We really enjoyed our stay at Whistler 2. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The ping pong table was broken when we arrived, that was a little disappointing but we managed the best we could with it. The BBQ also needs a little maintenance otherwise everything was quite comfortable. As usual the house was well stocked and had all the supplies necessary in the kitchen. We are regulars at renting from Bennington and always truly enjoy our get-aways to Sunriver.

The most enjoyable, relaxing and fun stay in a rental property our family has ever experienced. We absolutely enjoyed the Whistler 2 home and Bennington Properties provided us with every amenity we could have asked for. Upon arrival we were presently surprised at the complete facilities available: complete kitchen equipment, bathroom linens and information posted. It was easy to work all the appliances and even the internet was available ( altho we did need to call to get the password).

Wanted to pass on to everyone at Bennington Properties that we have an outstanding time at Sunriver and especially enjoyed 2 Whistler and all its features! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Check in was efforless and your team made us all feel welcome and cared for. The hot tub worked great! The fishing was outstanding at East Lake and fly fishing the Deschutes River near Craine Prarie Lake was a real adventure. Biking was great and the new Sharc was over the top good. Everyone had a ball. Sun river keeps being a super place for us every year we come. Please expend our thanks to everyone on your team.

Upon leaving, my wife exclaimed "I would definitely stay here again!" And while I'm always looking for something different my thought was "I'll definitely rent with Bennington Properties again."
From check-in to depart, not one glitch. 2Whistler feels like a brand new home and would be perfect for a family of six. The Great Room is set up perfectly with Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room all one big 'Great Room." Gas fireplace is great for allergy sufferers like me. Hot Tub was great for star gazing at night. Master Bedroom with King was perfect for us and women always appreciate the double sink in a bathroom.
Cleanliness was exemplary. Pet Friendly so our Zoe (Schnauzer) remarked "This is where dreams come true. Way better than Disneyland!Except those dogs are the biggest I've ever seen!" (editors note-she's never seen deer but saw many and thought they were mutant Great Danes).
Being able to drive straight to the property without a 'lengthy check-in' was great. Bennington had everything set for our arrival including a 'Pet Gift" and welcoming papers.
I hate it when told "Go see this movie...its the best one you'll ever see!" However, if Whistler 2 is movie and you rent it with open mind, you won't be disappointed. It deserves a five star rating.

We love sunriver and we love whistler2. We come back each september to do a bike ride up bachelor and we always attempt to book whistler2. It's dog friendly and just so nice inside!

Ping Pong was a hit with teenage son. Tvs in every room also a positive with the teens. Could have used a few key utensils and pans for cooking. Bring your own bikes if you don't like the Schwin Cruisers. Lots of towels and supplies! Close to Fort Rock and North Store.

We loved this house! Very comfortable, clean, modern but cabin feel. Service by Bennington Properties is amazing! Had people along who had never been to Sunriver and they loved it and could not believe the extra care and attention to detail that was provided. We definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again. We have great memories from our trip here.

We loved the floor plan of this house. It was open and fun to entertain family in. It did not have clutter or alot of stored items in the garage.
Small things I would suggest would be the following:
Nicer bedding (blankets were well worn)
Throw afagans in the living room would ne nice.
A radio in the master bedroom.
More lightening around the hot tub.
Overall, it was a wonderful house and we had a great time.

We loved this vacation home. It was cozy and clean and they have really put a lot of thought into what guests would want or need, such as Dvd's, outdoor BBQ, cruiser bikes, and many other amenities. If we had to go back we would stay here in a heartbeat over a hotel. The accommodations were excellent and we felt like we were home!

The service of Bennington Properties was outstanding. We have rented at the beach numerous times, but have never experienced such professionalism and care before. Just amazing.
The house was also outstanding. The pictures in the Internet were true to what we found. I generally take assume that the pictures are always much better than what to find. Not here. The pictures are absolutely the same as the house. We even saw some deer from the living room. The whole family loved this house.

The house at 2 Wistler was great. The house layout was fantastic. It was cool in the summer even though it didnt have aC. We had deers come to the back deck every day and my daughters loved every min of it. Its location was close to the North Store and a short walk to Fort Rock Park. The check in was as normal, super easy and the house was as clean as can be. Bennington Properties is by far the best rental agency in Sunriver bar none. They are so accomidating and the extras you get from them are by far the best in Sunriver. We have rented from other agencies before in Sunriver and they are ok but dont come close to what Bennington Properties offers. Thank you Bennington Properties. See you next year!!!

Thank you for your feedback, Ron. Because we see up to 40 degree temperature swings at night in Sunriver, most homes do not have air conditioning. Putting box fans in open windows at night can quickly cool off a home. By closing the shades on the sunny side during the day, you can often keep a home cool enough that you will actually wonder if it has a/c.

We have stayed in homes in Sunriver a total of 7 times over the years & this was the first time we've rented from Bennington Properties. We were very impressed with the condition of the home & the doggie dish,tag & treats. The entire process of renting a home & checking in & out, is very efficient...avoiding the pressure of deadlines to arrive & checking in at an office. The service received in the office was very friendly & professional...Kelli was especially helpful & kind to us. There were a couple of small repairs needed & the office took care of them immediately. We will defintely stay with Bennington Properties in the future.

This place was great. We have a 3 and 1 yr old and it was nice having the open
floor plan so during playing, eating, cooking we were all in the same area.
The bedrooms were down the hallway around a corner which made it more
insulated from the sound coming from the main area making them perfect for
nap time.
Great location - close to the north grocery store, and a nice ride to the Fort
Rock playground.

When we first walked into the house, we couldn't believe how open and roomy it was. There was only 2 of us and a small dog, so it was more than what we bargained for, which was perfectly fine!
The kitchen was really nice. The master bedroom was open and roomy. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage and taking those nice long walks. I really liked how close and convenient the North Store is, especially to walk to and from.
It was a nice stay!

This was our first Sunriver excursion, having just moved to Oregon from Florida. We were told if we were interested in renting a home in Sunriver that Bennington Properties were THE people to contact. Booking was seemless and easy, all done on-line. We selected this home because it has a hot tub (for my husband), a ping pong table (for my son and his friend), and is dog friendly (for me and my dog!). When we arrived we were totally satisfied with the decor, cleanliness, and amenities. We pre-ordered 4 DVDs, but only 2 were left at our place with an apology about the unavailability of the other 2. They also promised dog cookies but we did not get them (you owe me Bennington!) We are chefs, and our kitchen was perfectly appointed, with extras we didn't expect, and we found we were a short walk (or bike) to the market which was an added bonus. And the bikes in the house were great (we were worried as we were told some houses come with yucky bikes). If you go to Sunriver we highly recommend the 6 mile Deschutes River float, and the restaurant 900 Wall in downtown Bend is amazing. We'll be back! Good job Bennington!

Everyone at Bennington was wonderful to work with. They made us feel welcome and the care-package they left for our dog was over the top. It really left an impression on us. :o)
We enjoyed the home. It was very nice inside and rustic at the same time. It looked and felt like Sunriver. The bikes in the garage were a nice amenity since we hadn't taken our own. So we made a point of riding them into the village for lunch. The great end to the day was a dip in the hot tub! Don't book a house without a hot tub...it's the only way to go!
Overall, it was a great family trip and we look forward to booking this home again. Thank you Bennington Properties!
P.S. We liked the ping pong table and the fireplace too!

This house was a wonderful place to unwind from the stresses of the "Arctic Blast" in Portland! Warm, comfortable, very relaxing. The layout was great for our family. So nice to have dog friendly homes available. Bennington is always gracious with their welcome gifts for the dog!
The only challenge we faced was a deck covered with snow covered with ice. We still made it to the hot tub! The bikes even got some use in the snow.
We would definitely rent this home again! -

We rent this house every year for my birthday. We have done so for the past 5 years. We absolutely LOVE this house. It has a great open floor plan with the kitchen, living and dining room. The bedrooms are set apart from all of this. We always bring our dogs and they just love the space. It is close to trails and the back yard area is open and not too close to houses behind. We just love this rental.

The house was wonderful, very clean and nice. Had a wonderful vacation. The only thing was I mistakenly left my two handheld gps devices on the counter, when I called to see if the were turned into lost and found. bennington properties said no..(I assume the house keeper or someone in the rental office owns them now.) A great place to stay just make sure youve double check for any personel items before you leave.

This house was very clean and had ample room for a family of 5. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where all the houses are maintained well. The only suggestion for this house is that they need to "upgrade" the TV in the living room. As a family we were watching the US OPEN as Tiger delivered another remarkable win and the small TV in the "main" room of the house just didn't do the event any justice. Otherwise, we had a fantastic vacation and would stay here again.

We absolutely love this place. This is a beautiful home that is well equipped with all the necessities of home, and then some! We enjoy the quiet neighborhood with tons of peaceful walking trails. Do not be surprised to see deer walking around the property! The ping-pong table and bikes are a lot of fun during the summer, but the snow in the winter is our favorite! You will not be disappointed!
