Come and enjoy the lodge feel of this newly renovated home. Two master suites upstairs off the bonus room have king beds. The bonus room includes foosball and a pool table and a leather sofa bed. Hard wood floors and granite counter tops accent the kitchen. Gas fireplace, two bedrooms downstairs have queen in one and two sets of bunks in the other. 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths. Located on quiet north end of Sunriver. Short distance to the North end grocery store and North pool. Brand new gas fireplace and wet bar have been installed.

We can't say enough about how well the family was treated by Bennington Properties. From our first point of contact--making our reservations, then checking in at the office and checking out movies, calling for some assistance with the front door lock, and requesting a late check out the staff was fabulous. We loved the house--plenty of room for three families. We appreciated the passes for sledding and swimming at Sharc--using them multiple times during out stay. We held a family "tournament" using the pool, ping pong, and Foosball tables, enjoyed watching movies on the big screen, and loved the ability to have all 10 of us sit at one dining room table and have meals together. Several of us made reservations with Wanderlust Tours for a moonlight snowshoeing experience one evening that was terrific, and if you're into hiking, there are ample opportunities to stretch your leg and see the great outdoors which was breathtaking.
We've actually talked about returning during the summer or late fall to enjoy different activities and a see the area during a different season. One thing is for sure--we will be back! Thank you Bennington Properties for taking such great care of us! -

The inside of the home was excellent, however the outside could use some attention. For instance, the threshhold of the front door is badly in need of paint. Not a good first inpression. The doorknob of the front door doesn't work correctly and should be repaired or replaced. And the front yard could use some attention. Seems more like overgrown weeds than a natural setting. Inside, we were impressed with the multi-section photographs, and the spaciousness of the rooms.

The service was excellent. We called about a water leak and property management was there within and hour. Had no trouble checking in or out. The home was comfortable and cozy. There were a few things that needed repair or replacement such as one toilet seat, cue sticks and a couple of light bulbs. The location turned out better than we thought it would be. Just jump back on 97 and go in either direction without having to do 11 circles. The homes amenities were adequate,not excessive. The family room was enjoyed by all. The pool table needs work or replacement. The outside of the home needs painting/caulking/repair. One morning the front door did freeze shut. All in all the family said it was the best Sunriver stay yet!

Bennington Properties customer service is outstanding. I have rented from another Sun River Management company before and Bennington is far superior - I highly recommend their website and service. The Oregon Loop 11 was comfortable, beds were great, layout is nice, every time someone flushed a toilet it sounded like it was landing on the ceiling and coming down the walls (from the bottom floor bedroom), the barbeque was unusable (very dirty). The fact that Bennington Properties provided plenty of bikes for the family was a bonus!

Stayed here in august with a group of family and friends. The house was very nice and had an extreemly large room upstairs that was perfect for a group of 12 (or more). The upstairs had a pool table, ping pong table, large tv etc. There are several bed rooms including a massive master. The first floor of the house looked bigger in the on-line pictures, but it was fine for what it was and the upstairs more than made up for it. The price was high, but devided by as many people as you can comfortably fit in this place, it ended up being cheaper than a good motel. I would definitely recommend renting this house.

Pros:
Lots on amenities, spacious house for the money, nice quiet location, decent hot water tanks
Cons:
BBQ didn't work, pool stick for pool table was broken upon arrival

This is a fabulous house with a perfect lay out for children of varying ages. We ahve 6 grandchildren with two sets of parents. There is more than enough room for adults and children to have separtate space when needed.Two rooms are exceptional for parents or couples and the other adult bedroom is satisfactory but only has a queen bed.
There was more than enough space to be together and to have privarte time when you need to escape the hubbub.

Oregon Loop 11 was perfect for me and my group of friends. We are all in our late twenties, and wanted a fun and relaxing getaway and we definitely found that with this vacation home. We were giddy from the moment we walked in...exactly as advertised and more! This place was huge, and everything from the furniture and decor to the family-fun bonus room was just what we all needed. Of course, we took advantage of the very accommodating and relaxing hot tub, as well as the free bikes awaiting for us in the garage. Finally, I can't say enough about the hospitality of Bennington Properties. They are very friendly and available to us for all of our questions or needs...and very generous to let us borrow enough tennis rackets and balls to play during our stay. I would absolutely recommend Oregon Loop 11, or any vacation home under Bennington Properties.

The service provided by Bennington was as promised. Everything was done on-line. Easy enough. The house was spacious and comfortable. The game room was a big hit. One of the few pool tables we could find. This house also had foosball and ping pong and usually all three tables were getting regular use. The home was well appointed, clean, and in good shape. The front yard could use some TLC as it made the place looked abandoned when we first pulled up. Close to store and swimming pool.

We had a large group of friends get together for a 3 day weekend in Sunriver. 10 adults and 2 children. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table and the wet bar. Skiing during the day, and socializing during the evening. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and in good shape. The hot tub really hit the spot after skiing. The only thing we missed was snow at the house. But Bachelor was just fine. :)

We had a great time during our stay over christmas. The house was great and
the game room was a hit with the kids. We did have some difficulty working
the hot tub but was able to get very quick help out to the house with the
service man... greatly appreciated! The only downside was that we had no
snow during our stay which would have made it amazing but we did manage
to still have a great time! -

Our 5 night stay at this beautiful, fun house was
during a heat wave. Even without AC, the place was
comfortable--especially downstairs. The rec room and
hot tub were fantastic extras. It would have been
perfect if the Maverick health spa had been available
to us. Probably the only slight negative was that the
upstairs showers had very low water pressure. The
location was convenient to the bike trails and market
and an easy bike ride to the pool. Would definitely
love to stay here again. -

We had stayed at other properties managed by Bennington Properties so when the time came to plan a golf trip for 7 friends we immediately got in contact with Bennington Properties to give them a wish list of what we were looking for. This house was perfect. It had plenty of space for all of us to relax after playing golf all day, yet still had great gathering spaces for us to get back together for dinners we prepared in the well stocked kitchen. Some of the highlights of the trip involve time spent shooting pool or playing ping pong in the bonus room. For a group of this size I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this house again. It would also be an idea house for multiple families to rent at the same time as it has the separate suite areas as well as the bunk room. All in all, a great experience.
