Olalie was a great home to stay in. Myself and my friends have made it a yearly tradition staying here right after the holidays. We love the warmth and comfort of the home and hot tub as well as the snow that Sunriver has to offer in the beautiful winter. We definitely will continue our tradition. I highly reccomend this home for your vacation stay. Also the folks at Bennington Properties are extremely nice and make you feel welcome and like a true guest.

Overall this was a great rental. It has some of the short comings that many rentals do. For instance, the living room does not comfortably seat all of the people that the house sleeps. Our house slept 6, and 4 were comfortable in the living room. The dining table did have enough chairs for 6 and that was great. However, we did have children and extra chairs, even folding chairs, would have been nice. Also, something to consider when traveling with young kids, there is only one bathtub in the house. The location was convenient to the Sharc and to the smaller grocery store. The floor plan was good. I think with a smaller group of people, we had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and one 3 year old, we would rent this house again.

This is probably the third time we have stayed at 4 Oallie and the house seems to fit our needs and likes
perfectly. We did fix the sliding screen handle in the
dining room going out to the deck and we did notice
that one of the couches has some worn area on the seat.
Houses get older and are used alot so that is understandable. Thanks for always making us feel so
welcome. We like this house because it doesn't have
very much traffic when sitting out on the deck, two bedrooms have their own on-suite bathrooms and each bedroom has a TV.

Very spacious for a three bedroom, three bath home. Great location. Perfect for our dog Sophie, a little disappointed with the outside area, table and chairs could have been cleaner, lots of stains. Very well equipped kitchen. Would have prefered to have wood floor through out house due to all the stains on carpet from previous guest. Very impressed with the great service received by Bennington Properties. Location was very quiet, even seeing a few deer passing through. Overall we had a great vacation, will definitely be coming back again!

Sorry about the carpets. They are our greatest challenge during the summer as there is rarely enough time between guests to do a thorough cleaning and drying.

Thanks for the very nice place to stay. we liked it som much we have already booked it for the Christmas Break. Sunriver is a grand gathering place for our grown children and the two of us to enjoy our time together.
I did mention a couple of things to the maintanance Dept. Minor issues that could become a problem e.g. squeaky bearing in the washing machine and some light bulbs that were expired.Response from Bennington Properties - 04/19/2012

We had a wonderful time. The home was roomy and well equipped. The master bedrooms were private and the location was very quiet at the edge of the resort. The home was very clean. Couldn't have asked for more.

The hot was too cold the first night we turned it up but could not get it to get much warmer we called and a repairman was sent out. the next nit it still was noy much warmer so we called again finally on the third night we wer able to use the hot tub. The next day while we were out the repairman came by and turned the hot tub dow we are not sure why so we did not get to use it on the fourth night because it was to cold again. Finally we took matters into our own hands a figured out how to turn it up ourselves. So out of 7 nights we wer only able to use the hot tub for 4 nights. Apparently the people who rented the house befor us were not very clean there was a pet stain on the floor that i cleaned up myself. We only we provided enough laundry soap for 2 loadas of laundry so we purchashed our own. usually you have more than that in your holms so we wern't ptrepared but we didn't mind that so much. We will probably rent from you again as we have always rented from you in the past.

Ollalie 4 was a great choice for our family vacation. Sunriver Resort offered the blend of amenities and relaxation we desired, and the house itself was fantastically comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and clean, the living space is wide open, and the deck sits along a quiet bike path that left us feeling off the beaten path. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations. As soon as we got there, my husband couldn't figure out how to light the gas fireplace, so we called Bennington Properties and someone was there to assist us, probably within 15 minutes. We had a "welcome packet", even for our dog, which included dog biscuits and a tennis ball that she still plays with! We cooked in the kitchen a lot and it was well stocked. Everything was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying in this home again.

The house was lovely. Had everything in it a person could possibly need. We rode bikes and cooked all our meals at the house. All in all is was a very good weekend. Skiing at Mt Bachelor was wonderful.

The house is attractively decorated. It is very comfortable. A bathroom for every bedroom was perfect for our families. We appreciated having the use of a washer and dryer. Use of the garage was a big plus.We enjoyed having our dogs with us.

My wife and I (plus our dog) had a great time at this house, with no complaints. The kitchen is well stocked and the everything is very comfortable.

Hot tub did not work.
Tv in front bedroom would not work, requested repair, repair was done while we were gone, still did not work.
Opened garage door to unload baggage, door did not open all the way, and then would only go partially down, pulled door release to close the door, requested repair, repair was not done note said unit needed to be replaced.
Hot tub was inoperable.
The house was very comfortable and clean but the items listed above should have been addressed before this unit was made availabe for rent.

Jim, We're sorry things did not go as smoothly as they could have. You may not be aware but our maintenance person did spend 1 1/2 hours working on the garage door. We could not totally fix it on the spot as it required a new opener. We needed to get owner approval and then order the opener. This has been done. The door was left so you could operate it and secure it manually. A cable was loose on the TV. Our maintenance person tightened that and it worked correctly. I contacted the hot tub company and some racoons had chewed through some of the wiring causing the tub to fail. This has been completely repaired.

This was my second time to stay at this property. I selected it this time because we were staying with friends and I liked that the two master suites were at opposite ends of the house for additional privacy. The house is older, but has been updated and is warm and inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub and the BBQ and the location was quiet and relaxing. We'd definately stay here again. On a side note, Bennington Properties is easy to work with and very nice. I left an article of clothing and someone from the company went over to the house before it was cleaned, called and let me know they found it, and had it mailed to me and at my door the next day. They were very efficient!

We rented this particular house for a few reasons: it was dog-friendly, it was in a quiet area of the resort and it had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 were masters). We were blown away - it was a beautiful, spacious home, so nice that we couldn't believe it was dog friendly. The house was not only in a quiet area, but we discovered that the road behind the house went to a storage area and was rarely if ever driven on (a definite plus). Also, the 3 beds/baths worked perfectly for the 3 couples we had staying there - plenty of privacy. The house also stayed plenty cool, even though the weather was in the 80s and the house had no a/C.
The team at Bennington Properties was incredibly easy to work with and always helpful. We were able to meet most of them at their Yappy Hour dog event and they were all very friendly - we appreciated that they took time out to get to know their renters. The house was clean, and well decorated. The location was nice and quiet, and easy to get to from 97 and the store. We really like having three bathrooms (two master suites), so we each had a little more privacy.

This is the fourth or fifth Bennington Property we've stayed at, and the homes keep getting nicer! It's located within walking/biking distance of the North Store and Pool which was a huge bonus for a family with two small kids.
The service we have received has been absolutely amazing. I reserved the home in January and the folks at Bennington remained in contact with us sending all of the necessary updates.
The house was great. The location was excellent, and we had a fabulous time.

The home was beautiful and in very good condition. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was very important to us because we had three adult couples staying in the home. Being on the edge of Sunriver was great too - there was very little traffic or noise and we had deer visit the backyard every morning. My husband and I enjoyed a soak in the hot tub every morning - it was a perfect start to each day and helped soothe those sore muscles from all the canoeing, hiking, rafting and biking we did.
Our only complaints about the home were that the appliances were definitely showing their age. The dishwasher in particular - it was very noisy and didn't do a good job cleaning the dishes. We ended up doing them by hand after the first night. Also, there were two non-stick frying pans and both were very scratched and the Teflon was flaking off.
That said, the beds were very comfortable, the bike we used was in good working order, and the whole house was well maintained, well decorated and very comfortable. We were all sad when it was time to leave - though I have a feeling we might be back. -

We had excellent help when booking the rental. The agent was familiar with the property...everything was as described....very comfortable. The location was great...close to the north swimming pool, the market, and bike paths. The location was also very private and quiet.

4 Ollalie was very clean and well kept and my family truly enjoyed the home.
We were vacationing with 3 other families (2 shared one large home) and we all
paid about the same price for the week and our house was clearly smaller and
not nearly as updated as the other 2 homes. So taking this into consideration I
would not stay in this home again unless the price was lower. -

Well appointed with all the convinences of home. Easy access from the highway and to the main village. Dog friendly, loved the hot tub, gas BBQ and relaxing in front of the fireplace. We spend a week in Sunriver every summer and this home was perfect. We were looking for a place where the whole family could relax - and we could bring our dogs with us. The location at the north end was quiet and peaceful and just far enough away from the crowds.
We will definitely be back next year! -

We have rented from Bennington before and have never been unhappy with the house we have picked. This year we picked one with 2 master suites, as one of our sons have 2 little children. The house was located back in the trees and we didn't have a lot of foot traffic back behind it. It was close enough for us to ride bikes, walk with the dog and enjoy our time together as a family.

Ollalie Lane is a nice quiet area and the house was very pleasant. Bennington Properties is a great agent and we've used them several times and they are always courteous and helpful whenever we stay in sunriver. the only downside that comes to mind is that this location is a bit of a drive from the mall but it's a quick trip to the highway to Bend.

This was the first time we stayed at this home, but we have used Bennington Properties to rent another home in the past. This home was wonderful. We spent 4 days enjoying our friends, playing games, going on walks, watching movies and relaxing in the hot tub. The home is very beautifully decorated, comfy furnishings, and well stocked. I would HIGHLY recommend this home AND Bennington Properties.

The house was great and everything in it was very plesant, we had a great time while we were there and enjoyed the hot tub alot. The only problem we had was the housekeeping. Upon arrival we had a note that said the carpet was not cleaned and if we wanted it done to call the office. We discovered blood stains on the master bed two nights into our stay, to verify that it was not a stain we washed the sheets and the stains came out. We went to the main office and told them about what happened since it was not my wife and we were told that they were so busy that weekend that they had contracted out the cleaning service. we were given back our cleaning refund. We then went back and washed all the sheets on the bed and from now on we will always wash the sheets before we sleep at one of the houses we rent. We love coming down there and we will be back again. We learned a lesson this time that we hope to not repeat again.
