat to not fall to 60 at night it seemed to remedy the whole problem. We've used Bennington numberous times during the same season and have never experienced this issue in any of the homes. However, this would not prevent us from selecting this home again.

We had a great time at this house! It was such a benefit to be able to bring our dog to spend the week with us! A month later, she is still playing with the tennis ball that was provided!
The home was very clean and comfortable. Well supplied in the kitchen and just all around. There was kindling and wood in the garage for a fire, there were bikes to use, movies, games and puzzles.
The floor plan made it easy to have my parents in one room, and my brother and nephew upstairs, with their own area. Nice separation of space, each with their own restroom!
We will definitely be back!

Our group of 3 couples and 2 singles were walking/running in marathon and needed a comfy 3 bd home for reasonable price. Bennington agent recommended this lovely home. The new decor was great and Master Bedroom was especially nice. The location is so peaceful and we will definately consider staying here again.

enough for us and our children. The loft was a great place for
them. We loved having the hot tub as well. The kitchen was
well appointed with everything we needed for cooking. We were
also very thankful our sweet dog was allowed. We were worried
about the location at first as we had never stayed that far from
the main village, but we did not find it to be a problem. We
were within easy walking and riding distance of the north pool
and Fort Rock park which is all we really needed anyway. -

This home was furnished nicely. The kitchen was stocked with basic items, like sugar, coffee, salt, pepper etc. and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The homeowners definitely put thought into what a guest would like to have on hand while visting, even down to providing laundry soap. The decor was comfortable, tasteful and up to date. We had absolutely no issues or problems.
This home was yet another positive experience for our family, as we come to Sunriver repeatedly to vacation. We love trying out different homes, and Bennington Properties has never failed our family. This home has been our favorite to date. I would highly recommend 10 Nine Iron Lane or any of the Bennington Properties rentals. -

Professional and hassle free which is what you NEED your vacation rental to be. This particular home was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Our dog was welcome also.
