This is a great house. We have rented it many times in the past and love the layout. Lots of room downstairs, and a huge kitchen! Bedrooms are all very comfortable and clean. I hope it is available next time we need it!
Bennington also provide free movies and have them waiting for us upon arrival! You can't beat that! -

As always, Tokatee felt like home. I wish I could buy this lovely home and share it all year with my family. Every year, we see deer very close up on the morning we are to leave. Last year it was twin fawns camped out by the back deck. This year a doe came up very close and allowed some nice photos.
I can't say enough about what this yearly vacation means to my family.

Facilities were nicely set up. Comfortable for multi family event.
Very nice to have pool passes for group.
Note to resort...nice water park but recommend they have a second pool. Conditions were very crowded. (Considering next visit to stay in area with pool for facilities.)

Not sure if you were aware but the North pool is always an option. With the SHARC coming on this year, that pool is never crowded. Thanks for the feedback.

We love SunRiver and this house was great for our family. We had 6 kids with us and the house is older so it worked fine. There is some updating that needs to be done but we were very comfortable.

This is a great house particularly for the price point. It is a bit dated but really comfortble and not at all cramped (we had 10 staying there - 6 adults; 4 kids). Very well stocked kitchen; great location. All around a great place to stay.

The house was very cozy, but dated. We did love the open space on the bottom floor it was great for our large family. Would have liked more space for dry foods, cabinet was to small for over a weeks stay. Had to place food around kitchen. However, the kitchen had great pots and pans, more than enough plates and silver ware plus stem ware. We had a wonderful time.

The booking for the home was convenient and easy. We have been to Sunriver every year for the past 30 years. This was one of our favorite places to stay...very well stocked kitchen, along with all the other household items. There were 4 generations of us this year and the home served us perfectly.

The spacious and open floor plan on the main level was perfect for our group, everyone could basically be together whether it be cooking, watching television, eating, or just kicking back enjoying a read.
The bedroom arrangement, especially having to king size beds, was very comfortable for everyone.

We have stayed here many times. It is very comfortable. All the rooms are upstairs, leaving the downstairs very open and good for groups. It is especially nice when you can get the 3rd night free!

Efficient reservation communication. We call it a small lodge. It was comfy, clean and perfect for our needs. We love the kitchen, large deck, hot tub, living areas for visiting, playing, reading and eating. Our grandchildren want to live there.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. There were 9 of us staying and the bed situation was okay. Old ladies don't do bunk beds well, but we managed to improvise. The front room was perfect for quilter's tables and yet left room by the fireplace to visit, watch TV and do handwork.
We hope to reserve this house for 2010.

As a novice at this sort of thing, I appreciated the user friendly way to browse your website. When I saw Tokatee 2, I knew it was the right place for our family reunion. And it was. Booking the reservation was easy with the staff and everything was well organized once we got there. It had open spaces for everyone to enjoy being together, yet not crowded. The kitchen was perfect as were the bedroom accomodations. It was close to the North pool, playground, and the market. The bikes were a big plus for my husband and I who had not brought bikes - although the trails were a bit narrow for an "old lady." My family missed kleenex and napkins as well as softer toilet paper. Otherwise we had a terrific time and will consider it next time we get together. Thank you very much.

As always we were very pleased with Bennington's hospitality. We've been a loyal customer for five years now.
Tokatee 2 was a nice house. We stayed in this home for two summers.It was well-equipped with a functional layout for Nana & Papa (that's us) our two daughters and their families--a total of six adults and four grandchildren. The home accommodated us all and some drop-in visitors.
We like its location. The North end of Sunriver is less crowded and we prefer the North pool to the South one for that reason.
Two objections:
The house seemed to have an ongoing infestation of ants.
It was carpeted, which made us uneasy with the children running in and out all day with dusty, sometimes muddy feet. We would prefer a house with hardwoods so we wouldn't have to worry about the dirt on the rug. -

Wonderful Home for a large family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We were all very pleased how we were able to just relax and enjoy our time there. We all rode bikes and took walks. The wild life was just starting to come alive from the long winter we had. We look forward to coming back to Sunriver and staying there again. We Highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing home away from home.

conference at Sunriver.
We fixed our meals in the home. It was well stocked, warm, and
comfortable. The BBQ grill worked great. There was plenty of room
for everyone to gather and watch movies. We especially enjoyed the
king sized beds which were very comfortable. -

Our family stayed at this property for a family reunion. We have stayed here before, so we knew that we would be happy with the home. It has a great floor plan and inviting deck....perfect for family dinners! Only drawback was no A/C. Hot tub was nice though! We had a wonderful time...again. We will look forward to coming back.

Convenient rental arrangements from start to finish. Quick service for problem. Clean, spacious house with all needs provided. Yes, better than the photos. Everything we could want in a peaceful location. Enjoyed the bikes, pools, river. Most especially the weather in July. Windows open. Delicious air.

I did this vacation as a incentive for my employees. we had a great ladies weekend relaxing and enjoying ourselves. we had a wide variety of ages and everyone enjoyed the quite and the beauty of this home. it was clean we arrived and we made sure we left it the same way we found it. i would highly recommend this home and it was very easy to book it and get info on it as well.
