New home, beautifully designer decorated. Lodge-style accents, single level, 4 bedroom and 3 baths, sleeps 10. King in master, 2 queens and then two sets of bunks in the 4th bedroom. Lots of common area off the back deck.

This is our third time renting from Bennington Properties...and just as before, we arrived to find all the comforts of home..which after driving all day, was such a welcome sight. Everything was so clean & well organized. The kitchen was very well supplied, as were the bathrooms. We received friendly & professional service at the office with our questions. It's a beautiful home, that we would certainly consider renting again. The treats for our dog helped her settle in too. The scarf, bowl & dog tag for her were all so neat...Thanks again for another great memory.

It was our first time to Sunriver. We were bringing guests from out of state and we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. There were several bikes in the garage which was a bonus. Of course, the kids (young and old) enjoyed the ping pong and foosball in the garage! The location was great...not too far from the village. And the new swim park was very fun.

This is a beautiful and spacious home. We were very comfortable and would love to stay there again! The kids enjoyed the pool table. Our 9 year old was thrilled to watch the trains go by. The sound of the trains did not bother us at all, but it might be an issue for those who have trouble sleeping. We were in a great location-- a quick bike ride to Sharc or to Fort Rock Park.
For people who love to cook like we do, the kitchen could have used a few more supplies. We were wishing there was a lemon juicer, muffin tin, a measuring pitcher, and a few more mixing/serving bowls in various sizes. But this a very minor inconvenience-- we had everything else we needed!Response from Bennington Properties - 08/28/2012

We rented this property for the first time this summer. We were holding a family gathering. It was very clean, very well equipped and gave us a very spacious, relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely rent this home again for another vacation in Sunriver. Good location for reaching other destinations. And Bennington Properties provides the best customer service I have seen in quite a long time. All you do is ask and they provide.

This is the third time we have stayed in this great home - on our 50th, 51st and 55th anniversary. Spending time with family, everyone doing their own thing during the day (golf, hiking, biking,etc.)and then family time together. We love the BBQ grill, hot tub, quiet location, etc. Dog friendly a plus. For our part, we would like a step or stairs from the deck although we realize that most of your renters are younger than my husband and me. We definitely plan to return again.

We loved this home! It was very spacious for our family and extended family that joined us for the weekend!

This is a great house for a large family or two families. When we arrived the house was immaculate. It looked brand new. The kids were able to ride bikes out in front and on a trail behind the house. The service was also very quick. We misplaced our pool passes so someone from Bennington delivered new passes to our house for us. Can't wait to come back next summer.

This home was awesome!!! We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in Sunriver. We will definitely be renting this home in the future. All bedrooms are good sized, the 3 baths make it great for up to 10 people staying. The hot tub was wonderful. thank you again,

We stayed at Timber 3 in mid-February and had a fantastic experience! From the second we booked the house to the time we got home and received a "thank you for staying with us" email, the entire experience was just perfect. Not only was the service by Bennington Properties helpful and professional, the house itself was clean, up to date, comfortable and perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is wonderful for the size family we have. The rooms were very comfortable and it is great to have enough bathrooms for everyone.
It seems that perhaps the owners have just acquired the house because the kitchen needs to be stocked a little better. For this size house, there were not enough bowls, plates, and things to cook with. If cooking Martha Stewart style, be prepared to bring most of the essential cookware and serving ware. They definitely need more wine glasses and some poker chips may come in handy too :) -

The house was great! Our only inconvenience was a lack of soup/cereal size bowls in the kitchen. There were two bowls, and 6-8 people. We figured out how to manage....

We liked Timber 3 very much. We did have a couple of problems in that we could not get the CD player to open and there were a couple of burned out lights, but basically the house met all of our needs.
We had good access to Highway 97 for our day trips around the area. Everyone enjoyed the walking and bike paths. It was great to have a nice place to return to after a day of hiking or rafting. There was lots to do that met the needs of our group.
I also found that we had forgotten to leave one of the house keys when we left. I found it yesterday in my backpack. I will be returning it to you this week along with a taupe colored washcloth that we thought belonged to one of our group who had to leave early. That will be in the same package.
Also, there was one frustrating part of the house. The lock box was very hard to restore to a locked position.
We had a great time and have already told others about all there is to do in Sunriver. -

We have chosen Bennington Properties for our stay in Sunriver several times.
They make our stay easy right from the start by sending all the information we
could ever need such as easy directions straight to our house and the code for
a lock box key so we don't have to check in. There are bikes for my family to
ride all over the great trails and movies that we requested from their free
library. We even get free access to the pool and tennis courts.
The house is stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap and plenty of towels.
Our dog is welcome in a pet friendly home and welcomed with treats and a
tennis ball in an extra dog dish so we can leave ours at home.
These homes are warmly decorated and furnished. Pictures from other
companies' websites show houses that are very plain and cold looking.
I can't think of a negative thing to say. -

house every time we stay because the kids find this fun. Timber 3 has been
one of our favorites and we would definitely stay in it again! -

Beautiful Home - Very Clean. We loved that there were four bikes at the property. We didn't have to bring ours. The only negative we found was that there was not enough table settings i.e. dishes, bowls. We were constantly having to wash dishes.

I have rented about 10 sunriver houses and this is one of the cleanest and well kept ones we have stayed in. Everything works well and is well stocked with extra blankets and linens. Gas fireplace is nice and helps you remain lazy, because you do not have the need to keep bringing wood in. Hot tub keeps a good temp and was clean. Gas grill is older but fired right up and had plenty of propane.

This is a perfect home for a family gathering. Our family came all
the way to Portland OR from England to visit us and it was
important to us that they had a great time. The house was
extremely well maintained, attractive and comfortable. We were not
disappointed.
The rooms were all comfortable, the dining area more than
adequate and the location peaceful.
Although we had stayed in rental properties in Sunriver before it
was our first time in a pet friendly house. I confess that I expected
the standard to be a little lower than the 'no pet homes' because of
the potential for more damage! I was delighted to find that the
house was absolutely not the case. The furnishings were clean and
of great quality. Our golden retriever, Archie, received his own
message of welcome and treats and there was plenty of room for
his 'large breed' crate in the family room.
We would certainly rebook this property again. It was also great
value at a peak time of year.

We loved the home at 3 timber lane. Our children had a great back yard area to play in. We could watch them from the nice private deck. Wonderful kitchen for cooking and huge eating area for everyone. The bedrooms were perfect and roomy. LOVED IT! We'll be back!

This was our family's forth stay at Timber 3. The home suits our needs perfectly and the open floor plan is both functional and beautiful. We love watching wildlife off the large deck and the nearby train punctuates our day and reminds us of growing up near trains. When our far flung family gathers, it's Timber 3 we call home.
