This home is located in the quiet north end of Sunriver. A perfect get-a-way for two couples, a bedroom upstairs and bedroom downstairs both have access to a bath. Two living spaces (upstairs loft and living room) provide plenty of room to relax. Wood burning fireplace creates a great ambiance for the sunken living room. Surrounded by wonderful ponderosa trees as well as lots of common area in the back. Newer hot tub adds to your relaxing vacation! 2 queens and a sleeper sofa in the loft provides sleeping for 6. 2 bedrooms/loft and 2 baths.

The home was well equipped, the layout was good for our family: 6 adults and 2 children. It was well equipped and Bennington properties supplied a highchair and Pak 'n Play crib for the baby. I loved the phone check-in and check-out. Everything was done to make our stay a positive experience. Other family members rented two other homes and the living/dining space in ours was smaller than the other homes, not as good for family dinners.

Haven't done Sunriver in over 7 yrs. Very relaxing and quiet. enjoyed it.Everything was very good, except the cooking utensils were pretty useless for those of us that do lots of grilling and home cooking. Knives were the worst...dull! We're bringing our own next time.

The furniture was great. It made it feel very homey and comfortable, better than other rentals i have stayed at in the past. I wished the house would have been a bit closer to the village area.

The facility was immaculate; Bennington was very helpful in making arrangements for us (including a ton of snow for our snow-shoes); everything worked as promised and there were no unpleasant surprise - only good ones.

We loved the home very much and hope to rent it again. Your staff did an unbeatable job with the cleaning. I am a bit of a germaphobe and proudly did not lift one Clorox wipe =). Also, we greatly appreciated note and champagne that your staff left for our 10th anniversary. My husband has determined that you will be the only rental company we use in Sunriver from now on. We have visited Sun River several times, the first being our honeymoon in 1976. We have stayed in various rental homes each time. Number 3 Topflite was cozy, comfortable and clean. The interior is a little dated, but everything worked well, and was more than adequate for a 4 day stay. Bennington properties was very easy to work with and our stay in September of 2010 for our 34th wedding anniversary was very enjoyable, despite the spell of inclement weather. Will certainly consider it again when we return.

We found 3 Topflite to be very well equipped, especially in the kitchen and also with many good-quality bikes. The home is a nice size for a small family, a nice mix of common areas and private space. Fairly-well maintained property, but needing a bit of updating in the secondary bedroom. Otherwise, an excellent value for its size and location.

The house was perhaps the cleanest house I have ever rented on a vacation. The kitchen cabinets were arranged in an orderly manner, no leftover food in the frig or freezer, no drawers filled with plastic bags, etc. The bathrooms had new, fluffy towels. Even the grill was clean with an extra propane tank in the garage. An absolute pleasure to rent, we hated to leave.

Bennington Properties was great to work with. We called requesting a home close to friends, and we were very pleased with the location of Topflite3. The house was clean (with the exception of the large carpenter ants that actually came home in our suitcase with us), and had everything we needed.

We have rented from Bennington Properties for years now, and the houses are always great!...comfortable, well-equipped, and in beautiful settings. There are a lot of choices ( we chose No. 3 Top Flite for it's location... close to the golf course.). The arrangements are easy-to-make on line, and everything always goes like clockwork.
Jerry and I "goofed" on our scheduling this year, and originally arrived one week early for our golf tournament...the Bennington staff was nice enough to just move our reservations ahead one week...they are terrific!!!
We will always rent Bennington Properties whenever we come to Sunriver in the future!

This home was just wonderful! it had all you could want in a home in Sun River!. I have to say that our family had a wonderful time, this sweet home seemed to cover all our needs. If there was one small thing i could change is the master bed. It was soft and comfortable, however i am old and need a more firm bed. This could be only me, but i loved this home and would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub, bikes, barbeque and free DVD rentals. Upstairs queen bed was very comfortable with a foam pad on top. Not sure that my husband would have been comfortable on downstairs master-bedroom king mattress. He has a bad back. However, our friends said they were comfortable on the king bed.
Overall, would highly recommend 3 Topflite. -

This home was a little dated but spacious and clean. The home could use some new dining chairs the wheels on the bottom kept coming out when you would move. Make sure you bring some BBQ utensils there is none in the home. Lots of Bikes to use and love the fact the master bedroom is downstairs and the rest of the beds upstairs. Close to the North pool and golf course.

We really enjoyed this home. We felt like we were at home and not on vacation. It was very clean and roomy. we plan on staying here again. It was at the far end of sunriver which is nice for being away from all the traffic sunriver brings in. I dont have any complaints about this rental.

The house was very clean and had a nice feel to it. We enjoyed, a little what sunriver had to offer (sun, bike riding, and the pool). The house had a very nice hot tub that we used every nite. They also had some puzzles and board games for the kids in the closets. Bennington Properties had the best customer service that you don't see every day. It was also nice to reserve a few movies ahead of time. When we arrived the movies were at the house with some popcorn. Nice getaway to spend time with the family. We would rent this house again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Topflight 3. It was clean, roomy and affordable in a quiet location. The open living room with the vaulted ceilings and fireplace made for a cozy stay without feeling suffocated. We would definitly stay here again.

We go to Sunriver every year and sometimes twice a year. Each time I try a different home for fun. This was a great location and room to walk, the house was fun with a bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with a bath. We usually always go with another couple so this was a really nice feature. The furniture was also very nice.

What a great vacation home. By the end of our too brief visit we were already planning on when a return trip could be arranged. Previously, we had stayed and enjoyed other Sunriver Resort condominiums. We decided to try a home rental this trip and were thrilled with the 3 Topflight residence:very warm and inviting. The private hot tub is excellent. The resort bike paths, off-resort mountain bike trails, the north resort swimming pool, and access to the Deschutes River are a short bike ride or drive away. All in all this is a terrific home for a quick weekend away, or for that longer leisurely vacation destination spot.

in every way. We decided we could call this place home!
