Beautiful newer home with brand new furnishings in a central location. 5 sleeping areas (4 bedrooms and a bonus sleeping loft) with a second bonus room that has a ping pong table. Over 3000 sq feet of elegant living. Sleeps 13. Two masters with kings, 3rd bedroom has a queen, 4th bedroom has a pyramid bunk with full bed on bottom and twin on top, 5th bonus sleep loft has two twin day beds with twin trundles that pop up to make two large beds if needed. This home has it all! 6 TVs and 6 DVDs provide additional entertainment for the whole family and friends!

We had a wonderful time for our daughters 16th birthday ~ the house was perfect and beautiful and the card and sparkling cider was such a nice surprise for our girl! thank you for always making our stay wonderful. Bennington Properties was very helpful in finding the perfect home for our family vacation. We had 9 adults and 7 children ages 1 month - 11 years old. This home had the perfect accomodations for our needs. It was very close to the Sharc and we rec'd 12 unlimited passes to the Sharc, so we only had to pay for 2 admissions.
We loved the bike trails, but there were only 4 bikes with the home, so wish there would have been more bikes.
There was plenty of dishes and cookware, but would have been nice to have dish detergent for dish washer. Could use more bath towels also, but the home had a washer and dryer, so not a big deal. Overall...this home was absolutely awesome!Response from Bennington Properties - 09/11/2012

Our experience with Bennington Properties and their staff was great. They were so helpful and responsive to our needs. The house had all the spaces we needed. We felt there could have been better lighting in the living area for those of us who like to read. Many of the light bulbs needed to be replaced. We enjoyed the location and the amenities available in the Sunriver area. I must mention how much we appreciated the dog area provided near your office. Our dogs are not use to being on a leash and their daily trip to the off leash area made our trip easier. Thank-you.

We are just home from a fabulous family reunion at Sunriver Resort! We were in a grouping of 5 homes on Quelah Lane. By far our favorite home was the one at 20 Quelah Lane, managed by Bennington Properties. There was much to love about this home-from the easiest check-in ever (directly to the house) to the welcoming touches (music playing, nice kitchen amenities display, etc etc) to the great floorplan, wonderful deck and so much more. Of the 5 homes our family occupied, this was the one my own family would want to return to. It was just lovely and very comfortable as well. The folks at Bennington are great and make everything very easy-they really go 'above and beyond' with lots of fun extras. We really liked dealing with a smaller management company-they were able to offer just the right balance of professionalism and personal touches. We've had several family reunions at Sunriver and plan to return on our own and we are happy to give our highest recommendation to Bennington Properties. Thank you, Thank you!

this is the best house we've ever rented for a ski trip. it is roomy yet not ostentatious, good sized for a three-family group of skiers yet not a McMansion, has an "away room" with ping-pong for kids and teens, and has updated kitchen features and electronics that actually work. plus a relaxing outdoor hot tub for those post-ski moments!

We had a wonderful stay at Quelah Lane 20. The house was spacious enough to accommodate three families (6 adults and 6 kids) with plenty of room to "stretch out". It's conveniently located in the middle of Sunriver with easy access to both pools, Fort Rock Park, Marina, Stables, etc. The house is in great shape with a well-stocked kitchen, including spices, sugar, oil, tupperware, etc. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and the upper deck with BBQ. Despite not having AC, we had no issue with the house staying cool on a 93 degree day. The only downside to the house is there is no yard, which would've been nice for kids. Also, the mattresses on the twin beds in the media room may need to be replaced. They were okay for kids, but even the kids complained of how much they sagged in the middle. That said, these were minor issues and overall we were very pleased with our stay - especially the service provided by Bennington Properties.

Great house with a lot of room. We enjoyed our time there a lot.
I probably wouldn't rent this house again for two reasons..One, it is so close to the recycling center that you hear the cans and glass bottles being dumped early in the morning...Second, I prefer a deck that has some sunshine and is a little more private. We are surprised you could hear the recycling center. That has not been a complaint we have heard from other guests. This house is so comfortable and beautiful (and is really in such a great location) that guests absolutely love it. Very glad that inspite of the noise your family had a nice time.

We scheduled a faculty retreat for 11 people and the home was perfect! Their
was plenty of room for us to sleep, eat at the great dining room table, and out
on the deck. The home was warm and welcoming and immaculately cleaned
before we arrived.
Next year we will plan extra time to "play" as we did not have time to take
advantage of the pool, tennis courts, etc.
The only drawback in August was the heat. The home is not air conditioned
but after dark, it quickly cooled down and stayed comfortable until mid
afternoon.

Great house, first time pet visit. Not easy to find a nice large home that is pet friendly. Spa needs work and kitchen could use some newer pots and pans. Overall very comfortable for our group. We will be back next year!

by bike, had 4 bikes in garage. Great master sweet. Could use a new t.v.
Kitchen well stocked to entertain.
Might utilize rec room for something better? Pool table?

The house was amazing and very clean. It was in a great location with everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. Check-in and check-out were as simple as can be. It was one of the smoothest rentals I have ever had and I would highly recommend Bennington Properties to anyone!

This is the 2nd year our group of friends has rented from Bennington for a getaway weekend. This house had a great layout for allowing 13 people and 2 dogs to intermingle without feeling crowded at all. Excellent kitchen facilities, a wonderful dining room table, comfy couches, and the hot tub was great. Ping-pong completed the weekend. The only trouble we had was getting the TV and DVD player in the living room to communicate, but there was much more to do, so we didn't really miss it. Thanks so mcuh for a great time!

The house is well structured for large group (8-15) to gather for meals. The loft provided the teens ample room to play video games and hang out. There is quick access to the main services at Sunriver. We would definitely consider this home again.

This was the second time in 20 Quelah and it only gets better. This
beautiful house is in the perfect location, not to close not to far, away
from everything. Broke a coffee cup but replaced it with a new cheese
slicer.
The only problem, if any, is that the kitchen sink faucet may be
getting ready to be replaced.
OH! and there was no guest book!! I was excited to see my old
comments from 2006 but there was no book. I was a bit disappointed.
I will definitely stay here again. If the house was unavailable I would change my trip around availability.

We have Stayed in many Homes in Sunriver. We Love Vacationing Here, and this House Was our Favorite So Far! It's So Big and Had so many Extras ALL the kids had fun! I would recommend this house before any other one we have stayed at!

This was a great home; our immediate family (5 couples plus children) stayed here with dog for a week. Our usual challenge for this annual outing is finding a place that can handle the expanding family comfortably. This house was wonderful in that respect. The kitchen/eating area is a large open great room/kitchen/dining room; so it's easy for everyone to interact & have fun even while preparing meals or whatever. There's also enough space in the house for you to find a quiet spot for yourself, if you need a moment alone (in our group that's not uncommon).
This house can handle a large group and offers the very comfortable arrangements for "together" time or quiet time alone. Very nice flexibility. We'll stay here again. -

My family meets in Sunriver every summer and we always rent a large home and spend a week together. We have rented other homes in Sunriver but have especially enjoyed the house on 20 Quelah Lane; we have rented this house for the past two years. We love this house and especially love the upstairs; the kitchen is big enough for all of us, the deck, living room and eating area are big and easily accomodates our large group (12). The room above the ping pong room is great for kids with lots of room to camp out and their own TV. The room sleeps 4 (two trundle beds) but the top portion of the beds sag so don't recommend this room for adults unless there is only two. We take the mattress off and put it on the floor. The three bedrooms downstairs stay really cool in the summer. The kitchen is pretty well stocked but for a large group bring your own storage containers for all the leftovers. This is a really beautiful house and we will stay here again.
