A fantastic home that has been totally remodeled with new tile, carpet, countertops and bathroom fixtures. The four levels of this home add to its uniqueness and give it a very open and spacious feel. 2 King beds, 1 queen and a set of bunks in the two downstairs bedrooms as well as a full futon in loft. I lovvveee renting from Bennington properties and will do so every time. They are sooo customer service oriented and helpful. One time we had to cancel last minute and they didnt charge us any fee's. That is why I will come back to them every time because I really appreciated that. I also loved the personalized message from the owner after we left. My husband and I own a property management firm and manage over 4000 properties. You are doing an exceptional job, keep it up!!!

The house had many nice amenities such as use of the bikes, the ping pong table, basketball, and hot tub. Also, a big plus was free use of the tennis courts and pool although it was difficult and confusing to book the tennis courts. We were especially impressed by the friendly service of your staff. That was probably the best feature. The house was well-maintained and the beds very comfortable which is very important to most people. We make most of our decisions on returning to a place based on the comfort of the beds so that's very important. Our only critique would be that the carpets need to be replaced as they are worn a bit odorous. Other than that, we had a great stay and, again, especially appreciated the friendly cooperation of the staff. Sincerely, Brian and Sally Dutra.

we loved this house!
the kitchen had everything you could possibly need!
the layout of the house is really neat with the master alone on the entrance floor, and the other bedrooms down a short flight of stairs. so the kids/others are close, but not too close. the kitchen and the dining and family room on the upper floor are all open to each other and it gave the home a very spacious feeling. the loft up above was great for an extra guest. ping pong and bikes in the garage, an easy bike ride to fort rock park or a bit longer (but pretty flat) to and from the village. it really was everything we had hoped for. the only thing i wish were different were for it to be off the road a bit further. you can hear just a bit of traffic as you are falling asleep, or people riding their bikes late at night on the nearby bike path. but the home can't be moved, so it was worth it! thanks for a great stay! -

Great house, very, very well equipped and in good condition. Never wanted for anything. Centrally located within Sunriver property. Really felt like home after a few days.
Check-in and check-out were tremendously simple, didn't even have to visit the rental office. Just drive to the house and drive out. Clean up consisted only of taking out the garbage. Bennington is full service and helpful!
Highly recommend the house and Bennington! -

The house came with more than expected and was cleaner than most 4 star hotels. The towels were fluffier too. Ping-pong table was a plus.

We enjoyed this home very much, and particularly liked how the floor plans made it possible for anyone in a bedroom to not be disturbed by those in the living room or kitchen. The home was impeccably maintained and clean, and the service provided by Bennington was excellent - we had one service glitch that they immediately fixed. Because this home is right off of Abbott Road (literally), I think car noise could be a factor in the busy summer months. But we certainly didn't hear the few cars that traveled by when we were there, unless we were on the deck. We would stay there again, and recommend this place.

27 Yellow Pine has been on our program for many years now. It was one of our nicest when it joined and it is still a wonderful home today. So glad you enjoyed it so much. The section of Abbot Road that this home sits along is deep enough in Sunriver that is gets very little traffic all year long. Definitely more traffic during the summer, but not enough that we have ever known it to bother anyone. It is far enough off the road that kids can safely play around the house as well. I have been putting together a yearly trip to Sunriver for 13 years in a row now and I always try to get our group different houses, just to keep things exiting. I usaully have 5 to 6 houses and around 60 people. This was one of our 5 this year on Yellow Pine, and it was one of the favorites for layout, decor, and overall ammenaties. Everyone really enjoyed the ping-pong table in the garage and just the layed back atmosphere that the house has! I've been renting from all 7 of the major real estate agencies in Sunriver for many years now and Bennington Properties is by far my favorite to deal with!!!! I love you guys (and gals) and hope to continue our dealings for many more years to come!!! See you next year!!!

After coming to Sunriver for 20 years, we can finally say we have found a house that we would rent again. The split level home was wonderful. Everyone seemed to have their own space and be comfortable. We look forward to enjoying Yellow Pine 27 during the warmer months when we can utilize the enormous outside deck.

A very nice property. Comfortable- we enjoyed our stay! Overall, a good location- we only wish it had a view of mountains, river or golf course. It was a little dusty around the property as well. But, overall we enjoyed and would stay again if they allowed animals. We also would recommend this property to friends.

We took our son and his family to this home and found it to be well decorated, clean, and a good fit for all ages. There were plenty of TV's and games to enjoy. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware and was well organized. The floor plan couldn't have been better - a large great room with a loft, a good sized kitchen, a very spacious deck, a master with a huge bathroom and jetted tub, two more good sized bedrooms and a laundry room. My husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom on the entry way level, while my son and his family had the run of the lower level. We had never stayed at a Bennington property before, but we will definitely be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. We are from Oregon and recently moved to Oklahoma and really have missed Oregon and our family there. We were able to have our children stay with us at this home and spent some great quality time with them. We are hoping to make this a yearly event and hope to be able to rent this property everytime. WONDERFUL!!

This was a wonderful home. The location was great for all the activities. The house was very very well stocked with everything we needed. The outside deck that wrapped around was huge for our whole family to all gather for bbq and great view of Mt. Batchelor. The house was cozy and just amazing - we were saying if it were for sale we would of loved to have!! We have been to Sun River a couple of other times and all the homes were wonderful but this was our favorite. Bennington properties was also the best property service we have used, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for another great trip to Sun River!! You will love this home..

We had 3 families stay in this property and it was perfect. Plenty of room for all with areas for group activity as well as some quiet time. The property management was awesome and our reservation was handled perfectly and professionally. We really enjoyed the hot tub!
