Hey all! If you are looking for a sweet little house in Sunriver, Splitrock is it! This house met all of our needs, is in a wonderful recreation filled location, and is a wonderful gathering place for family and friends. I highly recommend Splitrock to all!

This is about the 6th or 7th house we've rented in Sunriver. As always the staff of Bennignton Properties were very helpful and super easy to work with. We came a little early, no prob. We left a little late, no prob. We left some gear there and the staff found it and sent it to us. This is one of the easiest and most affordable places to get a luxury house, with all the ammenities and close to the slopes. I've been there twice this season and we are going again in Feb. The only problem is getting around a confusing subdivision, so have a map or GPS.

Had a wonderful 8 day stay at the 11 Splitrock house. Nice that the kids could have their space downstairs. Great location, Kitchen was well stocked. Would happily stay at this home again. The air conditioning was awesome with the 90 plus degree weather.

Home is a great house and the location is very near everything we needed access to. We really liked the 2 levels so the kids/grandkids had a place to hang out (downstairs) and we had the upper level to relax. A couple of updates are needed in the house. The mattress in the master suite needs to be replaced. Kitchen faucet has a hole in the side and spews water on the counter. Blinds need updating. The house was very clean and we truly did appreciate our stay. We wished it would have been longer. Maybe next time.

Nice remodel on upstairs 1/2 bath, great kitchen, love the wood burning fire place. Gfi outlet went out in the kitchen so plugs would not work, we made a call to the office and the repaire was made very fast, we have stayed in sunriver several times and have used other rental companies with other families that we come with and our favorite is Bennington as we know we will always get the best service and home. Our dog turbo liked the home and extras that were put in their for just her.
Only improvement that I fill needs attention is the master bedrooms bed, has memory foam pad on top and really not to good, thanks for a great stay!!! We will be back soon,!!Response from Bennington Properties - 04/19/2012

The time of year was great also, no one there, made for a peaceful weekend.

We've stayed with Bennington Properties before and we LOVE their customer service and the previous homes we've stayed in - but this one was not a favorite.
This house does have a lovely updated kitchen with granite countertops...but the overall design of the house feels claustrophobic. Living room feels small and the intense afternoon sun makes the deck and living room unusable (even though the house does have great air conditioning).
I'm sorry to mention also that the deck is so long and narrow that it was uninviting to spend time out there. There was only a small patio table with four plastic (not so comfortable) chairs. It would be great if they could provide a couple of lounge chairs to hang out in the evening when the temp cools off with a glass of wine.
So overall I think this house would be cozy for a winter ski trip - but not for a summer vacation due to the small deck and cramped feeling of the way the space is divided in the house.
