This beautiful home has it all: 4 master suites all with King beds and a 5th bedroom with three sets of bunks. The service from Bennington Properties was great. They responded immediately when we had a need and all of the people that we dealt with were cheerful and accomodating. The home at Raven Rock was perfect. Even on rainy days there was plenty to do for our kids. The house had everything you would possibly need. We would certainly love to go back and stay at Raven Rock.

I simply love this property and have stayed here before but this time around one of the dishwashers wasn't working, the jetted tub in the master wasn't working, and the stove was having issues with the pilot light. Bennington properties was very understanding about the situation and even gave us a little compensation for our troubles. I would like to rent this property again but only if I know that everything is running beforehand.

The OWC has stayed at this home the past two april's during the Oregon athletic Director association conference at Sunriver. We find this home to be very conducive for us to conduct business and interact with one another on a more personal level than we are able to during the school year. We look forward to staying with you again next april!

Beautiful house and furnishings- very comfortable. Kitchen is great!
Beds are so comfortable!
Owners need to make up a detailed instruction manual for the TV and Stereo. System is very complicated to turn on or change stations and channels.
This is a great place for a group of people.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. The house had everything anyone needed- baby furnishings, plenty of room, whatever cooking tools needed. It was spacious and beautiful. The children would have lived at the pool the whole time. And they were thrilled with the bunk room. We all had a fabulous time.

Beautiful home in every aspect. When we arrived it took us about 30 minutes to quit looking around and saying "wow". Very relaxing. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen preparing meals, and talking... The best part, all 12 of us could fit in the kitchen and still cook. Best home we have rented in Sunriver area and we have rented @10 homes. Thanks.

The Raven Rock property was absolutely gorgeous and had great amenities for every age. The only thing lacking was it could use a few more pots and pans. It was Thanksgiving so we needed a lot! We rented a few saucers for the snow. This property has many bikes for summer, but it may be a nice gesture to have a few sledding toys for winter guests. We can't thank you enough for the opportunity to stay in such a lovely place.

We truly loved this house for every reason. It was truly a beautiful home and the lay out was excellent for our extended family of little ones and teenagers alike.
We stayed 5 days and did not get a chance to do all there was to do. Our family wants to come back to this house again, and I know we will as we all loved it, and our 2 year old keeps asking to go back to the "cation house"!!Response from Bennington Properties - 10/01/2010

Beauty, luxury and comfort. Judy and her housekeeping staff were excellent. Judy came out after 10 pm to fix a dripping shower, and had a great attitude about it. It was great fun for the little ones to see a toad living near the garden hose and chipmunks running around the yard. We loved cooking and eating in the truly luxurious kitchen.

Just loved the place. It has everything you could want in a place. Had four couples stay there, and we each had our own rooms with baths. Game room got the most use. Just a lovely place, and we would love to come back again.

This home took our breath away upon entering. You are literally stepping into a custom home with no expense spared in the construction, amenities, furniture, or decor. The main floor living room has a sofa that is so comfortable with faux mink pillows and throws, that it was difficult to find a reason to get up and leave it. It faces a huge wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. What a delight. The ceiling is 2 stories tall, and features a full wall of windows on one side which face the entry to the home on the other wall. So, you can sit in the Living Room and literally everyone walks past you sometime during the day. We spent many hours on that sofa, enjoying conversation, and wine from the bar ideally situated to the right of the fireplace. Also ideal was the huge flat screen concealed behind beautiful cabinets to the left of the fireplace. We were a mixed group of 11 extended family age range 19-61. The kitchen was also a great gathering spot with barstools, as well as enough counter space for multiple cooks to prepare food all at the same time. This made for a very special holiday meal. Even the Bar B Que was top of the line which we used for Christmas New York Strips. The huge dining room table expanded to seat 12 for our Christmas Dinner with table mats, cloth napkins and napkin rings. Heated floors in the bathrooms, heavenly, a bathroom for every bedroom, appreciated. The house is so sophisticated that we could not figure out how to get the built in Expresso Maker to produce anything but a warm cup of liquid, which was only a slight disappointment, in the whole scheme of things. I was charmed by the 3 large candles on the fireplace mantle that magically lit themselves each night and were extinguished by morning. This home comes with a concierge provided by Bennington Properties which made our stay even more pampered. I actually got thank you cards from my adult children for the home I provided this year for Christmas. Money well spent.

The home and Caldera Springs were truly amazing. We had a large group of 8 chilren (ages 1 to 11) and 8 adults and were very comfortable in the home. The amenities were incredible....from the espresso machine, the bikes, the laundry room, the game room, and the TV room......wow, wow, wow! And Caldera Springs facility were much nicer than Sunriver with a beautiful pool, private, and friendly staff. It almost felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves. Thank you again for everything.

The whole family really had a great time. There was room for everyone (15) including the two babies. We would use this home again.
It would be even better if we could use the boats on the lake, the golf course (no one was on it), and more of the SunRiver facilities. -

this house was amazing. i plan on coming back to this place during the summer as well as next winter. we are not going to bother with looking at other places to stay. the pictures simply do not do it justice. the bigger of the downstairs master was perfect. the only bummer was having to come back to our house. everything you could want was there, though finding it sometimes took a little effort since it was so huge.
the only things i would recommend would be to add two more wii controllers and make some directions on how to use the electronics - they are pretty sophisticated.
double check the directions sent because ours were wrong, but once we found the place it was super easy to get in and out.
going back to the house - if you are caught between coughing up the extra 300 bucks for this place or staying at an equally large yet more 'normal' looking, pony up! since you are already spending 2800, split it between the 12 people going and really enjoy yourselves. it is completely worth it, especially if you get the room to the right of the front door. -

Amazing house! Had a group of 10 which made the house very affordable, yet had difficulty finding everyone in this huge house. The house was very comfortable with every amenity you could ever need. A must stay for any large group. Look forward to staying here again.

After a cancelled cross country flight and a 500 mile drive from SF, Raven Rock was just the place to end up to set the mind at ease. We stayed for two weeks and had an absolute fantastic time. While large the house steel has a great family feel. We brought extended family including 4 children 5 and under. Favorite rooms were the first floow game room/office with a great view, fireplace and gaming table as well as the second floor entertainment room with couches and Wii.
Each of the masters had plenty of room, were well decorated and very comfortable. At no point did you feel that the house was quickly furnished. The kids all had a great time in the bunk room and you could hear them playing in there each morning. Nice touches were the unique bathrooms, BR fireplaces and LCD TV's.
The owners have put in some fantastic touches that I have not normally found in a rental property. Things like a cappucchino maker for the adults and bikes, jogging stroller, bird seed and Wii for the kids. We enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey at night.
The kitchen was great to cook in and allowed us to cook for 12 at the dining room table.
After a long day skiing, it was great to come home to the hot tub and the enjoy a big fire. What a sight to behold when on Christmas morning there was 12 inches of fresh powder, a roaring fire and a fantastic view out the picture window. Add in the local help for a tree and decorations and we were all set.
Having rented 7 other properties in Sunriver, this was by far the best and we would love to be back again. -

This home was perfect in many ways for our multi-generational family reunion! The two masters on the main level provided ease and comfort for those less mobile; the kitchen's huge size provided amble room for both large crowds and quiet moments; the home's location provided easy access to the nearby, user-friendly rec center; the home's bikes made family outings a joy; the bedrooms and bonus room upstairs provided private times; and the office downstairs provided a perfect all-generational game room. We loved our time at 56606 Raven Rock Circle!
